The store is clean and merchandised well. Their prices are mostly comparable to local competitors, which is to say overpriced due to fake inflation (corporate greed) and some other products are incredibly overpriced. I don't necessarily recommend them for weekly groceries, but they are OK if you are looking for occasional gourmet products or products other stores don't carry. Example: Chock full O'nuts coffee brand. ( Very overpriced, but the only place I have found it)

I had heard from a neighbor to check sprouts, and I gave them a quick call to ask him about their produce. Phil answered the phone and he was very quick polite. He took the time to let me know exactly how many were in stock.And even let me know when I came in, if there weren't enough to go ahead and reach out to him so he could pull them from the back.
