We bought a brand-new washer and dryer from Lowe's. It was installed and we realized that it was not adding hot water to the drum. We obviously checked all the hoses to make sure they were configured correctly. We went back to Lowe's 48 hours later to let them know the machine wasn't working correctly. No one could talk with us so we returned the next day (72 hours later). They informed us that they couldn't help us because we were no longer within the 48 hour return time frame which no one informed us and no one provided any documentation of this policy. Now we have to call a repair person for a BRAND-NEW washing machine and pay out of pocket for the repair because LG is saying that Lowe's should be exchanging the machine. We spent $900 on a washing machine that is not working and Lowe's had absolutely NO INTEREST in helping us out. We will be shopping at Home Depot from now on. I wish Sears was still in business. read more

The employee working in electrical was already busy with another customer because he had to ESCORT them and their purchase to the cash register. So he walked off and left me. I had a very poor experience with the Lowe's store in Aurora, CO related to an online order placed for store pickup. When I arrived to retrieve the items, the associate was extremely difficult and unhelpful. Despite me being listed on the account, having the payment card used for the purchase, and clearly identifying the order, the associate insisted on calling my wife. I explained multiple times that she was at work and not readily available, yet this was still treated as an obstacle rather than coming up with the best solution. This created unnecessary delays and frustration, especially on MLK Day, when customers should expect basic efficiency and courtesy. What should have been a simple pickup turned into an exhausting experience due to poor judgment and lack of customer service. Overall, this was a very bad experience and reflects poorly on this location's management and training. I do not recommend using this store for online pickup. read more

Buyer beware doing business with Lowe's. I am not a negative review person but I genuinely would leave zero stars if I could. I placed an order online for four kitchen appliances. The first to arrive was a dishwasher installed which flooded my kitchen. After calling several numbers and being unable to be connected to anyone (auto-disconnects, lots of transfers, and awkward-to-navigate phone menus), I finally reached a person who told me they couldn't help me (despite the installation having occurred only a couple days prior) and to contact the manufacturer. So alright. It's the weekend, I'll deal with it on Monday. Only, I then had a microwave from the order cancelled with no notice despite the cancellation reason being listed as 'delay not approved'. So fine, I was having a bad time with Lowe's anyway and decided I'd just buy the rest of the appliances elsewhere. So I went to cancel the rest of my order which would have been super easy if the website worked... but it didn't. Back to Lowe's phone hell for me... I called again. I was, again, transferred over and over with person after person saying 'that's not my department, let me transfer you' which ended in being transferred to an unmanned line and the call being auto-disconnected. So yeah. I'm out over $600 dollars for a non-functional dishwasher, I have a flooded kitchen, and an order I can't cancel. I wouldn't recommend shopping with Lowe's to my worst enemy. read more

10;00am Saturday July 12th 2025. Beautiful day in the middle of summer. Lots of people shopping in the store. NO (zero) check stands open!!!! Only 4 self check out machines. Long line waiting to pay for their purchases. Some people set their products down and walked out without buying. The poor lady monitoring the self checkout was being hammered about getting some registers opened up. It was obvious that she had no say in it. After waiting 15 minutes to pay for my one item, I also put down my item and walked out. Drove a few miles to Home Depot on Parker Rd and Chambers Rd. Go the exact same item and went to an open cashier , paid and went home. Home Depot also had self checkout machines but the cashier stands (3 of them) were open and no lines. I certainly don't blame the lady monitoring the self checkout. I blame the management for not responding to an obvious situation that alienates customers. Step up your game Lowes!! read more

