I call back the next day (another 30 min wait) and they said the manager said they had too many orders the day before, but it will definitely be delivered by EOD. I'm thinking I might as well try and wait again, as I'm already out the $130 and mom hasn't received a gift on either of the days that moms across North America are getting appreciated. I live across the country so I'm unable to run by a store and hand deliver it myself. Well, today is ending and it's just sad all around.
