I almost missed them, but found a 2-pack of 3M bubble wrap envelopes, and also picked up some cute boxes of M&M mini cookies for my kids after school snacks that they always ask me for. Although this store is so-so, kind of clean, kind of in order, what made my day was my cashier. The person in front of me was paying for some Valentine knick-knacks and some sandbox toys, and apparently she was short .92ç. As she was struggling to find a dollar or enough change, Nicole the cashier got a dollar bill from her pocket and said "she got it" not to worry about it. The lady was so-so grateful, I would have said "thank You" maybe a couple of times, because this kind of customer service I have never seen before in my life! Kudos for Nicole the Cashier!!

They had very few holiday decorations (maybe 10 items), however they had some nice furniture that I would not have mind purchasing! The racks were all stocked of each size, which was nice that there were a lot of options for clothing. Typically I am really excited to go into Ross, but today just did not fulfill that excitement. They had many national brands as well as Winco branded items. The prices on most everything was less expensive than a "regular" grocery store like Fry's or Safeway. I stopped in the women's restroom and it was very clean. We decided to do self-checkout since the lines for the two cashiers were very long. I had some issues checking out an item that had two bar codes. A store employee was by my side in minutes and helped me to scan it correctly. She was very friendly and helpful. Winco does not accept credit cards, but they do take debit cards. They have plastic shopping bags available for free. I liked how they had a pizza-by-the-slice stand near the exit. I will definitely check that out next time.

Not just that, my second visit several weeks later he remembered so much about me. Just refreshing to have that personal shopper feel these days. The store is evolving nicely, 2 visits in 3 weeks and I spotted a lot more new products brought in. What's really great is that this TB Outlet has a selection of the same clothing pieces that other local department stores currently have, but at discounted prices. This place WOWS!!! The amazing and unique stuff is ENDLESS!!! My seven year old says he "wants to…read morelive here." At the young age of 7, even HE had an appreciation for all of the AMAZING items on display!! If you have never been to an auction, you MUST experience one!!! It should be on everyone's bucket list for sure!!! If you prefer, you can bid online for one or many of their unique and amazing items!! The owners are TRUE GEMS!! We just attended a presentation called Eddie Eagle, a program designed to teach children gun safety. The event was FREE and they went ALL OUT!! The program is fun and educational for the kids!! There were discussions and demonstrations and a fun video. They even arranged for the mascot Eddie Eagle to make an appearance! There were officers and a firefighter in attendance and the kids absolutely had a BLAST!! The kids all gathered in the front and sang and danced the motions to the song about gun safety after viewing the video!! In the end, they each got called up individually and got a certificate of completion and even a picture with Eddie Eagle!! And then pizza was served!!! The love and caring shown by these owners was so unexpected!! Not only did they open their doors to strangers in an effort to educate the kids about gun safety, they had chairs and tables set up and even had the video of Eddie Eagle ready to rock and roll!! Upon entry, the kids received a 24 pack of crayons and a activity pack related to Eddie Eagle. That was so generous!! Speaking of generous, the owners provided hot pizza, cold juice boxes, water bottles and cookies at the end of the presentation for the adults, children and first responders that were present!! WOW, what other business owner gives of their time and spends their dollars to offer this kind of community service these days?? These guys are genuine caring, kind and involved people in their community!!! KUDOS to this place!!!

On Friday, June 13th, 2025, at around 9:55 PM, I experienced one of the most unprofessional and…read morethreatening encounters I've ever had in a retail setting at this Dollar Tree location. My card declined due to a fraud alert from my bank. While I was on the phone resolving it (which was going to take just a few minutes), a man who claimed to be the manager suddenly stepped in, dismissed the cashier, and began rushing and disrespecting me. I explained that I needed just 5 minutes, but he insisted I leave everything and go. He then told me, "That's not my problem, you should've checked out earlier," despite the fact that the store hadn't even closed yet. When I asked why he was being so rude, he escalated immediately--threatening to call the police, cursing at me, and saying "I am the FUCKING manager"* when I asked to speak to one. When I requested his name, he screamed, "I'm not giving you my FUCKING name."* The aggression was unnecessary, unprovoked, and hostile. I felt extremely unsafe. I am a young woman, and he was invading my personal space, yelling directly in my face, and cursing loudly while the rest of the staff stood by and said nothing. Even after I stepped away, he continued to shout and even flipped me off as I left the store. He also screamed at my younger sister, who had already paid, telling her she wasn't allowed to take her items. No manager should behave like this, and Dollar Tree corporate needs to be aware of the liability this individual poses to both staff and customers. Since he refused to give his name, here is a description: * Male, around 5'6" * Long black hair in a bun * Long unkempt beard * Thin build, scrawny * Black tattoo on left wrist * Wore khakis and a mask, black glasses I've already filed a corporate complaint and will continue to pursue this. What happened was not just poor service--it was aggressive, threatening behavior, and I will not tolerate being treated that way in a place of business. So PLEASE if anyone knows anything about this man that works at the Dollar Tree at Pebble Creek, Goodyear, AZ, PLEASE MESSAGE ME!
