I asked for a price on a watch and also inquired if men could wear it. The male associate who had greeted me when I came in told me if he was a certain kind of guy he might. He didn't tell me the price and I inquired if they had a men's version of a square faced watch. He walked me to the men's case. He was fine but the disdain I felt from his tone turned me off. No one else spoke to me. They weren't that busy. I walked out and spent my money at their parent company Coach. Had the WORST experience here today! Came in to get a gift for me and my friend, matching purses and bracelets! I gave the gift and it ended up being the wrong bracelet. After coming in today to get a refund I was met by a lady who "first day" it was on the register alone, she guided me to the selection to try and find the correct one, I ended up spotting it a second after she walked away, as she was walking up she started helping other guest and we had to wait. After waiting we were met by a male manager who was the one who picked out the original wrong item, he was defensive from the jump, asking me where the originally bracelet was and this and that. After explaining to him his worker has it, and explaining how rude she was, she then took her into the back for 10 minutes "looking for the item" them came out, after waiting for him for over 15 minutes I expressed my concern that I wanted to leave and what was taking so long I was met with rudeness again, by the end of it, I was being called racial slurs, and had to leave the store. I never knew Michael Kors has outlet stores until they came to Castle Rock. They opened shortly before Black Friday last year and I heard it through the grapevine that it was there. It's direct competition to Coach at this shopping center, prices are fairly close... not to mention they are right across the walkway from each other. I'm really excited because if you go around the back there are clearance items for up to 50% off and I found a really nice purse for a fraction of the cost. It was even less expensive then the last Coach bag I bought and I love the rose gold touch on the purse I selected. Lili was extremely helpful and she's multi lingual too. The sales associate was lame. It took her over 30 minutes to realize that the display pair of shoes had lost one shoe, maybe because they pack two different sizes or someone stole one shoe. Everyone seemed confused about prices and inventory, so we ended up going to another outlet store. Awkward experience! read more

I still don't own Michael Kors yet, but I may see a clutch or a wristlet in the near future. The store is very bright, inviting, and well laid out. I was browsing the bags and thought the prices were reasonable for an Outlet store, and on par with what I would expect based on my experience. Michael Kors has a little too much flash for my style, but I found a few pieces that appealed to me for a future visit. This particular Outlet also has a small clothing section. A lot of bling on the clothes, again, not my style exactly but very nice. As my selection of bags and clothing continues to grow, I will add Michael Kors to my list of places to check out when in the area for some good deals. read more

Came in to this Michael Kors location for an exciting Black Friday deal. We got a discount on literally everything. We were waiting in line for a grand total of 2 hours, but it was legit. When we finally arrived to the very front, a nice associate of Kors was announcing all sales on purses, scarves, tops and wallets. I didn't hear anything on phone cases, but I found this beautiful, shiny, gold case by MK and it was originally $80.00, but because of the holiday sales, I got it for $25.00. I also snagged on the last magenta handbag for $95.00 that was originally $125.00! My mother bought herself a new black handbag and we even had a fast checkout by a nice young girl who checked us out, via cellphone. She had a handheld and we eventually left happy and quick. I wasn't greeted or helped by anyone, despite there being five employees out on the floor. Terrible customer service. I had a Visa gift card and they would not except it over the phone. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was placed on hold which I expected. The girl who answered the phone started speaking to me really fast in a different language, and I occasionally understood the words visa gift card. When I expressed that I did not speak that language, and I needed to speak with a manager than the original representative came back on the phone. I heard people laughing in the background. It was such a ridiculous episode. I called back to speak to a manager, and I got a young gentleman by the name of Darvon. Darvin attempted to find a manager for me. But unfortunately, none of them would take my call. I will never shop at Michael Kors again. This was just the most ridiculous immature experience that I've ever had with a company. I bought a black cross-body purse that kept on popping open and I went in looking for a purse for a gift and told the salesperson and she told me to bring it back and trade it in for the newer updated model. I didn't think that would happen since I bought it like 3 months ago and couldn't use it, it just sat in the the MK bag. She spoke to the mgr. Lisch(sp.) and said go ahead and bring it in. It was an even exchange and now I can use the purse since it is stitched vs. button. I buy from here often and all my purchases are logged in their computer system so that is a plus. I buy a purse every few months from here if not Coach and both stores I believe work off commission so that is why they always ask who helped you. Some may feel bombarded and just want to browse but most likely if you came in the store, you will leave with a bag, wallet, etc. :) read more

I purchased a bag over $300 2 years ago and the handle completely fell apart it was not under warranty so Michael Kors instructed me to send it to Rago brothers for fixing which I did three months ago (they are Michael Kors repair center). After much going back-and-forth over the past three weeks - I spoke to one very rude man from MC and he basically said I was shit out of luck in getting new handles as MC does not sell parts to their purses to be fixed. So now I get a purse back from Rago brothers still damaged. If this is how MC treats their clients and their products I will never buy from them again read more

