Truly horrible service at this location. We walked in picking up an order and the lady who was in the front counter did not say hi at all. She was on the phone and texting and only acknowledged us after mins of standing there. She could have paused a moment to let us know she'll be with us in a moment, but that didn't happen. Additionally another employee walked in after a break or something. Passed by my girlfriend to go to the back and did not say excuse me. BEWARE. You can not rely on this store to deliver your order. I'm on day 3 of hoping my order gets delivered. I ordered a week in advance for May 10th delivery (Mexican Mother's Day). The tracking doesn't update on day of delivery so I call the store towards the end of the day (or so I thought, it sends you to a call center in another country with a 30+ min wait). The customer service agent assures me it will get delivered by EOD (it doesn't). I call back the next day (another 30 min wait) and they said the manager said they had too many orders the day before, but it will definitely be delivered by EOD. Ok, fine, at least mom will get her gift on American Mother's Day instead (it doesn't). I call back the following morning (today) and they "guarantee" it will be delivered today. I'm thinking I might as well try and wait again, as I'm already out the $130 and mom hasn't received a gift on either of the days that moms across North America are getting appreciated. I live across the country so I'm unable to run by a store and hand deliver it myself. Well, today is ending and it's just sad all around. I had an edible arrangement ordered to a good friend in Arizona and the process was so easy! I picked the edible arrangement I wanted, they offered lots of add-ons at reasonable prices, i paid and picked the date I wanted it delivered. You can't pink a time, because I guess it just goes by whatever time the driver can get to you? But it does typically arrive before 6. It was perfect timing because she had arrived home from dinner, sent us a picture and the arrangement looked fresh and tasty! She loved it! It was an easy process and I'd do it again! I called today (11/30/20) to place a last minute pick up for a simple arrangement for my mom. On the phone the woman said it was item #5805 and I said that was perfect! I specifically asked for a "yellow cup" because that's my moms favorite color. (see photo #1) My father went to pick up the arrangement and proceeded to send me a photo of what he picked up (photo #3) Shocked, I called the location and asked for Dusty, who I placed the order with. A woman(Bonita) told me Dusty was not there, so I tried to explain my situation and she was being very short and rude, almost like she knew the exact arrangement I called about.. knowing I would be upset. She claimed I requested the "petite version" of that item which does not come with the cup. That was an issue for three reasons... 1.. I specifically asked for a yellow cup and was not informed that what I was getting didn't come with a cup?? 2.. the "petite version" she claimed I purchased shows a cup online.(#2) 3.. its a $10 difference!! why wouldn't they call me back and say "hey here are your options" On the phone, all this woman did was fight with me about the situation. Like this is about $10 and fruit on a stick! Unreal... ill pay whatever it takes to get what I expected... not have my dad pick up this ridiculous arrangement I was charged $56 for!! (picture #3) So she(Bonita) told me I would have to pay the $10 difference and my dad could come pick up the additional fruit and cup, but since he already took out the other arrangement from the store they couldn't do anything with that. PERFECT! Take my money.. Just give me the additional items. So my dad goes back and is asked "where is the other arrangement, we remade the whole arrangement" *face palm* He calls me and has me talk to her to clarify yet again.. Dusty (who supposedly wasn't there???) says she will go talk to her manager.. So they take apart the arrangement (odd... but okay..) they had made and give him the other half, which is FINE that's what I expected/paid for. I tell the woman on the phone (Dusty) "Thank you, you were super helpful and nice but the other woman was NOT, what is her name?" She says she cannot give me her "personal information" because she is not in customer service... "Uhm didn't you just say she is your manager.... and I'm sure in the store she has a name tag?? I just want her first name or even her position in the company", but she refused to give to me. I learned from YELP that Bonita is the manager so I will just assume.. ZERO STARS!!! I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I received a Valentine's Day order, but it arrived with melted chocolates. I called them immediately, and they assured me a new delivery would be made that night, but it never came. I understood it was Valentine's Day, so I waited patiently. The next day, I called again, and they told me the delivery was waiting for the driver and would arrive later that day. Again, nothing. On Monday, I spoke to someone new who told me they wouldn't replace it until a manager reviewed the photo I sent, despite having already spoken