Gone are my faves, Gap, Sketchers and Nike (the latter, I could always count on finding the XL Elite Basketball Socks), however we were still able to find some super deals at Under Armour (Tech Short Sleeves for $12), Columbia (Sorel Boots on clearance for $30), and The Cosmetics Store (Clinique Happy at 50% off). It was a great day to walk, so we used the walking path that connects the villages. (Note that if you require mobility assistance, it may be best to drive between the villages). The public restrooms at the Welcome Center (Green Village) and next to Banana Republic (Blue Village) were clean, well stocked, and in good condition. My aunt even complimented the nice aroma (smelled like lemons). Not all stores had fantastic deals (Lucky Brand was still at $99 for a pair of jeans) but still nice to browse thru.

The staff were incredibly understanding (after one wear my jeans stretched enormously) and advised me to go a size down for this particular style. They brought me to where the jeans were located in the store and helped me find the colors in my desired size/length (which was fantastic as the shelving goes quite high, and I am quite short). I was off to a good start and requested further input from another staffer who was happy to share her favorite style. As my size was about as close to the ceiling as they could get the employee gladly snagged a ladder and headed on up to those jeans. There were lots of sales going on in the store (50% off items already on sale - score!) so my friend and I both left with lots of great new jeans. Now for the exchange. I've noted that their computer system seems to prefer a straight return rather than an exchange. As one of the jeans I brought in was on sale I was refunded more than I paid (which the employee highlighted to me). They seemed genuinely happy to share this with me which I loved ("bargains" should have been my middle name). I then purchased my favorite jeans in new sizes and added on a pair of fun summer jeans with some sassy rips. The employees made sure to mention that there's a 20% off coupon available if I'd like to sign up for their emails. Um, of course I would! Sign up I did, and apply the 20% off to this order they did! So, that being said for less than $2 more (than what I was refunded) I left Levi's with not 2, but 3 pairs of new jeans!

When I checked out the woman told me the discount did not apply to Nike socks. Then referred me to tiny print at the bottom of the sign. There were no non-Nike socks in the box. This is false advertising and unethical. I asked for a manager and she said she was a manager. Then said she puts them out like corporate tells her too and "I just work here lady" I will not shop at Famous Footwear again.
