Saltado was well prepared, packed with flavor, and well seasoned. Was not oversalted like some other places. Very well done! Traditional Chicha Morada is made in house, no powder. It is has a complex spice blend where you will pick up different flavors with each sip. Nice, fruity, and not oversweetened. As if that wasn't enough . . . finished with flan & alfajores. Every time I'm out in Goodyear for work, I make a point to stop at this Peruvian spot and it never misses. I've been here a handful of times now, and the experience is consistently great. The owner is incredibly kind and somehow remembers me every visit, which says a lot. The service is excellent, the restaurant and restrooms are always clean, and the food is outstanding. The Pollo Saltado is a must--especially paired with their spicy green salsa. The complimentary corn seeds they bring out are so tasty I could snack on them all day. If you're not familiar with Peruvian food, don't worry the owner takes the time to explain the menu and is even happy to let you sample the house made drinks. Ok listen, listen.. i JUST got out of this place WADDLING because I'm SO full. This is the first time I've ever tried Peruvian food and this won't be my last time at this place. First of all, the service was AMAZING. Our server was so nice. She gave us samples of some Peruvian drinks and at the end even gave us free refills to go . Everything we ate was so yummy. Yucca fries were so good with the sauces it came with & i don't like fried stuff that much because it can get oily but this wasn't oily to me! Saltado was so good too. I loved the sauce it was drowned in and the rice was so fluffy. Steak could've been just a tad more soft but it wasn't a deal breaker! Alfajores was pretty good too! A great ending to a great meal!! This might be my first Peruvian food And seeing the high reviews ; we thought it'd be a great experience. However we feel the food is super salty. Especially the Inca fusion, the garlic rice was salty, chicken was salty, shrimp was salty, vegetables salty, and beef was salty. I almost wanted to dunk it in water to wash the salt off because I hate wasting food. My wife was in the mood to find a new Peruvian restaurant today, so I went on a hunt! We went to Inca Fusion Peruvian restaurant in Avondale. This is quite a distance from our home in East Mesa but it was worth the trip. The place is nicely decorated and adding pictures of customers on trips to Peru. I will provide one during our next visit. What also adds to the experience is the low volume Peruvian music playing. The owner Luis is very friendly and very engaged with the restaurant. He also introduced me to the young lady chef who made a fabulous Lomo Saltado. The dish was well prepared and served in a generous portion. We also had a ceviche that was good but the portion was less generous. My wife had Chicha Morada (a typical purple corn drink) and I had a Peruvian beer, Cuzqueña. For dessert, we shared an alfajor (a Peruvian cookie filled with Dulce de Leche) and served on top of Lucuma ice cream, delicious! Overall, a very nice experience and one sure to repeat. read more

Ventured here Friday night for dinner and it was a hit! I love and appreciated how the owner had stories to share about Peruvian cuisine. He explained everything in detail. I am a big fan of ceviche so I was excited to try the leche de Tigre. The amount of citrus made it bitter. But the dish and shrimp was fresh and was very good. Never had sweet potato in ceviche before but it was yummy. The ribeye was huge! My husband loved it! Thick cut and was cooked perfectly. The owner raved how everything was made fresh and homemade. Peruvian ceviche is so bomb! Completely different from Mexican ceviche so adjust your expectations! Place was empty on a weekday night. Servers were sweet and attentive. Food was really good except the Peruvian potatoes were not in their traditional sauce. I typically love these but hated them here. Everything else was lovely. What a great find. From the esthetically pleasing decor. The great friendly service from Anthony and the food. They make their own delicious tea. I couldn't pronounce the name but mine was made with passion flower. So delicious. They served a hot roll with honey butter and what I thought were nuts ( its a dried Peruvian corn ). When it comes to this subject, I'm like a broken record. I absolutely love Peruvian food. A lot of people haven't had it. It's highly underrated. If you fall into that camp, I highly encourage you to try Peruvian cuisine. There are a couple of options in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. I have checked out Inca Fusion Peruvian Restaurant twice. Both for dinner. They share a parking lot with several other