I picked out the design I liked best for the oversized gift bag and then wandered around. I like looking in the snack section and purchased some candy for stocking stuffers. They also have good prices on greeting cards and balloons. Saw a little girl selecting some for her birthday. There's lots of parking for this store and they have a restroom. The cashier was friendly and it wasn't too busy so I checked out quickly. Lines can be long at the cash register.

I bought a new LG Washer from Lowe's on August 25, 2026. I requested a Sept 1st Install and Haul…read moreaway. My delivery window was set for 0730 - 1930 Hrs. I was told someone from XBT Delivery would call me the night before, or the morning of, and schedule a 4 hour delivery window. No one called either time? So, by 1200 Hrs on the day of delivery I had to call Lowes to see when the washer would be delivered? I spent 3 hours talking to Lowe's AI (Artificial Idiot) going in circles, being transferred, disconnected, calling over and over! I finally got Brian, Assistant Manager Lowe's SE Aurora. He said the delivery window was 1430 - 1830 hrs (already one hour Passed said window!). He apologized for "any Inconvenience I experienced", then made serval promises, he NEVER kept? He promised someone would call me within 24 - 48 hours from Corporate and offer me some kind of compensation for having to wait all day. I have not received any calls to date, either from XBT Delivery, nor Lowe's Corporate. Installers arrived ~ 1815 hrs., unwrapped the machine (I took Pictures as instructed in the garage). They installed and hooked up the washer. The installed kept shoving his phone in my face to sign for the delivery, but I'd found a scratch on the front of the machine (most likely caused by the zipper on the Installer's jacket). I asked them to wait so I could retrieve my phone to take a picture of the scratch, and the Work order on his phone. I ran upstairs to my office and got my phone. I looked out the window and the truck was driving away? By the time I got outside, the Delivery truck had disappeared. I never signed for the successful delivery, because it wasn't! I never got a copy od the work/delivery order either? I called Brian the next day, Sept 2nd, and left a message citing the issues I experienced above. He never returned call? I called Brian yet again on Monday Sept 14th. I left another message requesting a Second Call Back by COB Tuesday Sept 15th, or I would call Lowe's Corporate to request compensation for all the issues I experienced and file a complaint against Brian, the Assistant Manager at SE Aurora Lowe's. Since Brian felt he didn't need to call a supposedly "Valued Customer" regarding these issues, I called Corporate and did just that! Since the end of COVID, Lowe's has fallen from Grace. Just look at the Dismal reviews - 2 stars out of 5! Before COVID, 4.5 stars out of 5! And it's just getting worse! It seems Lowe's just doesn't care about their Customers any longer...? Rethinking my Family's relationship with Lowe's. With 3 sisters, 2 brothers and 16 Nieces and Nephews, not buying from Lowe's any longer, maybe Lowe's will take notice...but, most likely not in my opinion!
