When this was brought to the attention of management it was completely brushed off and I was told that this is just how that employee is. We decided to go, but here are a few tips: -Bring gloves. It is truly a big ass bin full of clothing and random items. -Wear long sleeves. Again, it can be pretty gross, so wearing this extra layer of clothing would've probably eased some germ fears. -Go through EVERYTHING. Pull up jackets, because underneath could be a great toaster. -Bring plastic/reusable bags. Any type of bag. Trash bag, any bag, because your items will be weighed on a big weight on the ground...so plan accordingly. -Parking. The parking is strange. It looks very industrial, so park on the street, or anywhere you can find parking. The staff/cashier was super kind and friendly. It made the experience that much better. I can see how Nike might be a big deal, but having gone to numerous other outlets this one just has far less selection for some reason. I'd come here for J.Crew and probably proceed directly across the highway to the promenade shops on the other side. Time is money and the time you've saved at the outlets is money you've saved that you can now spend at the regular stores at the promenade shops.

It was a great day to walk, so we used the walking path that connects the villages. (Note that if you require mobility assistance, it may be best to drive between the villages). The public restrooms at the Welcome Center (Green Village) and next to Banana Republic (Blue Village) were clean, well stocked, and in good condition. Ok, my first time at "The Bins" as my daughters call it and it was an eye opener, I was unprepared…read more - a large warehouse with dozens of large bins, multiple rows of clothes, the other misc stuff. - there is no organization of stuff, its all just thrown into the bin for you to look thru. - approx every 30 minutes the bins are switched out for different bins with different stuff. Be prepared, it's a free for all once they are changed! - the clothes are not priced by item, they are weighed and you pay by the pound. (Example: my daughter got 4 t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a pair of pants for $8) - if you love to thrift and enjoy (and have the patience) going thru things one at time, you'll like this place. - GPS will take you to the back of the store, entrance is on Platte River, you have to circle around. - I highly suggest wearing disposable gloves!

After waiting we were met by a male manager who was the one who picked out the original wrong item, he was defensive from the jump, asking me where the originally bracelet was and this and that. After explaining to him his worker has it, and explaining how rude she was, she then took her into the back for 10 minutes "looking for the item" them came out, after waiting for him for over 15 minutes I expressed my concern that I wanted to leave and what was taking so long I was met with rudeness again, by the end of it, I was being called racial slurs, and had to leave the store. The Selection is sparse, almost like left- overs that Stores won't take, general merch is seemingly shoddy and almost as if one is shopping for a different low quality brand. The first thing that grabs your attention as you enter is the SALE items up front then as your eyes scan the store you see SALE items in the rear and good options in between. From perusing different stores along Main St, with this beacon of hope at the front door I was already winning!!! They have a great selection of helmets, gift items, boots, jackets, pants, gear and more. I cannot remember all of the brands, but the ones that stuck out were Kodiak, Swix and Rossignol. It was funny because the store manager was not available and had the password to the register so the employee and us patrons started conversing between each other with not a care in the world even though a line started forming. No attitudes just positive vibes and sunshine. Once the manager (Shannon) returned, she had a couple of coffees for her and the employee jokingly informing us if we wanted coffee for the wait, it would be her treat. That was cool! Sooo... let me temper your expectations Main Street Outlet is an outlet and has good prices for the quality of their items, but I would say it is more of a Premium Outlet which the prices are way better and they have a better selection than most of the stores seen on this visit.
