Their buyer(s) or supplier(s) must think our demographic sucks. You used to be able to find some pretty good deals on high quality stuff, but not so much anymore. Now it's not to say that you can't find the odd cool item or two, but it's not consistent. Their shoes and clothing department are a joke and you almost want to ask why bother bringing this crap in here. I guess there are enough people who are not discriminating when it comes these items. I used to love their selection of discount luxury bedding, but lately it's been woefully inadequate. Sometimes I see a cool furniture piece or two, but nothing amazing, and certainly not worth the prices they are asking for something unspectacular. They carry a wide array of garden junk. If your into that sort of clutter in your yard then be sure to check out their aisle or two of it. The staff have always been relatively friendly to me so I can't complain. I have yet to go in there and be excited about an incredible find. Maybe my expectations are too high. Hopefully that will change as Conroe grows and our demographics improve.

This enables me to check "store availability" to see if items are in stock at a particular location. I have recently realized that an item will show a sale price on the website but when checking out in the store, the sale price is not automatically given. You will only receive the sale price if you show the clerk the website. The first time I noticed this, I returned to the store and was refunded $30. The second time, I was refunded $138! I was given lots of reasons/excuses as to why but, overall, it seems like a shady way to do business. Also, last night I specifically asked if any of the items were on sale or going on sale in the next week or two and I was told no. This morning when I returned to the store, there many BOGO 50% signs which included the items I had purchases the night before. If you choose to shop here, always check online prices!

I even showed them the email saying it was at their location. The two older ladies, one with a strong accent were not helpful and not at all customer friendly. I strongly recommend everyone stop going to this store until the manager hires better employees. Wasted my lunch break and then I had to contact customer service for a refund. That is a joke as well. No way to talk to someone. Has to be a chat, email or text only. That wasted enough of my time that I had to take PTO time from work just to deal with it. Then they refused to refund the whole order and that I would have to go through this whole ordeal again when the rest of the order was shipped to the store.
