I visited this location last Fri hoping to purchase Simple Human trash bags. I needed "C" size for my bathroom can. But the one pkg they had earlier in the day had been sold. Joe helped me order a box of 3 pkg's (20 each) or 60 bags. He arranged to have it shipped to the store. I received a email on 1/9 indicating it had been shipped via Fedex from a warehouse in Ft Worth, TX and should arrive 1/11. I recd a text msg this morning and the store manager left me a voicemail saying it had arrived. Everything worked!! read more

BEWARE ... BB&B is ONLY online now...nowhere to return merchandise locally. I purchased a large area rug online and tried to cancel the order but was not able to do so. So, rug arrived and now have to incur the cost of the return at $55! Not a very pleasant experience. I will NEVER shop online with them again. read more

The most unique thing about this chain store is that it is in a strip mall that surrounds a CEMETERY. Yes, you heard me right, an old cemetery is smack dab in the middle of this strip mall. High metal fence, locked gate. Lewis Cemetery. You can't miss it as you drive along Parker Road - right between TGIF and a fast food chicken joint (you know, the one that is closed on Sundays?) This BB & B is right behind the final resting place of some of our county's founders. I popped into BB & B for a couple items the other day. It was Halloween Day. As I stepped through the door I entered the coming holiday season. You know, the one that is screaming down the calendar. Shelves were stocked with holiday gifts - - stocking stuffers were piled high. I'm not sure if my claustrophobia came from the overstocked shelves or that fact that ghosts and goblins from past lives were following me around on this warm Halloween Day! My hair was full of electricity! My hands were ice cold! Whatever possessed the building of a strip mall at this location? I would have put a nice green park here and let those that have passed on enjoy their final rest. I doubt that any of them need holiday gifts, new sheets, kitchen utensils, rugs or even bath salts; let alone a chicken sandwich, car wash or polished nails. Recommendation: If you need some holiday gift ideas, yes stop in. But, if you are not sure about sharing a space or time with those that have passed through the light at the end of the tunnel, perhaps another store down the road would be more to your comfort. read more

This is a particularly nice BB&B. They always seem to have parking in front of the store and the associates are always helpful. You never have to hunt for someone to get something from the top shelf. Oh and about those shelves - can we stack things any higher BB&B!? Jeez, it is crazy the amount of merchandise in one store. Their prices at times can seem crazy too. However, they usually have a coupon out in their ad and sales going. In fact the last time I went in w/o a coupon the guy was like - you don't have a coupon? Are you sure? If you find one at home you can come back and we will give you it later. :) Um, OK! It was actually a comical exchange since he was genuinely flabbergasted I didn't have a coupon. The manager lied to us. We ordered a small air conditioning unit online for store pick-up due to Covid-19. The online tracker said they had 4 of these in the store. Since we live about 5 minutes away we just drove over there. When we got there we asked if they had this item. They apparently couldn't find it anywhere. The manager came out to talk to us and said this, (I'm not making this up). "Since you order this online we sold all four of those". We both did an eye roll. Of course he didn't sell four of those units in the last 5 minutes. There was almost no one in the store. Then lo and behold like magic another employee just happened to find one in the back. The store is fine and there is a ton of selection (just like at all BB&B locations) but the staff is super rude. Everyone seems mad and it's really uncomfortable. Elvira slid our glass cups on the counter and was super uncomfortable to deal with. Customer service isn't always easy, but it's important to at least try to be kind. read more

I went in to find silverware for my daughter who is moving into her very first apartment! I found this very unique set that had a sign underneath the display of a five piece set saying $19.99. THERE WERE NO OTHER PRICES LISTED. I grabbed two of them and when I went to check out, they rang up $99.99 per set. I explained to them about the display, the clerk called someone up, she got the information, and went back to the display to check it out. She couldn't figure it out, so I was asked to get out of line, gather up all of my belongings, and go back to show her. She was stumped and could not give me an answer, so she called a manager. This manager said the price that was listed was for the display only (5 individual pieces). I showed him how this did not make any sense since there were NO SIGNS other than the $19.99, and that sign did not indicate it was for the display only. He indicated they just completed doing inventory, and that signs were not put back out correctly. Not only was this completely deceptive, but not once did he offer to make this right or apologize for the inconvenience and misconception. He let me walk away extremely upset. The customer service was extremely poor and I am appalled that they allowed a customer to leave on these terms. read more

This location is usually ok but sometimes, like today, they do not seem to have enough help. Took two Soda Stream tanks back for replacements and got new ones, except they did not discount price for the returned tanks. With coupons, transactions can become difficult to follow on their receipt. Bottom line, you have to watch closely. Coupons should enhance customer satisfaction but theirs are often just confusing and it becomes unclear whether you got the right sales price. In general, the Park Meadows store is worth the trip. read more

