    Final sale for fake products.

This store sells fake Labubus. Very deceiving. The boxes were replaced with fake Labubus and they claim it's real and no refunds/exchanges. Please don't fall for this and don't support this business.

I'm part of a non-profit organization & today 7 industry friends were shopping for a Local Women's Center (see receipt). We were treated unkind and with a tone that would be unacceptable with any owner or brand. Apparently we were blocking the aisle as we were unloading 4 shopping carts of supplies. We immediately complied and 3 of us moved and waited near the door. Apparently that wasn't enough. We were asked again rudely not to block the aisle from customers. This time NOT ONE customer was in sight. I guess a please isn't part of the training manual here. We all have bad days and I guess she had a taxing day at 10:11am. Let's try to be kind to customers or better yet to everyone. It's also free to smile and to great customers.

Seven is larger and different color than the 0. Also, loosing its shape along with the heart by day four.

This rating is for their helium balloons. The number balloons are two different colors (supposedly rose gold) and the seven and heart have shrunken considerably by day four. Also, one of the balloons that was listed as in stock on their website wasn't available when I went. All four balloons ran me about $18.

I needed some stones/pebbles to place in a case for one of dying plants and my brother told me about this place. First off, everything's $1.11. This store has some great selections for party supplies. It's clean and organized and on Burbank Blvd between Hollywood Way and Pass so there isn't much traffic here and parking in their lot is a breeze. Totally found what I needed and then some.

Ok this place rocks! It's so clean and organized! I love that the aisles are wide and not jammed packed with floor displays. They have everything from makeup supplies, house supplies, party supplies, art supplies, shipping supplies, knick knacks... Think a small version of MICHAEL'S with a Dollar Store flare. No produce or real food like the 99¢ Only Store, but they do have some snacks. And seasonal things. I love this place! Ample parking. Clean bathrooms. And friendly staff. Bring your own bag or pay ..10¢ for one of theirs. You gotta check this place out!

    PRICE INCREASE 10/01/21

I keep giving this place a chance because we enjoy their craft section. They are now raising their prices again to 1.51 so it's not going to be worth going there anymore since the dollar store and Michael's using coupons gets you the same deal (or better). Employees are so rude! They play a recording overhead when someone looks "suspicious" to them. Also a new recording now children come in

Closed during business hours. Two people walked out of the store and left 1 hour before the posted closing time.

The shop has another location in Hudson, NY. [Parking]: Metered parking in Atwater Village, but luckily I found a metered parking spot across from the shop at 5 PM on Saturday. [Selection]: Very organized shop as pens are ordered by rainbow color. The shop sells a decent selection of Valentine's Day cards. The staff was friendly and even asked customers on what they were looking for. In addition to greeting cards and stationery, they also have candles, tote bags, etc. The shop also offers gift wrapping service and apparently they even sell red rose bouquets during Valentine week. [Gift wrapping service]: The service is only available at brick & mortar locations. Materials are purchased separately and holiday rush fees may be applied. The shop offers complimentary gift wrap on all in-store purchases (customer's choice of kraft box or kraft wrap with twine). During the busy holiday season, the staff may asks customers to drop off gifts and pick up at a later determined time. * Small (e.g. Small Book, Journal, Pen Box, Candle) = $8 * Medium (e.g. Shoe Box, iPad, Shirt Box) = $10 * Large (e.g. Oversized Books, Laptop, Coat) = $12 * Extra Large (oversized) (e.g. Oversized Kids Toys, Bedding Sets, Large Framed Art, TV) = $20+ [Conclusion]: The shop has a more diverse selection and is not limited to just Japanese style cute stationery. I got some chocolate bars based on my friend's personalities and a candle in a scent named after a vacation place one of them wanted to travel to. They'll gift wrap for free with kraft paper and you even have the option to choose premium wrapping for a small additional fee. As someone that is awful at wrapping gifts, this perk was amazing for the price and I always opt-in if it's available. All my interactions from entering, to checking out, to picking up were phenomenal!! The shop attendants greeted me and my husband warmly upon entering and their hospitality also trickled into their text messages when they were keeping me up-to-date on my wrapping order. Do note that when they are backed up with gift wrapping, they might have you come back at a later time if there's a queue! This is an excellent problem because there are so many shops to duck in and out of nearby. I ended up running other errands outside of the area and coming back before closing on my way to my friends' parties. Getting a greeting card, several presents, a little 'treat yourself' gift to me, and gift wrapping all in one stop? Perfection.

I've been in the morning as well as before closing. It's always busy. Guess it's a good thing on their part. Like mentioned, I don't recommend coming in for the last minute holiday decorations. You would think as it's early in December, they'll have some things left over. Well, majority of things are gone. Loads of the isles have been cleared already. I've even seen some employees taking down the fixtures already. It's good for them but if you're looking for the decoration, I do recommend coming early. Like a month or so. They have them out early and most are on sale. It's still half off for Christmas items. You'll still get things there as they have random stuffs. But majority of holiday items are gone. I don't know if they'll restock anything now but if you're not looking for something particular, I'm sure they'll have it. It's also a store that literally carries everything. It's basically a Joann's, Michael's and a Home Goods all under one roof. There's everything that you can want or need in a craft store of such. Also, why is it that all the store seems to be short with cashiers. There's always a massive line in the store and there's like 3, maybe 4 cashier. If you coming, just make sure not to be in a rush. But I'm sure you'll end up leaving with one thing or a cart of things. They alway do have amazing discounts.
