One of my favorite things is that the store is organized by color. Consignment shops can feel overwhelming and disorganized, but here it's easy to browse and actually find what you're looking for. Even better are the people. Emily and Claire have gotten to know my style over the years and pull things they know I'll love. When I ask for an honest opinion, I get one, and it's always genuine. I've been bringing my son in since he was a baby, and he loves it there too :) They remember him, ask about him, and make him feel welcome. After all this time they feel less like store employees and more like friends I get to visit with when I go in. Going to Poor Little Rich Girl is something I genuinely look forward to, never a chore.
