It had been a few years since I last visited The Outlets and boy, what a slight letdown. Though we spent most of our time at the Green and Blue Villages, so much real estate is sitting vacant. Gone are my faves, Gap, Sketchers and Nike (the latter, I could always count on finding the XL Elite Basketball Socks), however we were still able to find some super deals at Under Armour (Tech Short Sleeves for $12), Columbia (Sorel Boots on clearance for $30), and The Cosmetics Store (Clinique Happy at 50% off). It was a great day to walk, so we used the walking path that connects the villages. (Note that if you require mobility assistance, it may be best to drive between the villages). The public restrooms at the Welcome Center (Green Village) and next to Banana Republic (Blue Village) were clean, well stocked, and in good condition. My aunt even complimented the nice aroma (smelled like lemons). Not all stores had fantastic deals (Lucky Brand was still at $99 for a pair of jeans) but still nice to browse thru. read more

Silverthorne is roughly an hour west of Denver. My friend and her husband took me to see the mountains on day back in July 2014. On our way back, we stopped at the Outlets at Silverthorne. This outlet mall is the prettiest one that I have visited in my life! You get a gorgeous view of the mountains, water, and trees in the area. At one point, we went over a bridge and saw a man fishing. It's a nice place to relax and shop. The stores are spread out into little villages, so it's meant to be a day of meandering when you shop. It may not be your typical cup of tea, but it's cool. We stopped briefly in Gap and Columbia. The variety of stores is great. The prices are decent, but the view stands out a ton more! Oddly arranged stores at this outlet. Not much selection but if you're happy with just cK, coach, Columbia, j crew, polo, then you should be good. There are multiple parking lots, plenty of space. Not sure if there is a food court like most outlet places, but there are scattered restrooms around. It's outdoors and can take quite some walking between the stores you want to go to. However due to the location it's a good place to grab last minute clothing for your trip or even gifts for love ones read more

Unusual outlet experience as the outlets and clustered into three little village and it's a bit of a walk to get between them all. Not a big deal if it's nice weather but when we visited it was raining, so not so ideal. It would be difficult for someone with mobility issues to negotiate among all three villages so keep that in mind if you're coming here with older folks. They have some decent stores like Le Creuset, Coach and Sketchers. These were all well stocked but some stores we visited like Under Armor and Calvin Klein seemed to have very little inventory. We didn't buy a thing here as we really didn't see anything we liked enough to buy. However, we did hit our step goals walking around the place and my bf enjoyed watching people fishing in the neighboring stream. Plenty of parking and right off I-70. read more

My husband was in line for several minutes. The person checking out 2 in front of him was asked by cashier if she'd like to get another item for a bigger discount. She said yes and walked away to shop. Cashier would not open up another register and expected all shoppers to wait in line while the woman shopped to get another discount. We left without our merchandise as we had a child who had waited patiently and there was no telling how long we would have to wait. Very Disappointing. read more

One of my favorite places I always have to stop at to buy packages, yes packages and their jerky. I love Wynn And the company and her T-shirts are so dang funny. They also have opened up a gigantic William and Sonoma outlet. I wish I had room for some new stuff because it was pretty incredible. Eddie Bauer I love this place! We always stop at this outlet on our way up the hill. Sara & Maleena(?) were awesome. So friendly, helpful and get into some great conversations about summit county, it was wonderful. They do have all of their fall and winter stuff out. It was unfortunate that I couldn't find any shorts available in my size, they were gone, You snooze, you lose. I WOULD stop there again just to see those two women. read more

I hate to shop but I liked these outlets. It's a great way to break up a trip between Denver and Vail. The restroom at the Visitor Center in the complex is gorgeous. Seriously, I have never seen such a lovely restroom at an outlet mall. Additionally, I made a killing at the Under Armour outlet store. Picked up five pair of Under Armour performance boxer briefs and each pair was $10 less than in the department stores. That's $50 I can now spend on beer! I'll spare you the image of me modeling them because some of you may be eating as you read this. In any case, if a place can make me smile when I go shopping, I have to show it the love. Outlets at Silverthorne - Nice bathrooms - Outlet Stores Near Me - Silverthorne, Colorado

