For a customer service desk they are real bad at acting like they give a damn about their customers. Asked one single question about a registry and I literally had to walk away because of how rude the lady was being. Sorry you hate your job, but it's not my fault it's what you decided to pursue. This is a Super Target, so it includes groceries. However, the grocery section is on the smaller side and there is not much variety. I prefer to purchase groceries at a "regular" grocery store, but if I'm in this area or if I need general merchandise, I will pick up a few grocery items here. There are never enough cashiers available, so every time I've been here, there is a wait to check out. It doesn't seem to matter what time of the day or day of the week it is, be prepared to wait. Even in the express lanes. The workers here are not very friendly and/or customer oriented. General cleanliness is below average. Location has a Starbucks, Optical, and Portrait Studio. In the general area (North of Alameda) there is a variety of shops/restaurants/businesses. Pet store, sports store, book store, scrapbooking store, shoe store, bridal shop, party supplies, coffee shops, restaurants, tanning, and beauty shops. I'm sure I've missed some, but this gives the general idea. In the Aurora area, I prefer this Target over the Target located at Quincy/Buckley. If I lived closer to the Target at Gartrell/E470, I would go there instead. As a general rule, I do not go to Wal-Mart (no matter how great the sale), unless I am on Kauai (where there is no alternative). read more

This is one of my favorite target. It's a super target so it's pretty large and has a full size grocery. There is also a startbucks inside. Overall, very solid Target and I never have to wait more than a minute for checkout, no matter what time of day I go. read more

Decent selections, although food here is pretty pricey when I can just go to King Soopers with my Sooper card & save $10-$20 on items while shopping. Oddly out of certain foods (typically fruit) at certain times. They were just about out of bananas the other day, and the prices were reduced which was already suspicious. Every time I try to get avocados they are mushy and gross unfortunately. What is the point of selling them? The staff in the pharmacy is iffy, I once saw a customer ask them if they knew where the tea tree oil was and the woman in the pharmacy just said "I don't know" and when the customer went to walk away, seemingly bothered by this response the pharmacist ran over to save her own a**. She showed no interest in helping her until she realized how she had acted and responded in the first place. Once I asked the male pharmacist where anti-fungal cream was he was extremely helpful in showing me where it was located and even told me active ingredients I should look for. I guess it just depends on the person you ask. I am happy to see their new bra & panty selection, which closely resembles that of Victoria's Secret. The panties are on display on top with a bunch of drawers under with the corresponding sizes. They are now more of a younger look, no granny panties anymore and are really affordable! When I usually spend $50 on a bra at Victoria's secret I got a bra/ panty set that actually matched here for less than $20. So, in short, I would recommend target for their makeup section, intimates, household supplies and pharmacy but would not recommend them for regular grocery shopping. Some employees are rude, some are really great.. just depends on which one you get. read more

Came into the store and the manager Diana and the self check Kathia out cashier was not helpful at all. I tried to buy 4 bottles of lotion and was using a coupon. As soon as Kathia saw the coupon I got instant attitude. My coupon would not scan even though I got the right product and size. The coupon expires today but since it would not scan which it was clearly valid they would not fix it. I am a coupon shopper and haven't been in the store for over 6 months because of this very issue. It's a shame that I have to drive out of my way for great service at the saddle rock store. I stopped here because I was meeting someone in the area, but I set nothing has changed. I hate to say this but that is why there is a self check out, so you don't have to be bothered with these poor customer service clerks. No one should have to lose there job to a machine, but we're are seeing this more and more. Your customers pay your pay check so you think you would treat them with a little more dignity and be a whole lot more helpful, away the end of the day you have one job. Do better Target people are sick of the treatment and the condition of the stores. Amazon is looking better and better to consumers. Also couponers are not the enemy. You need to educate your cashiers of the difference of a purchase and a transaction read more

This is one of my favorite Super Targets to shop at! It's super close to home, always clean, staff is always friendly and helpful, I can almost always find what I'm looking for and they are great about getting back up cashiers called up front when lines get heavy. Their Pharmacy is also fabulous and very helpful. We love this Super Target. :) read more

