On Sunday May 10th the self checkout lastly stole from me. I didn't realize it until I got to my car, went back in to speak to the manager. A little teenager camouflage, named Matt, who asked me to immediately leave or he would call the police. I told him I'm not leaving until the police come, as I need to file a police report. Assett peotection comes out to harass me, and they will stand there and laugh at you while they get in your face. They will lie to you and point and laugh. How inappropriate and rude. Ifbyou search google reviews, there are multiple people complaining about the integrity of asset protection. If you ask for their na.e, they get snappy and rude, and wont pro ide you any information. I have reported the employee who stole from me, who scanned a gift card and witheld ot on the sly wothout notification, and the manager matt who woupd not help the situation besides calling the police on me, the victim. ​ read more

Asked to checkout with cashiers vs using self checkout?? Done shopping, my mother and I proceeded to self checkout because it was empty and would rather quickly check out then wait in line at one of the three cashiers they only ever have available. We picked the self check out register closest to the exit of the self checkout area right next to the customer service rep. that stands there. The customer service rep. then asked us to check out with the cashiers as our cart "contained more than 10 items and a larger item". I advised the customer service rep. that it was in fact two separate transactions and grabbed my items from the cart and proceeded to check out at a register across from my mother. When I returned a minute later to the register my mother was at, she was finishing up checking out. Once she was done, the customer service rep. proceeded to ask for her receipt. As if it was really necessary as my mother checked out literally one foot away directly in front of the customer service rep. I am not sure what her issue was with us as two paying customers that were just trying to peacefully check out and go about our day. This is a SuperTarget which means that it has the full size supermarket inside with a proper meat department, produce, frozen and deli. You can do a complete food shop if you wanted to. But that wasn't my mission today. I needed a replacement pair of sunglasses and so I found them exactly where I expected to find them. Decent selection, well stocked. Done. I came here this week to get a few things for my mom as she recovers for surgery and of course since the coronavirus everyone has been going a little crazier than normal. There are vital things like water, hand sanitizer, wipes and toilet paper to name a few that are hard to find. I came here to grab a a pack of toliet paper because my mom actually did need it. I was lucky enough to secure a charmin pack of toliet paper and that is truly a blessing. The target team were passing out a pack of wipes and toilet paper to each person instead of putting it on the shelf. I appreciate that because people are going overboard. Most unorganized and under stocked Target I've ever been to. It literally looks like they are going out of business.

All Target locations I've been to do a great job of keeping their stores clean, well lit, open, and organized. This location is no exception. They also have a pretty friendly staff compared to other big-box retailers. Unfortunately, they have the WORST selection of Women's plus size clothing I have ever seen - four small, mostly bare racks to choose from and many items out of stock in several sizes. There are plenty of large ladies in Aurora so I can't help but feel like Target is either foolishly missing out on a huge demographic or intentionally trying to drive these customers away. There are other stores like Dress Barn and Ross in the same shopping center to compete with, but Target's prices for clothing are quite a bit lower so it seems like a bad strategy to all but ignore this part of their customer base. The other disturbing thing about this Target is that ALL of their headphones - even the ones priced below $10 - are under lock and key. The rep who got a pair out for me told me they'd been having an very bad inventory problem, but it seems like a ridiculous inconvenience (and laziness on the part of the Loss Prevention staff) to lock up the cheapo pairs right along with the Bose and Beats headphones. These two factors made me feel very unwelcome at this Target, and for that reason I'll be making the longer trip to the Havana location from now on. read more

This Target is not usually a store I frequent, I happened to be in this area, so I stopped in to take a few items off my weekly list. It's one of the newer Super Target stores that includes a grocery department. I found shopping here acceptable. The people working here were super nice during check out and I was asked twice while browsing if I needed any help finding anything. The parking lot is spacious which allowed me to park far away from potential "dingers" - I like that. Overall the store was well stocked, clean and organized. Add the helpful staff and I find very little not to like about my experience here. read more