to two employees who promised a replacement would be sent. I followed up again, and someone finally called me back on Wednesday. We arranged for the delivery to come that Friday since I'd be home all day, but once again, it never arrived. It shouldn't take 8 days to fix an issue, and the lack of communication and follow-through was incredibly frustrating. I understand the chocolates melting wasn't anyone's fault, but the poor customer service and delay in getting things resolved was unacceptable. Stayed home all damn day because we were expecting it to be here and it's getting quite warm out. We didn't want it to spoil or the chocolate to melt. We called about 4:45 and they said they were waiting for a delivery driver to return and we be sent out. Take it at this point tracking is showing that they have not even started making the arrangement. We thought it was a glitch with the website. It's now 9pm and we are still waiting. For someone to spend upwards of $150, be given a delivery date, lied to on the phone & not send a single update to the customer sounds like a big fat BBB complaint as well as a corporate complaint. My next two contacts I'll be making I guess. ***UPDATE*** Called the store, they transferred the order to a different store without calling us or notifying us in anyway. This is the same store that yesterday told us they were waiting for a driver to return for the delivery. WHAT A JOKE. It's Valentine's Day and I understand it's a busy day for them .. however I placed an online order with Edible arrangements a week and half in advanced .. upon arrival I had no confirmation as to my arrangement being ready I had a desired time so I popped into make sure everything was good. They brought out the bouquet of edibles and I was not impressed.. they made these yesterday and had them sit in the fridge overnight night .. the bouquet looks rushed .. I understand it's a corporation but let's work on the quality of service and production. The bouquet was mid the fruit looked old and frost bit... Unfortunate experience. I had placed a $100 order the Friday before Mother's Day to get delivered to my mother, since I am out of state in New Jersey for that Sunday. Sunday, I'm tracking my order all day and it still doesn't say that it's being made. But the order has been accepted. I had attempted to call headquarters AND this location six times. But only an answering service takes the calls. By the end of the day, the order has still not been delivered. I attempted to call again on Monday 10 times and no one answered the phones. It is impossible to get in contact with this location as well as corporate to even find the status of the order. When I go to track it online, it was just saying it was in process. It wasn't until Tuesday I've gotten a call from Barbara, who was very nice and just apologized and said she was trying to call people back. I had canceled the order and got the money back, but it's unfortunate because the gift I had planned to send to my mother for Mother's Day never ended up coming. There needs to be a better system in place, if you are unable to fulfill an order, you need to call the customer much sooner than two days AFTER failing to fulfill the order.. I understand Sunday Mother's Day is a busy day, but you should also have a limit of request that you can accept if this is the case. I will never be using this company ever again. In November 2023 I walked into Edible arrangements and was greeted by a young man who assisted me to send an arrangement to a friend on the birth of their baby. He was so helpful and another lady came from the back to help him with adding additional items to my order. When I say the experience was AWESOME it was amazing. I referred others there as well and knew whenever I needed an arrangement in the future which is often I would patronize their business. Fast forward to this afternoon. I walked in and the service was totally the opposite. I was met by a woman with tattooed eyebrows and when I began asking questions she said delivery was $15 dollars and to avoid it going online. Her whole attitude was I didn't want to be bothered. All I wanted was help purchasing an arrangement for someone who had a death in their family. She said to me to go online and kept referring me to go online so I asked for the young man and she said we are busy so to go online and kept harping on about the delivery fee which I had no problem paying. With her attitude I decided to myself why would I spend my 200 dollars with her only to receive poor service and why should I line her pockets with my hard-earned cash. The first time I spent close to 200 dollars and was happy. One thing is for sure I will never step foot back in that location again nor will I refer anyone to that location again. I hope people read my review and the other reviews and not extend business to them. If I could have given NO STARS I would have. Update 20 minutes later I just read the reviews and it sounds like the same lady I spoke with this afternoon. She was argumentative and had very poor customer service skills. I put an order in online, got a call 30 mins after, with a rep saying they couldn't deliver because it was too