I had a so-so experience here. the shop is clean and full of beautiful MK things, but I was bombarded with sales people. Every time I turned around, I had a sales girl up my reared telling me about the sale of the day and trying to convince me to buy something. I gave the very specific "leave me the f*** alone" cues to on girl who just didnt get it, no matter how much I nodded with out saying anything else, and said a short "ok, thanks" 100 times. In the end, I bought something, but only because I wanted it, not because of great service. I get less bothering and pressure at the full price store in Cherry creek, which is why I shop more consistently there anyways. read more

I would love to give this five stars because in the past year, I've gotten about three items from here . The staff was helpful in helping me decide bags/making recommendations & was friendly. However, this time, one of the associates was rude. If you want to say something, make sure I'm out of ear shot, genius. I want to start off by saying my experience today wasn't all bad, for Elizabeth who was the woman working and greeting customers upon entry, she deserves 5 stars. She was very helpful in helping me find a new bag and answered all questions I had and was just overall super accommodating and nice. So I feel badly leaving a low rating when she was extremely helpful. The reason I'm leaving a 2 star rating is because when I went to the counter to purchase the bag 2 employees just stared at me. When I asked the male employee working if I should check out with him, he looked at the female employee and they decided who would ring me up. After conversing he came over to the other register and scanned my bag and put it in the bag and told me the total, ok no big deal, he wasn't the most friendly associate but I didn't mind to much as I know sometimes employees are busy or just having an off day. I go to leave the store and the sensor wasn't removed from the inside of the bag, so the alarm sounds. I turn around and go back in and Elizabeth helps me and removes the sensor. Once leaving again I realize I didn't get a dust bag with my purchase, which in the past has been included with all MK bags I bought, so I go back for the third time and ask Elizabeth and she finds the same female employee working the register and she informs me the dust bags are now $5. No problem I tell her and ask if I can purchase one. She says yes and has me get into the line again. So after waiting for other guests to complete purchases i get up to the register and their is another woman working and she is nice and asks for my name and phone number and asks if anyone helped me, I give her my information and then ask her why I was not asked these questions during my previous transactions as I would've given Elizabeth the credit for my purchase since she is the one who helped me and the name on my receipt was not hers for the employee number, the girl look confused why I was not asked for my customer information and then I ask her if I don't receive any of my points for my purchase that I just made 5 minutes prior. She doesn't know the answer to this so she does call a manager over, her name was barb I believe? She informs me only the non outlet Michael Kors stores accrue points with purchases, so I said ok that's fine but then why do they enter my phone number, she says oh yeah that's just for the one year warranty you get with your purchase on bags so we can look up your purchases... I said ok... so I won't receive the warranty then since your employee did not ask for any or my information? She kind of just shrugged and said this is Michael Kors we will take care of you don't worry about it, and then walked away! So now I just spent money on a bag that I purchased for my birthday and I don't even receive the warranty? Instead of anyone offering to just return and re ring the bag they all just seemed like they could care less. It was one of the most disappointing experiences I have ever had at any MK location. The girl working the register did apologize and told me to have a nice day. So I now have a warranty on my 5$ dust bag but not on the purse itself. Again Elizabeth was amazing and so kind but I was disappointed with the rest of the experience. I'm going to try calling Michael Kors customer service line to see if they can help me add the warranty to my bag in case anything does go wrong. I work in the customer service industry and have also managed in a retail environment for several years so I didn't understand why they couldn't just take the time to fix the mistake after I had to enter the store 3+ times to get what could've been done in one visit. read more

The sales folks were very nice, trying to help me find what I wanted, but they just didn't have it. I think I might have caught them on an off day because all of the bags seemed to be really large and close to what you would find on a sale at one of the regular retail dept stores. I will say that they tried to go through the store with me to help me find a bag, I just had my mind set on what I wanted and they just didn't have it that day. Lots of bright colored bags though! Every time I've shopped at this location, the store has been relatively clean and well stocked, and they do occasionally have some great sales which is a big bonus. That's why I'm giving it two stars. However, the staff members here have been consistently awful. As soon as you walk in, you are bombarded with multiple staff members breathing down your back and eyeing you up and down to see if you are worthy of their demeaning, overwhelming, and snotty attention. On my last trip, I was "greeted" by multiple staff members and was told about the specials (which was helpful). I kindly thanked them and explained that I just wanted to look around as I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, but that I would definitely ask if I needed help or had a question. Throughout my shopping experience however, I couldn't walk more than 5 or 10 feet without a barrage of sales associates hovering over me and pressuring me to buy, buy, buy. My sister and I felt so uncomfortable and ended up leaving because we felt as though we couldn't look around and shop in peace. If you're in the area and looking for a calm, no-pressure shopping experience, I would definitely recommend heading over to Coach (right across the courtyard) instead. Their prices are comparable and their staff members are incredible helpful and respectful! read more
