I explained that my situation involved self defense, that I am a medical professional, and that I felt like everything I worked for was slowly fading away. They immediately told me they would fight hard to get my case dismissed, and they did. Throughout the entire process, someone from DCD Law was always there to respond to my emails, documents, and questions. Their communication was excellent, and during one of the most stressful times of my life, that meant everything to me. What stood out most was that on a Saturday, when no one else answered, DCD Law did. Even Art took the time to give me guidance and help me understand the process and what steps I needed to take moving forward. I never felt ignored or dismissed. The waiting process during a legal case is incredibly difficult, but even when time felt like it was moving slowly, DCD Law was working behind the scenes to make sure my case was represented correctly. In the end, they were able to get my case dismissed, and I will forever be grateful for everything they did to protect my image, my case, and my future. I absolutely plan on hiring them again to help protect my professional license if needed. Thank you to Art, Lisa, Josh, and every employee at DCD Law who helped me through my self-defense case. Spoiler alert: THEY ARE. First, we spoke to Diana, a woman who is kind, professional and 100% no BS. She got the ball rolling by answering all of our questions and setting up a phone meeting to assess our needs and get things started. The communication was clear and throughout the process Diana was always available to answer questions and deal with insurance. She is a rockstar. Next, we met with Harry, who really listened to our wants/needs/desires on a new kitchen. He took photos and drew up an estimate for our insurance. Finally, we met with both Harry and Eduard, the owner/designer/genius of the operation. He was able to very quickly discuss what was and was not possible as well as make some suggestions that were 100% perfect. We absolutely decided to move forward after this meeting. Throughout every step of the process, Eduard and his crew were there when they said they would be there, on time, clean and dependable. They never left my house a mess. Everything was done with the highest quality and care. In addition, the crew he had was specialized and very good. His stone man has been with him 25 years and is an artist. His tile man was incredible and accurate with a tough tile pattern. His subcontractors were respectful and did great work. They always delivered and even finished early. Eduard also accommodated changes and worked with us to get exactly what we wanted on time and on budget. We would not hesitate to use them again! In addition, they worked beautifully with our insurance and adjuster, ensuring that everything went smoothly so we didn't have to worry about anything else. They turned a flood tragedy into a beautiful kitchen!