I have been a long time BB&B customer. No more. I am truly done. For the second time now we have had to return items that don't work/don't have the right parts. This time it was a shower head. Expensive, and it had two empty plastic bags in it that were SUPPOSED to have washers in them. My time is valuable, and I am not going to take the time to shop for an item only to return it because it is defective. THEN on top of that, they would not accept my 20% off coupon, first because I didn't have an "app" and second because I wasn't a "member." I don't know what any of that means, never had a problem using a coupon before. I only go to these kinds of places when dragged here by the wife, but it is fun seeing all the nifty gadgets they have - potato peelers, apple peelers, space bags to suck all the air out of your clothes, folding chairs, not to mention every single "As Seen on TV" item you could want. You could spend way too much money in here if you're not careful. I had my eyes on a cool little popcorn maker but have no idea where it could possibly go in the house. The staff were very helpful here. Someone came running out of nowhere when I tried to use a long box to get an item off a top shelf so that it could fall into my waiting hands. And a little bit later when I was looking for the price on an item all I had to do was think of needing help and another person came running from somewhere else. We were on a mission and our visit went smoothly. Staff member helped us find the pressure cooker we were looking for; also went out of his way to get us a cart for the large box. Checkout was super fast and friendly. The cooker was already an incredible deal, but we were able to use a store coupon with it as well. What has happened to this store? Clerks very brisk. I asked a clerk where to find an item and she halfheartedly helped me--as if I were bothering her. Stock was depleted and non existent and no one to help. Items on the floor. I've seen lots of corporate types on my last several visits. If they were making changes to the store,they missed the mark. Used to enjoy shopping here, but there are other stores I can go to and actually have merchandise to choose from and staff available to cheerfully help. What a shame! Ok, so there is a burial ground in the parking lot. Big deal. It's actually pretty cool site that is dedicated to a lot of the pioneers and settlers. When the grounds were given to CSU, many of the tombstones were beyond repair or missing. So the area was sectioned off and designated as a cemetery . Ok BB&B. This store is has really cool, unique stuff and that staff is readily available to help. I went in to get a pizza stone on Saturday evening. I had looked all over and could not find them. It's the " it was here last week" syndrome. I approached the front desk, inquired about the stone and she walked me right to it. She then kindly asked if I needed anything else, along with some suggestions. I thanked her and she advised as she walked away not to hesitate to ask if I needed anything else. As I made my choice, I wandered around and found things to be priced, orderly and clean. Sometimes it feels like I am a bull in a china shop as I am 6'4" and built like a football player. As we headed towards the checkout, there was one person ahead of us who was already being served. The sales clerk immediately radioed for cashier assistance before I came close to the counter. When she arrived, she rang our items out and checked for damage. Then inquired if I needed anything else. The bagged my good properly, thanked us and we were on our way. Overall, BB&B is a great place for finding odds and ends stuff, special edition DVD's and sale items. I give them 4 stars as their prices are steep and I would not consider buying anything but culinary products because of it. I really do not think of them as a bedding, wall hanging or candle store. Aurora, Colorado- I waited in line for 30 minutes to perform what I expected to be a simple exchange. I have never had problems exchanging here which is why I WAS a loyal customer. Apparently their new policy is they charge a 20% restocking fee without a receipt. What is this about? A restocking fee? Im not buying huge furniture or electronics..... These are ordinary home items and it doesn't take much to restock it. Shoot, I'll put the sheets on the shelf FOR you! Store is always clean and staff is always around when you need them. I like to cook so I can get lost in the cooking gadgets for a while. Tend to go in to buy our K cup coffee because they send us the mailers and text discounts which always makes it better. Went in this time and didn't find any bed sheets we liked so we used our 20% off deal to purchase a new scale. Alas, when we got it home it didn't work. Can't blame the store for it so it'll go back and get exchanged. Never have issues here with exchanges; they are most helpful and apologetic about the inconvenience! Definitely recommend. read more

My husband and I have been to this location three times in the past month. We came to this location due to its close proximity, and we knew we would find what we needed. We won't be back. On each visit, we were shocked by the poor quality of customer service. Upon checkout each time, the employees did not greet us, did not make eye contact, and finally, made rude and sarcastic comments that if we wanted to complete the purchase, we had to put the chip side of the debit card into the chip reader. Really? This is the best you can do to thank individuals who are making purchases? We will drive somewhere else or make our purchases online from now on. Goodbye, Bed, Bath and Beyond.