This outlet is broken up into three different villages... and not super convenient to walk to all of them, either. There is a shuttle, but its on a 30 min schedule and not very big. Stores were okay, lots of vacancy. It killed some time, but was not super exciting. No many food options.. only at ONE of the villages. read more

This is a must stop for me any time I am up in the mountains. Somehow I always find something. Banana Republic, Ralph Lauren, Columbia, Le Creuset, Ann Taylor, J Crew, Nike...the list goes on and on. There are always tons of sales. My only complaint is the parking is so atrocious and you almost need to drive to each different area (I always forget about the one across the road!) instead of being able to walk. Next time you're on I-70, take the detour to Silverthorne! Make sure you bring your wallet and pleny of trunk space. read more

Nice combination of both an indoor and outdoor mall type setting with many different high end and discount stores. Its best to park your car and walk around or use the free mall shuttle. This is one of the most picturesque outlet malls Ive ever been too. There are beautiful mountains in the background and even a little river that runs parallel to one of the buildings where you can cross the bridge and admire the view. read more

An unplanned vacation stop while driving into Breckenridge. The outlet mall is a visually attractive pedestrian village, set against the backdrop of the Rockies. Although we saw what appeared to be a much larger mall on the other side of the highway, we only stopped here briefly. Proximity and access to the highways which intersect nearby is good. The selection of stores is limited, but not so much to describe this mall as "uninteresting." Parking is woefully inadequate, and in our haste we parked parallel to the trash dumpsters. There isn't anything here which would draw me back, even if we were passing through the area again. read more

I visit Breckenridge a couple times a year and always love to visit this mall! You're surrounded by the mountains and have a wonderful view. I think this is a great place to spend a girl's day if you're tired after all the hiking and skiing. They have a lot of stores I enjoy - Banana Republic, The Gap, Loft, Columbia, Coach, AEO and many more! There's also a Chipotle near by, which I think is the perfect lunch spot. The layout of the mall is interesting - it's very spread out. But there's a shuttle that takes you from section to section and in my experience runs regularly. Also, if you go to the main office you can sign up for a mall card that gets you discounts at most of the stores! read more

Despite the awkward layout of these outlets (spread out over 3 areas), I still really like it here. If you don't have a car, and are relying on the shuttle or walking, you may not like it so much. They have some of my favorite stores for outlet shopping: Carter's, Osh Kosh, Ann Taylor, Gap, Banana Republic, Coach and a new store I just discovered: Olive Fusion. The name brand stores sometimes have pretty great deals, and though some of them carry "outlet" specific versions of their mall counterparts I still find them worth their cost. Olive Fusion is an awesome store! Locally owned with locations in Breck and Vail, they have olive oil, balsalmics, spices, loose tea and so much more! I could seriously spend hours here tasting everything they have to offer (and you can taste everything!). Be sure to stop by guest services, or ask some stores, for the discount card- it can save you $$ at a lot of popular stores and it's free to get! read more

As far as I could tell, the Outlets at Silverthorne have the same stores as the outlets in Castle Rock. However, it's no where near as easy to navigate. The outlets are split between three "Villages": red, blue, and green. The blue and green are on the north side of I-70, while the red is on the south. Although the north and south sides...sorry, "Villages"...are connected by a road under I-70, this disconnect makes it pretty much impossible to walk between them. Even the blue and green are separated by the busy SH 9, and it's not always easy to walk within the areas...sorry, "Villages". The few stores I did visit seemed to be far smaller than those in Castle Rock. I did appreciate that stores are grouped into buildings with an inside hallway, protecting you from the elements if visiting more than one of the stores within the group. I understand that the location makes it difficult to make a large and well connected outlets complex, but I think these stores could have been organized in a way to make it easier to travel between. In the end, having outlets in the mountains sounds good on paper, but I'd rather wait and just go to Castle Rock. read more

