It definitely shortened my shopping time because I was so uncomfortable. I realize everyone is trying to save money but if your customers are uncomfortable, they're not going to stay. I feel bad for the employees who have to spend a whole shift in that heat. I also don't like the weaving checkout lane. The man came to us, told us he didn't have a key, then told us their "elevator was broken", when we had just used it 2 hours prior! We had the baby in a wagon, not his wheelchair or stroller, so we can't just take him down the stairs and run the risk of dropping him. We ended up having to exit the OTHER SIDE OF THE DAMN MALL and then walk around the entire store of Macy's on the OUTSIDE IN THE DARK AND THE COLD!! Even then, the walk wasn't cut and dry, we had to go down a road and loop around a fence. Yea, YOUR PEOPLE DID THAT TO US! We don't have much time left on this earth but I sure as hell will be keeping myself and my grandson away from your store! That's a loss on your part as well, I usually purchase ALL of my family's bedding from your store. I will also be telling others just how 'helpful' your idiotic staff is.

Not everyone is aware of how these things work (a younger person like me who has only had one credit card.) and it feels sneaky af to do this. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that customer service was not a priority. The kitchen will be closing in "20 mins" per the server at the BAR! Our BAR server was inattentive and seemed annoyed by our presence. Drinks took forever and the main dishes came out barely warm, as if they'd been sitting under a warmer. To top it off, the restaurant was dirty. The floors were sticky, the bathroom was a mess, and the general ambiance felt more like a fast-food joint after a high school rush than a place you'd expect quality dining. P.F. Chang's used to mean something. Sadly, this location has completely lost the plot. Do yourself a favor and eat anywhere else in Southlands--literally anywhere.