After months of runaround and lots of calls from their support people telling me their manager was seeking approval, sending receipts and pictures of the damage, they offered me. A $100 gift card. Lowe's has always been my go to store, but after this last nightmare NEVER AGAIN. I made a fairly large purchase and specifically asked for delivery and installation. When the installer arrived, half of the items that were to be delivered were not on the truck. The installer did the installation using my old parts which I had wanted new ones to replace the old. The installation went fine using old parts. Lowe's refunded my money for the missing parts even though they were all in stock when I made the purchase. Then the kitchen sink sprayer and hose were not delivered initially and I had to wait a week for them to be delivered. Then Lowe's told me they don't install them and wanted to charge me another $200 to install the sprayer and hose. I told them to cancel the rest of the order and give me my money back. If I could give this Lowe's zero stars I would. The manager at store #1730 is completely useless. I had to personally call the third party delivery manager to get my washer and dryer installed after 10 DAYS of it being in my living room and rescheduling the install 5 different times. The manager didn't even have a timeline of when my washer and dryer could be installed. But the third party manger got it figured out in 10 minutes. The only useful thing the store manager did was give me the third party deliveries number! I WILL NEVER BE ORDERING FROM LOWES EVER AGAIN and after spending $2300 I was only able to get 10% of my money back, absolute BULLSHIT. Manuel with Manny's Handyman Services was great and had no part in this terrible experience of purchasing a product and paying $197.00 for installation at Lowe's. I will NEVER pay for Lowe's scam of a service to install anything again or EVER use Angie's List! I was unaware that my purchase of the installation for my garbage disposal would be set up through a third party (Angie's List) which required me to download their app and create an account. What a horrible joke! When I paid for Lowe's installation services ($197.00), I expected that a Lowe's employee would do the job. I received multiple phone calls and text reminders from Angie's List and Lowe's giving me different appointment dates and times. Because of this lack of communication, I had too make multiple calls to both Lowe's and Angies List. These phone calls I made produced no answers. These two companies have no idea how to work together in providing a service. I had NO knowledge this was how my garbage disposal was getting installed. I will tell everyone I know about how terrible Lowe's and Angie's List installation services are and what a waste of money I paid to Lowe's. I paid $197.00 for a huge headache and major stress for three weeks prior to my installation because these two companies can't get it together. The staff here is just as nice as any other Lowe's, but I had to dock this location 1 star because of my most recent experience. I went into Lowe's on a quick lunch break from work and I normally check the mistints. Well, I found a 5 gallon bucket in the mistint section and asked the lady at the counter how much it was because it wasn't marked down nor was there a paint spot on top to tell me the color. The lady at the counter told me that it was a mistint but it looks like it was an opened paint, so she said she couldn't sell it to me because it could go bad. I know that paint doesn't necessarily "go bad" if it's stored properly. She said she didn't have the authority to mark it down as a mistint nor was the manager at the counter, but she didn't want to make an attempt to locate the manager. She just took the 5 gal bucket and plainly said she couldn't sell it to me. I have bought my fair share of mistints and have never experienced an employee who appeared to WANT to NOT sell me a mistint. read more

I orderd a washer/dryer for my mother's new townhome from Lowes. On delivery day (10/21/22) one of the contractors hired to deliver and install these appliances used a bathroom in my mother's basement that had been fine (I used those facilities the day before my mom moved in). The bathroom facilities were clogged by the delivery person's usage and began overflowing but he did not tell my mother. She smelled the mess and opened the bathroom door the next day . . . and discovered a huge mess of human waste and water leaking all over the bathroom and into the carpeting in the basement. My mother and I have spent over 15 hours on the phone with Lowes to remediate this problem and although it's days later they have not offered any restitution or help - they are "waiting for a full report" to reimburse the plumber, they have not offered cleaning, and they seem unconcerned about water and waste leaking into my mother's basement. My mom tipped these guys and they ruined her property. The pictures of her bathroom and basement are alarming and look like an explosion. Damages are mounting. Lowes continues to say they will help and then to not call back or come up with solutions. While the store seems to agree that the delivery personnel they used should be held responsible for this atrocious experience they don't seem to have a process to actually fix this issue nor do they follow through. One manager authorizes covering the entire plumbing bill, another says only part will be covered. It's been three days and the plan to clean my mother's bathroom and carpet is to wait until an insurance claim is processed. There is literal waste and wanter seeping into my mother's basement but, sure, let's wait for an insurance process. Look at these pictures before thinking about ever using this Lowe's to purchase appliances. read more

Your employees leave a sign out displaying a discount on a product, & management is called to the checkout to do a price check or override, but refused because of the fine print stating the sale ended 3 days ago. Shame on the manager for not honoring the price, then removing the sign. You have gotten the last of my money. Pulling in the parking lot it's absolutely horrible. There's only minimal lights on in the main parking area is very very dark. It's actually kind of scary. Anyway the main reason for my visit was to return a gift card that I got. The gift card is irrelevant. My point is I went into the store and spoke with an individual by the name of ERROL. He was a nice guy and pleasant but it was just more problems for me to have to deal with this particular establishment. He wasn't sure if you could refund the gift card he asked me multiple times if it was the receipt that had been with this particular gift card. I think the service at Lowe's is gone downhill not to mention for previous experiences that I've had with particular products and I had to buy from their store and parts are products that were missing inside of the box it's like you buy something at a retail price and you don't know if you're even going to get a full product. read more