I had this vision in my head that this was indeed the best set of outlets, ever! I always had visions of taking a day off or a Saturday and shopping my little heart out... Alas, i finally did just that and guess what... meh. The nike store and anne taylor loft... maybe the jockey store... but is about the extent of my desire to shop there. How sad am i? VERY! I guess if you go, make it a stop on the way somewhere, not a destination! Other than the selection the ability to get around isn't too bad, if want to hit everything you will have to mvoe your car 2 times. But that's ok. One Saturday we were feeling like a road trip was in order and Silverthorne Outlets it was since I had never been. This is a breathtaking view into the mountains and one that you can definitely enjoy especially when coming from Denver. The Outlets themselves are situated kind of funny. Not as easy to maneuver as the Castle Rock Outlets since it's separated by a highway. With that said it houses the usual outlet stores that are well stocked and maintained. The bonus here are the mountain views. Castle Rock or Silverthorne, both equally suited for Outlet shopping. Call me a fan of any place that offers me a deal on the high retail prices of my favorite stores. read more

This is a same collection of mostly half assed stores. Where store employees seem to be undisciplined and rude. Don't get me wrong they are not all bad. The ladies at Chicos have always been super helpful as for Jockey, Famous Footwear, Under armour, and Osh Kosh. The malls personal staff consists of well trained desk employees at the visitors center. I'm not 100% sure what he does, but there is Anthony. If you need something or have an issue he's your guy. They have maintenance crew that really stays on top of cleaning and maintaining the mall very well. Unfortunately, this mall also has an interesting security team. I say it like that because they have little power and some of them use it incorrectly. So I'll start with the guy who I feel is the best in this department, Colton. I needed help finding a store a few times and he was more than happy gondola task that wasn't his. That being said let's now review what I observed involving the older security guard. He always seems grumpy so I don't ask for his help, but yesterday I was appalled at what I saw. He blocked a lady driving the wrong way on the one way street. She asked for his help to guide her out in reverse and what did he do? Called the police and said she tried to kill him! I'm glad I didn't ask for his help. The last thing I want is to spend the night in jail for ask where I can buy underwear. read more

At the slopes and need a break? Then this outlet mall is for you! Set in the backdrop of the Rocky Mountains, this outlet mall is in a visually attractive pedestrian village. There is a creek that runs through the mall and you can watch fishermen in the summers do their angling. Its location and access to highways is great. The selection of stores varies by the 3 villages but you are bound to find something to suit your interests. There is plenty of parking wherever you decide to go. The staff is quite nice, very interested in why you are visiting and helping you out with whatever you might need. read more

A-okay sums up our visit to this outlet mall. We came on a weekend in late September and the scenery alone is enough to bring me back out here. It's set with beautiful mountains all around and the creek that runs through it allows you to watch fly fishermen and even the fish themselves. Store-wise, this mall has the same shops as every other outlet mall. There were quite a few empty spaces and shops that didn't strike our fancy, but we were happy to see the usual Gap, J Crew, Nike, etc. I like the layout of the different villages and in the warm weather, walking around the path is a nice side attraction to just shopping. I can see it being difficult in the winter though, with snow and cold. Or if walking is tricky for you. There is ample parking available and a few restaurants near by. When in the area, it definitely offers a good alternative if you have hit your outdoor activity limit. read more

Maybe I'm spoiled because I live near the Castle Rock outlets (after the economy they went down also for a while) but this is just seemingly barren with shops that aren't as good for what you'd expect in a mountain town. read more

Definitely worth a stop if you need to break up your drive! As with any outlets, deals are hit or miss, but I have been pretty consistently lucky with the banana republic store. Stop by the jerky wagon for delicious samples - but be careful... Their jerky is more expensive than many of the things in the stores! read more

These outlets are in a gorgeous area, so it's nice to just walk around here and check out some shops. Great view of the mountains. I found some good deals at a few stores, which was nice and unexpected. The stores are pretty typical - there wasn't anything really unique. Gap, Ann Taylor, Eddie Bauer, Columbia, etc. Pretty typical if you live around a bigger city. The layout and parking is a bit odd and crowded. The stores themselves were not crowded at all. I wouldn't say it is a must-stop on a trip, but if you are in the area and are really in the mood for shopping then this isn't a bad place. read more
