I'm really happy that I found Dollar King a few years ago their prices have been raised from $1.11 to I think $1.25 but nonetheless for what they sell it is a great price every item is the same price so nothing is over $1.25 I love to go here because of the makeup selection and the arts and crafts selection is so more that what you find at other dollar stores. It is a very unique place to shop you can find a lot of things here that you do not find at other dollar stores which is something I appreciate because I do like the variety of things they have I've never had a problem with the service. So far everyone has been very nice which I appreciate The store is always very clean and in order which is a huge thing for me since most dollar stores are out of order I really like how clean and neat they keep everything I recommend the Dollar King you should check it out. read more

Horrible dollar king do not go to this one. They follow you around the store and make weird comments. Everytime I went in the store I was followed or had employees looking around me for absolutely no reason. Not a single employee is respectful they are all so rude it's unbelievable how they even have a job in customer service. I would rate negative if I could. The manager is especially rude and extremely unprofessional. There are many other dollar king locations that don't do this unnerving behavior, it would a be a waste of your money to spend it at this location. They were also talking badly about other customers in front of me without a care in the world! Besides that the store is small and there are other dollar kings in the area that have larger selection. read more

The security guard came up to me mad and said if I put something in my pocket I said no and showed him and he didn't believe me and if I did something they would say it on the intercom out loud not going back. read more

Came at 7:55pm just to get 1 thing QUICK. & the security didn't let me in anymore and was EXTREMELY rude. Once i asked for his name he said to not worry about it. read more

They only have 1 worker always and like the line takes 30 minutes. It's ridiculous. I would not recommend this place

I walked into this Dollar King looking for a specific Item. I asked Arlet if they happened to have any in the back and she was so nice to check. She went above and beyond to assist me. So happy to run into people that really look out for the customer. Thank you Arlet for you patience and your great customer service!!!!! read more

The employe who helped me and my mother very mice but the story manager not so much it was the day before my dads party and we just needed to but one number balloon but she didn't want to sale it to us because it was 30 minutes before they closed and she haves a horrible attitude saying that's we would just have to get it tomorrow. read more

Prices are pretty good & the selection of items. Just bummed out to hear that the owner doesn't treat employees well

Going by the reviews I guess this place use to be clean but not anymore. It's not in the best neighborhood so walking in with bags is a no, you have to either take them to your car or leave them with the cashier and get them back on your way out. The place is a total mess, looks like a tornado hit and everything is out place. If you don't mind a messy store then it's a good place to find a few good deals. The staff is very nice and friendly so cant speak bad about them. read more

This place just opened a few months ago so it is very clean. It has a good selection of party materials, snacks, crafts, and beverages. It's not as extensive as Daiso but it as a lot of items that you use everyday for cheap. The parking lot is vast and the customer service is good. Overall, the experience was positive and I would revisit. read more

There are a couple Dollar King stores in LA and I came to this one to pick up some misc. party supplies. It's big and they have some cool Easter holiday party decor too. You can spend 1+ hours in here since they have a wide selection of cheap items! read more

Great selection for party gear, crafters, makeup addicts, and good finds in food section. Staff is scarce, but helpful and pleasant.

Everything is here! Like everything my mind was blown by all the stuff they have here I love this spot! Everything EVERYTHING is 1.20$

Super organized store. It didn't feel like I was buying from a mad house like the Dollar Tree.

I love DOLLAR KING they have lots of products and the place is really clean. It is really nice to shop there because everything is well organized. Customer service is awesome. I was looking for make up organizers and Cristina helped me in to find these awesome metal trays. She was super nice!!! I would definitely go back. read more

Dollar King - This are the organizers I bought. And guess what? I got a lot of stuff for my nails too. - Department Stores Near Me - Panorama City, California

Honestly, the best dollar store in the world! Absolutely obsessed with all the expensive items including iPhone chargers/cases, party decorations, beauty supplies and name-brand perfumes and so much more! And lastly, merchandised to perfection! read more

I just graduated from college so this is all I can get is very useful in the system quick pick up items and cheap house ware items. A perk of a dollar stores usually the little candies and snacks that you can get but this one really doesn't have anything in that department besides about one row, so I would suggest just going to the 99cent store for more selection. As I said before though this location is clean and upkeep and it's nice for a quick stop and pick up for around the house needs read more

Very convenient store.as a broke college student, id recommend to re-up here for supplies

The Dollar King in Panorama City is amazing! It literally has become one of my favorite locations to shop. This store in particular is one of the newer locations and is SUPER neat and clean. The store is so neatly organized, I was able to find everything I needed in addition to a few other items I did not necessarily need but I just could not pass up the opportunity for such great items for such a discounted price. They have a wide variety of household items, seasonal items, MAKEUP, crafting items & even basic clothing items ALL FOR $1.11 The shopping center has easy parking, the staff was very kind and overall I had a great experience. I highly recommend everyone to pay this store a visit read more

Just went today and I must say everything was neat and tidy, to my surprise considering most dollar stores are a mess. The employees are also very helpful and personable. Will definitely return for more shoping. read more

I went in here today because I read some of the reviews about their good art supplies. Well sadly I did not find anything really worth buying in the arts and crafts section. However, I did stock up on some great drugstore makeup. They had a great selection that included Milani and Jordana! Overall I'm pleased that I went even if I didn't find what I was originally looking for. read more

I love this Dollar King!!! Every time I go I always find what I need. If not the workers there always help. They have a very good selection in holiday stuff and the carry Milani which is one of my favorite makeup lines. One of this things that I love is that its very clean. I always go and I'm greeted when I enter, which makes me feel welcomed. In all, I always recommend this store to family and friends. read more
