The tracking doesn't update on day of delivery so I call the store towards the end of the day (or so I thought, it sends you to a call center in another country with a 30+ min wait). The customer service agent assures me it will get delivered by EOD (it doesn't). I call back the next day (another 30 min wait) and they said the manager said they had too many orders the day before, but it will definitely be delivered by EOD. Ok, fine, at least mom will get her gift on American Mother's Day instead (it doesn't). I call back the following morning (today) and they "guarantee" it will be delivered today. I'm thinking I might as well try and wait again, as I'm already out the $130 and mom hasn't received a gift on either of the days that moms across North America are getting appreciated. I live across the country so I'm unable to run by a store and hand deliver it myself. Well, today is ending and it's just sad all around. I'll be calling back again tomorrow to get my refund, but I'll still be out hours of my time with some guilt as a special bonus. Man, I just wanted to send my mom something nice for MD.

And don't leave bad reviews if your credit is no good and you can't pick up what you bid on. POG has always been above-board in every dealing that I, my wife or several of my friends completed. This area is cute with many small businesses that has lots of great stocking stuffer items for sale! I've noticed small black businesses next door to one another which was also a great perk because it's nice to see diversity in businesses. They have parking meters outside that are really reasonable. I suggest bringing $1.50 in quarters, and you will be fine parking and browsing shops in the area. Some meters in the area do not have a cc insert so I recommend keeping quarters on hand. I will definitely return to this area since they have incense that have a smell like no other, and the incense didn't appear toxic. Happy shopping!!!
