Unfortunately once you get here you'll find it is rather disappointing. There is seriously only a few good stores here. J.Crew being the big one. Coach being the other. I can see how Nike might be a big deal, but having gone to numerous other outlets this one just has far less selection for some reason. I'd come here for J.Crew and probably proceed directly across the highway to the promenade shops on the other side. Time is money and the time you've saved at the outlets is money you've saved that you can now spend at the regular stores at the promenade shops.

It was a great day to walk, so we used the walking path that connects the villages. (Note that if you require mobility assistance, it may be best to drive between the villages). The public restrooms at the Welcome Center (Green Village) and next to Banana Republic (Blue Village) were clean, well stocked, and in good condition. My aunt even complimented the nice aroma (smelled like lemons). Not all stores had fantastic deals (Lucky Brand was still at $99 for a pair of jeans) but still nice to browse thru.

I absolutely love seeing the young teens and college kids in now and seeing that they appreciate a sustainable wardrobe. Whether they are buying for themselves or reselling, it is so cool to see it so busy and popular now. As a teacher finding toys and books has been a lifeline for me there. My 3 star rating is because they are back to allowing children. As a preschool teacher my eyes and ears are always alert to children crying or lost- and it is almost every time I go that I see something that makes me cringe. The last being a child about three years old trying to hush its crying infant sister while the mom was across the store shopping. Parents set up whole play areas on the floor while they spend hours shopping. I truly wish they either changed it to no kids or your kid has to be on you or with you the entire time. There is so much potential danger that it makes it not so fun to shop and watch happen. You can't leave a child on the floor against the wall in any store so I'm not sure how parents think it's OK to do at the bins. To end on a happy note, so happy to see that books are just $.25. The less in the landfill and on bookshelves the better.

(Example: my daughter got 4 t-shirts, a sweatshirt and a pair of pants for $8) - if you love to thrift and enjoy (and have the patience) going thru things one at time, you'll like this place. - GPS will take you to the back of the store, entrance is on Platte River, you have to circle around. - I highly suggest wearing disposable gloves!

After coming in today to get a refund I was met by a lady who "first day" it was on the register alone, she guided me to the selection to try and find the correct one, I ended up spotting it a second after she walked away, as she was walking up she started helping other guest and we had to wait. After waiting we were met by a male manager who was the one who picked out the original wrong item, he was defensive from the jump, asking me where the originally bracelet was and this and that. After explaining to him his worker has it, and explaining how rude she was, she then took her into the back for 10 minutes "looking for the item" them came out, after waiting for him for over 15 minutes I expressed my concern that I wanted to leave and what was taking so long I was met with rudeness again, by the end of it, I was being called racial slurs, and had to leave the store. They have a great selection of helmets, gift items, boots, jackets, pants, gear and more. I cannot remember all of the brands, but the ones that stuck out were Kodiak, Swix and Rossignol. It was funny because the store manager was not available and had the password to the register so the employee and us patrons started conversing between each other with not a care in the world even though a line started forming.
