This store is a gem! The new owner who took over is very personable and just an amazing person. I felt like family the second I walked in. I literally browsed the entire store and loved all the items she carries . She has the latest and newest from Michael Aram's collection. She has amazing chocolates imported from Lebanon , amazingly delicious and a huge hit with my family and friends The prices are just perfect and the smallest of quality items they carry is just as elegant as the largest of items they carry . I very much appreciated and felt like a respected customer ... offered coffee and chocolates the second I walked in . This is my to go to Michael Aram store from now on. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by the warmest and kindest store owner. She was absolutely incredible with my little daughter, even entertaining her and offering her a lollipop! It was such a sweet gesture, especially considering the boutique has so many gorgeous, delicate pieces. Instead of cringing at the sight of a little one, she embraced us with open arms! I found the most beautiful item for my home, and the owner went above and beyond by offering free gift wrapping. Plus, she included a 30-day return guarantee, which just shows how much she cares about her customers' happiness! they have flavored chocolates in the store! She generously let us try a few pieces, and OMG, they were divine! Honestly, this boutique is a treasure trove of unique, designer pieces that you won't find anywhere else. Even though I don't live nearby, I'll definitely make the trip just to support this lovely shop and its amazing owner. I've been a customer of Nour Boutique a while and it was my go to place for luxury gifts. I visited today and to my surprise store looked totally different. Their decor and merchandise they carry has nothing to do with before. Lady was very presentable and nice but I went to get a specific type of gift and none existed. Store has variety of gifts but I went elsewhere to buy mine. I think business is sold with it's name. They now have a smaller stock but still nice if you like to try but if you are familiar with Nour merchandise and would like to buy that type, they are not here anymore :( I WANTED TO ADD THAT MY REVIEW OF NUR BOUTIQUE IS THE ONE IN TRADER JOES SHOPPING CTR. I came to this boutique for a gift and the employee here was very rude because I chose To see multiple items and she had to get these items to show me and than had to put them back. I felt as though she did not want to assist me because she was very helpful to another customer who walked in a few minutes after me. If I wasn't in a rush I wouldn't have gotten anything from here due to the lack of customer service from this employee. I will not be returning here ever again, and I highly do not recommend this boutique. Take your business elsewhere. read more