TL;DR: I will never buy another appliance from Lowe's. I bought a washer and drier from them, had it delivered within a reasonable time (1 week). When the delivery driver arrived, he told me that he would not be removing my old appliance as agreed. He was very rude about it saying "I'm not here to debate it, I'm just not taking it!". After the installer left, I noticed a large dent in the top of the dryer. I did not see, on my security cameras, how the dryer got damaged, but I did see it had the dent before it came into the house. In addition to the dent, it had quite a bit of sticker residue on the top of it, which the later replacement did not, so I wonder if it had been a floor model. I don't know if that's what it was, but I had paid for a brand-new dryer, and was not at all happy with the condition of the one they delivered. Later that night we discovered that the washer was leaking. Then we learned that the hot and cold water hoses were reversed. In fixing that, we discovered that the installer had cross-threaded one of the feed lines (not the cause of the leak). I attempted to call a manager that day, but my first call was disconnected after about 6 minutes on hold. 14 minutes into my second call (mostly spent on hold), a customer service agent told me she'd have a manager call me back. They did not call me back. The next morning I was able to get a manager, but he told me they couldn't get the old appliances picked up that day, it'd be the next day. So my old washer / dryer was on my curb for 2 days. On the plus side, he agreed to replace the washer and dryer with working and undamaged units without any kind of fuss. However, they didn't have anymore washers in stock, and it ended up 13 more days with a leaky washer and damaged dryer before they could come. The 2nd installer was very pleasant, and was able to figure out how to screw a hose on without any difficulty. In summary, they earned the 1 star by quickly agreeing to replace the washer and dryer. They lose the other 4 for getting, literally, everything else wrong. read more

This is my local Lowe's and I do prefer it to Home desperate. I have bought things in store, done special orders for cabinets and counter tops for new kitchen and I have been fortunate enough to have never had issues. If things were wrong they got corrected right away and made right. I like the fact that you see the same people when you go in. This tells me that people there appear to like their jobs enough to stay. I don't think I have run into anyone who wasn't friendly and willing to at least try to help with my odd requests or descriptions of things. I like that they have wifi in the store as well, this had come in really handy before I had a smart phone and would have to email pictures of things to ensure I was getting what I was sent for so another trip did not have to be made. read more

We come to this Lowe's location sometime. We always have good experiences shopping here. Today, we came to purchase some tiles. We found the tiles we were looking for in stock. They were so heavy that after lifting one box and placing it in the flat bed, there weren't enough air for us to breathe. Tom, a worker at Lowe's quickly came over to help us loading all the tiles boxes into the flatbed. Tom was very friendly and was very helpful. At checkout, we asked for help loading the tiles into the car. Once again, Tom showed up, told us to just get in the car since it's cold and windy outside. He did all the hard work. For example; the 80v is only sold online.. so when it breaks, you can return it but you won't get an exchange... the will give you a 24v one that's $250.00 less. I have shopped this store for years until tonight and will never shop here again. I purchased an almost $400 carpet cleaning machine from this store and took it home and it worked at most 4 times and it was mediocre every time so I decide to take it in and exchange it for a new unit. When I first arrived at the store I was told they would need a managers approval for the exchange seeing as how I didn't have the box. I don't know about you but i hardly have room for my family at home let alone a gigantic empty box from a carpet cleaning machine. I was then informed the manager on duty was in a meeting and was told it would be at least another half hour, this was after I had already waited almost half an hour and the store was pretty much empty so that already didn't make sense but nonetheless I agreed to wait because I had no other options. After 45 more minutes the manager finally appears and he literally walked up and just said nope we aren't going to do the exchange. The man didn't let me speak he wouldn't hear me out at all just simply said "NO" and walked away. He was rude and I have never had this issue before. I have done a similar return without issues with this particular store twice before but the way I was treated tonight is unacceptable and I will no longer do business with this store. The point is I was not asking for money back nor was I asking for store credit I simply want them to exchange the unit that I spent a lot of money on because it doesn't work. And I don't see why it is an issue when I purchased it from them. That just tells me that they don't stand by the products they sell and that doesn't make any kind of good business sense! read more

why i keep coming to this location? heck if i know. it's close by and must be the convenience. if i m looking for that special parts, its definitely hit and miss. i have higher chance if getting the parts i need at HD most of the time. todays visit to sprinkler department was ok in one area but no so in another. im finding that their most used parts are out most of the time. for example, lot of people uses 3/4 and 1inch sizes to work on their sprinkler system. its in high demand. Lowes supplies? they provide as much space as other items that's not used often. this creates empty area for popular items and stuck with odd items. good luck stocking items thats hardly selling. how can you make money when they are always out of stuff? Went back today because my father had the wrong measurements for the cabinet. Lowe's delivery did come in yesterday and remeasured and the refrigerator purchased didn't fit. He told my dad to just go back to the store, get another one, and they would still haul away the old one and install the new one free of charge. We got a different model, even cheaper and it came with an $80 rebate (in the form of a Lowe's gift card). Process to get the new one was easy and Jeremy, the Appliance Sales Specialist, was really friendly, patient and helpful. Went with my dad to get a refrigerator. Anne, Appliance Sales Specialist, was just so helpful and friendly. She gave us all the information right away and the refrigerator my dad wanted wasn't available at the Havana store so she called the Buckley store to make sure they had the right one and they were able to schedule it for delivery the next day. My dad and I went to the Buckley store and were helped by J.D. He was also very friendly and helpful. The price was right and got an additional 10% military discount so my dad saved over $100.