This review is in the wrong place! It is for walmart in Aurora off of Abeline. Needed vacuum, associate couldn't unlock doors - key wouldn't work. Shrugged shoulders and said sorry, walked away. Followed her & asked for a manager. She indicated there was someone on floor she saw - go find. She started walking in circles, barely spoke English. Walked her to phone at jewellery counter and asked to page manager. No, no call. Went to assistant manager at self help registers. She had no ability to page manager (no phone or walkie talkie). Suggested I go to fitting rooms, find associate to page manager! I walked out to my car and called for a manager. After a long hold - "sorry I will talk to her so she does better next time". No offer to have me come back in for the vacuum. It is no secret you don't shop at Wal-Mart for the customer service, right! I for one will not waste my time in that store Ever again! read more

Here is a thought if Carol goes on break and she is the only one with the key to fix the problem on the self check out registers, maybe she should leave her keys with someone else so there isn't a ridiculously long line. This location has recently taken a turn for the worse. It has become very dirty and cluttered. There has been an apple core sitting with the lights for the last week, not hidden away just sitting on a shelf slowly rotting. Also there are piles of items just randomly scattered throughout the store including at the check out aisles. Add in what appears to be a reduced number of cashiers and this Target feels more as though you've stepped into a Walmart rather than your typical Target. If you're going to accept clutter and messes you may as well save a few bucks and shop at Walmart. read more

I'm in love. In Colorado you often find Super/Grand version of stores that we don't seem to have in California. This Super Target is nice, with a reall grocery store not just a 'section' in it. You can get lost in this store for hours and hours, especially if you stop at Starbucks at the entrance to get a jolt of caffiene. This store also has a photography studio something you don't find in my neck of the woods. The clearance rack here is ample with really good deals. I will dream of shopping here again for a very long time! read more

This Target has everything you need from groceries to sports goods. Really accessible from i-225 and is easy to navigate when in the store. The cashiers here are always accommodating and checking out is usually pretty easy. I consistently use this Target and will continue to! read more

I went to this Target looking for a white elephant gift, and found what I wanted on display (a lighted pink pig, for the record) with no apparent other stock available. Two young gentleman assisted me- I only got the name of one -TJ, and he priced it for me and helped me put it in a HUGE bag. TJ then went up to the cashiers to tell them the price and the display discount for me, and the cashiers were equally as nice. Everyone I dealt with went above and beyond to get me my pig, and I really appreciated it. By the way, the pig was the star of the party :) read more

No complaints! It is busy, but not Walmart packed with a higher class of people then the other "Big Box" store. I never feel rushed and take my time without just wanting run out of there because of crying, poopy kids or the wild eyed, druggy dude staring at me licking his lips (Walmart). I love target, i really do. However, this target located at 14200 E Ellsworth makes me drive 20 mintues out of my way to drive to another target. Everyone is always rude. There is always 4 lanes open during the day and people walk back and forth to find the shortest line. I walked more than one employee walking around doing nothing......it looked like they were shopping for themselves rather than stocking. I was trying to buy a frozen tv dinner and it happened to be opened. The lady asked me if i wanted to go back and get another one. That would be great if I didnt have to walk to the back of the store to the freezers and if there wasnt already 5 people standing in line waiting for me to finish. SO, i did the right thing bought it and when i was done i went back got a different one. Again doing the right thing i took it back to customer service and told them what happened and the lady looked at me like i took the time to open the old one to replace the new one. It was the same price its not like i was upgrading. Dont get me wrong ive had my fair share of bad experiences at other targets but this one is a joke. If walmart had more class in baby clothes id be shopping there over target. I like quality stuff!!! read more

This is a super target, as mentioned by the other reviewers. I, someone who LOVES target, only gave this place 3 stars because of the price. It is awesome that there is a grocery section and poultry, meats, etc, but it is quite expensive. The selection is also not as good as other target stores I have been too. The grocery's are also very expensive compared to the grocery stores nearby such as King Sooper's. I do like the other things here though such as the home goods and electronics. Probably would only come here to buy non-grocery items in the future. read more

They're always out of everything I need and employees don't know where anything is. Last time I was in I was standing in front of 3 employees who saw me, didn't acknowledge me and wouldn't move so I pushed my way through. They still said nothing and I said "don't stress yourself".