Target is not fair to their employees!!Our cashier was very frustrated due to a non working cash register. We felt bad for her so I went to customer service and asked for a manager. A young lady came up, she was not a manager but she would listen to me. I told her that management needed to work with their employees to make sure all equipment worked before they tried to help others. In the mean time another cashier helped us check out with the same problems the other lady was having. I even got more frustrated when the lady who listened to me went up to the first cashier and was telling her that we were upset with her. This was so far from the truth. I literally went off on her and told her she should have taken this information to a manager and not to the employee. I hope that management can start treating their employees fair and make sure they have what is needed to be successful. read more

One of the worst targets I've ever been to. Save yourself the headache and go to the one at Havana. I did an online order pick up and regretfully chose this store. There was only one lady behind the register and a line 5 people deep. Every pick up order is not behind the counter but some place far away she has to work to. Lots of pissed off people in line too. The Havana store is like night and day compared to this dirty one. I cannot recommend enough driving the 1.2 miles to the Havana one over this one. Stay away! read more

Today I had a horrible experience. The store associate at the self check had assumed we were going to steal items. I have been going to that Target for almost a year and have never experienced anything like that. Honestly, Target I thought you guys can do better. Before asking a patron if they are going to pay for something...please allow them to actually pay for it. I dropped my Target Red card after shopping there on and Wednesday. Thankfully, someone turned it in and they had it logged in their book. However the employees couldn't find my credit card and had no idea what happened to it. They acted like it was no big deal. They said it probably got cut up or mailed back to the company, they thought that's what they do with cards after 24 hours. Which seems way too short of a timeframe but would have been fine if they could have provided the documentation that showed what happened to my card. Ordered the Hoover Powerdash Carpet Cleaner for $109 thru Target for store pickup. I checked around & saw Walmart was advertising the exact same thing for $88. I looked at Target's store match policy & saw they will match with Walmart.com so I said ok cool I'll have Target match price when I pick the item up. NOPE Target store associates don't follow the store match policy which is despicable. Showed the Target associate the Walmart website where the same carpet cleaner was $88 & she wouldn't adjust the price. This was a Walmart website not something I created. So I cancelled the Target order because I would be a FOOL to pay $20 more & I can get the exact same thing for less elsewhere. Shout out to the Target associate that wasted my time & gave Walmart the purchase & win. Went out to my car & ordered my Hoover carpet cleaner thru Walmart for $88. And this isn't the first time Target has done this so I might be done with Target for a while. If you find the same product for less at another store dont bother going to Target since they don't acknowledge their store match policy! read more

I popped in here to get a couple random items on my shopping list. Like a topsy turvey, some chap stick, and a bottle corn syrup The store is pretty big, and it's a layout i don't like, which means it takes me far longer to find just about anything in the store. But since it isn't my regular target, no biggie. The grocery section seems about par with the others - and they do indeed have some things lower in price than walmart, but you have to do your comparison! The staff I interacted with were fine and we were in and out in a flash! We also discovered while walking back to our car, that the carts lock about 3/4 of the way up the sidewalk from the store! read more

Horrible customer service. I tried to return a box of diapers that I bought here that had an open pack and diapers missing and was met with nothing but frustration. They sold me a opened box (taped back up with shipping tape so it looked unopened when we bought it) with diapers missing and the solution of the return desk associate was to tell me to drive to another store for an exchange since they didn't have the right size in stock and that I couldn't do a return since we did some deal where you spend x amount of dollars and get a gift card. The woman was entirely unhelpful. So, I left with the previously opened, incomplete diaper box AND ALL OF MY FUTURE BUSINESS. This was the last straw. Other interactions at this location were a refusal to match a price on target.com and dealing with another incompetent return when an online order was delivered extremely damaged. We live right down the road and shop here at least once a week, but I'll be going elsewhere from now on. read more

The target here is okay. It's a super target so it has produce and such which I is great when you're running out of time and you don't want to make an extra trip somewhere else for just a gallon of milk. The pharmacy is really nice and the staff is very helpful. The only thing I do not like is that they never open enough registers even when it's busy. Plus they never open the self check outs they have unlike the other target stores I've been to. read more