late. She promised my order would be the first order sent out in the morning. They said there was nothing to worry about that it would be delivered shortly. Almost 2 hours later I get a call from the store- checking to see if it's ok to deliver tomorrow. I arrive to the store 5 minutes before closing for me to get there and see the worker talking through the store phone talking to a friend which is outrages. I had to call the shop to ask about the status and if they called ahead and they lied saying they called and text. At this point since the surprise was already ruined, I called my family members who advised me they never received a call or text from anyone about a delivery! Surprise Surprise! The shop then told me they would call tomorrow (Sunday) to deliver again. I called early Sunday morning to ensure they would call ahead this time before delivery and encountered the manager Bonita! Rude and FULL of Attitude! Who made me feel like I was bothering her for calling, claimed she could not find my order (even though I called the night before using the same phn #) then placed me on hold to avoid further discussing my order and had Heather take the call. WORST LOCATION EVER!!! NEVER DELIVERED, NO CALL BACK, NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, STOLE OUR MONEY!!! We placed 2 orders on 2/9/22 for a 2/14/22 (Valentines Day) delivery and they were assigned to this location on Dysart in Avondale. By 4pm we started to worry since the online tracking system still showed "Order Received By Store" and not "Out for Delivery". We called multiple times, spent a total of 2 hours on hold where multiple calls were disconnected (1 after 1hour of holding) and then as it got closer to 7pm, all calls were forced to leave voicemail. Valentines Day is over and the online tracking system still shows "Order Received by Store", no one has ever called us back, and they have stolen nearly $200 without any explanation of why delivery was never made. The worst part is that other locations got their presents so the employees at these 2 locations just thought we forgot about them since nothing ever arrived. My mother orders edible arrangements for me and my two sisters every holiday every year for the last 8 years that she's worked in Afghanistan. My kids, 3 and 5 now LOVE these and look forward to Grandma sending these every holiday. I received one yesterday, on Thanksgiving. The delivery woman was super sweet and considerate. I missed the delivery and she was still in the area when I called back and she turned around to deliver it. I dropped it in my fridge because my children and I were actually at the neighbors to celebrate. This morning, the first thing my kids wanted to do was tear into this arrangement. So I unwrapped it and let them go. They started eating and then my son came over with a strawberry asking what this was, and there was some white stuff on it. So I touched it and it was super soft in that area and then I realized it was mold. I took a pic and tossed it and then grabbed the strawberry from my daughter, and I could see it was nasty under the leaves...I removed them and that strawberry was also rotten. I called, the manager was not present. At this point I am furious that my two children have potentially eaten rotten fruit and now there's no one even available to help. The girl in the store offered to try so I let her know the situation. She offered to make me an arrangement and let me know that I could bring the nasty one back, and pick the new one up. I asked if she was also going to somehow reimburse me for time and gas since I was going to have to go out of my way in that situation. I live in Buckeye, 20 min away. I also let her know that I wasn't interested in more product, given the fruit I already received was rotten. I said I thought it would be better for her to contact the manager and make her aware of the situation. I was called back, by the girl at the store not the manager, and offer a strawberry dip kit. It would be delivered to me and she would personally make sure everything was perfect. I already made it clear that I was uninterested in more product, given my arrangement already had rotting fruit. I also feel that the offer was not equivalent to what was purchased. The arrangement that is now garbage was 75 dollars. Is the strawberry dip kit the same price? Seriously, c'mon. I said clearly that she could just refund the cost to the card used, I would just rather my mothers hard earned money not be wasted. The product was in nothing but a cellophane bag which sits on a shell collecting dust. So in essence, my recipient ate dust. It showed up extremely late at night, the fruit looked terribly dipped(like a child did it), and wasn't even the correct items. I had been so excited for the 23rd to get here and see their faces when their arrangement came. I got a call around 10am to confirm a number for the recipients and then waited till 9pm for them never to show. I know the holiday season is busy and with Covid everyone is short staffed but a courtesy call would have been nice. When I called they simply said they were short staffed and they can have it delivered the next day. My kids were super excited because I kept telling them a surprise was coming today for them. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. On Friday, May 7th my sister placed an order to have an arrangement delivered to my mom for Mother's Day. It was schedule for delivery for May 8th, and never showed up. Yesterday, my sister called me and asked me if it would be possible to drive over to that location and see what's going on. She had called the location a dozens of times and a could never reach anyone. She contacted the 1800 Customer Service number, and in order for them to help they needed to contact the store, which they were unsuccessful. So I agreed to go over to the location. When I walked in, there was one lady behind the counter. All their monitors were turned off, no merchandise on the shelves. As I waited my turn to be assisted I noticed the light on the phone kept flashing, but didn't actually ring. For all of those trying to call this store, the phone is ringing off the hook but they silenced the ringer. They aren't going to pick up the phone. This explains why my sister and myself could never reach anyone. When it was my turn to be helped, I explained the situation, my sister placed an order that was scheduled for delivery the previous day and was never delivered. I was there to pick the bouquet and other items up! After she asked for my order number she walks in the back, comes back out and says it's not ready and won't be ready until at least the next day. She stated our only options would be to cancel the item or wait for the item to be delivered some time this next week. We asked for a refund which turned into a debacle. When I asked for the manager, the lady up front refused. I decided to stay in the location until I was able to talk to the manager. Eventually the manager came out. She had zero interest in listening to me voice my complaints. I asked why we were never contacted that our order would be delayed. I mentioned how it's impossible to reach someone by phone since they silenced their ringers. As I'm voicing my complaints, she actually laughed at me and stated I knew nothing about customer service. She then told me to "get the hell out" of the store, and was calling the police on me. I did absolutely nothing wrong, didn't even raise my voice to her and was very calm as I was expressing my disappointment in them ruining a Mother's Day gift. She did not care. There was zero remorse. They never apologized. Zero customer service. If this store is the business model for Eatable Arrangements, then do not waste your money and time on this business. read more

Absolutely the worst customer service. I was not greeted as I entered the store. When I interrupted the personal conversation going on between the two ladies up front, I asked where did they have the ready to go items. One of the ladies up front pointed a case up front. Did not offer any help or point out what actually was in that case. I ended up asking what they had and asked for 4 items. One of the girls went to the case to grab them as the other rang the order up. She proceeded to toss them to the counter. I asked if they had a bag to place them in and it was ignored. WARNING: if you dare go to this location your better off buying yourself some fruit at the store and making your own tasty arrangement. I never complain or put a business out there but when this is all you wanted for your birthday instead of a cake I was really looking forward to it but you have these youngsters running the place so they wouldn't understand or know how to accommodate a customer so that they are satisfied knowing you pay so much for some fruit including delivery but yet your now having to drive down to pick it up. Yesterday July 20th 2024 was my birthday and they never delivered my order they said they forgot to put it on the delivery truck so instead I had to go down there and pick up my own birthday surprise, the kid at the register said they added a balloon!!!What do I look like...a kid!!! if I wanted that I could have gotten it at the dollar store and i never got an Apology. I asked if I'm going to get compensated and he said your delivery refund will be back on the credit card used and walked away in the back. I was standing at the register for few minutes thinking he was going to come back with a box of chocolates or something but nope he never came back so I left!! The fruit wasn't even sweet and it just looked more like a salad bowl with a bunch of kale at the bottom. This location is a joke and I'm very surprised that they still do business here. Mind you my husband had ordered my surprise 2 days before he even walked in to order it and to just tell me that they forgot!!! How is that even possible!!! when I went to pick it up mine was the only one in the fridge I honestly don't think they had that many orders that day. Then I get an email after I had picked it up confirming it delivered and to add a tip...yeah a tip to myself the $20 for wasting my gas to go down there to pick up my Birthday gift. If yelp could only give an option of a no rate I would. 1.5 star is giving me hope that they refund me back my delivery charge or I will be back on here again giving an update about it.
