I am always a little leery of jewelers because I've had pieces switched out and other things. But the moment I walked in here I was greeted with a smile and friendly welcome. I have now been in probably five times or so with and without my mom. We both had pieces that needed to be fixed. Every time we walk in no matter who is working, we have greeted and treated so nicely. I have full trust in them. And I will continue to use them for future jewelry repair or purchases. And I will always recommend this place to friends. They are very knowledgeable. I loved some of the pieces they have for purchase in the shop. They offer custom work. Today I walked in and wanted to show them a necklace my dog accidentally ripped off my neck. I just wanted the pendant checked and make sure it was secure. It's a family heirloom and means the world to me. I would've so upset if it came off the chain. She checked it and fixed it for me immediately. I asked how much I owed and she said nothing. It was so kind of them to fix it for me. Now I won't be worried I might lose it. It meant the world to me. I highly recommend this place.

While I was waiting elsewhere, I unfortunately lost another ring and was honestly really upset. When I came back and told him what happened, he was so kind, patient, and understanding. He went out of his way to help me and even offered to replace the ring for me at no cost, which I truly did not expect at all. That level of customer service is rare and meant so much to me. He also cleaned my ring, and now it looks absolutely beautiful and so sparkly. You can tell he genuinely cares about people and takes pride in his work.
