I couldn't not find it at that location, so I went to this dollar tree next, and they had what I was looking for! Never had any problems with the staff here. No one could talk with us so we returned the next day (72 hours later). They informed us that they couldn't help us because we were no longer within the 48 hour return time frame which no one informed us and no one provided any documentation of this policy. Now we have to call a repair person for a BRAND-NEW washing machine and pay out of pocket for the repair because LG is saying that Lowe's should be exchanging the machine.