businesses. Parking won't be a problem. Ambiance (3.5/5): Inca Fusion is a relatively casual restaurant. You won't be amazed, but you will be comfortable. There's Peruvian decor, including pictures, so that's always nice. Including the iconic Machu Picchu. On Mondays, they have live music in the evenings. This adds to the experience. There's also a small bar area with a TV. Soccer is going to be what's on it, naturally. Service (3.5/5): I have had two different waiters/waitresses on my two visits. One was A+, one was average. So luck of the draw. If the gentleman who seems like the owner is taking care of you, you're going to be in good hands. With the attentiveness you would hope for. On my first visit, I was given a card with a $5 off coupon for my next visit. I didn't receive the same deal on my second visit. Drinks (3.5/5): Inca Fusion serves alcohol, including Peru's most famous liquor: pisco. If you haven't had a Pisco Sour before, that's the most popular cocktail and it's delicious. They have some interesting cocktails on the menu, though they're a bit overpriced. If you're not having adult beverages, I highly recommend you try Chicha Morada, another Peruvian specialty. It's a juice made from purple corn, along with pineapple, apple, cinnamon, and cloves. It's refreshing and flavorful, and its purple color is pretty awesome. One of my favorite juices in the world, hands-down. Food (4/5): I've tried several dishes at Inca Fusion. On my most recent visit, I had the chicken Milanese (breaded chicken cutlet) with pesto pasta, a tomato, and several oven-roasted potatoes. Nice portion size with a big cutlet. The pasta was delicious, too. I was slurping it up with ferocity. A little Peruvian flag stabbed into one of the potatoes was a nice touch. I ate half of the chicken and took the rest home. You're also given some complimentary bread with a sweet butter of sorts to start out with, plus some delicious kernels (I'm not sure exactly what it is). The bread is meh, but you will love the kernels. If you've never been to a Peruvian restaurant before, the most popular dish (and it's a great one) is lomo saltado. Ceviche and chaufa rice are also quite popular. Overall, Peruvian food is an interesting mix of Latin and Asian cuisine. Why? Peru has a large Asian population. Which you definitely see reflected in the cooking. Try it out, you won't be disappointed! read more

We came to Inca excited to try a new place and new flavors. Everything about our experience was amazing! We tried 4 different plates, the jalapeño firecrackers, the leche de tigre, camarones al ajillo, and arroz chaufa. The food was served quickly and warm. The food had great flavor and we were provided with some delicious salsas to pair with it. Our server Nicole checked on us continuously and made sure we had everything we needed. What a pleasant surprise this was and we really enjoyed our dinner at Inca Fusion. I had the the Saltado with chicken, steak, and shrimp and it had great flavor and was filling. My wife had the Tallarin Verde with fried fish. The pesto pasta was great and the fish was spectacular. I might have this dish next time we go. The owner brought us some bread and sweet butter to start with our drinks. We both has a Pisco Sour and they were really good. I was wanting another but had to drive so I stopped at one. We also tried their Peruvian Teas and they were both really good but the purple was my favorite and got one to go. Desert was a Peruvian Ice Cream that almost tasted like butterscotch to me. The flavors were fresh, some were totally new to me, but still really balanced and comforting. I appreciate how everything was presented, beautiful plates, generous portions, and everything tasted amazing. I ordered the leche de tigre mixta, and just a heads up: it's spicy. I'm used to the heat, but the chile they use is intense, in the best way, but definitely not mild. I tried both maracuya (passion fruit) and chicha morada drinks and both were delicious and refreshing. The lucuma ice cream was also a standout. I took it to go and even in this summer heat it didn't melt quickly. It had this rich, buttery flavor that reminded me of butterscotch. Definitely coming back to try more. I've been to Inca Fusion a couple times now, and both times have been a great experience. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the restaurant itself is clean and inviting. For appetizers we have tried the yuca fries and the calamari. For mains, we have tried the Steak Saltado, Camaron al Ajillo, and the Chicharron de Pescado All the food has been top notch in taste and quality. I highly recommend asking for a bottle of aji verde sauce for the table. It's spicy and delicious! The portions are great for the price as well, you definitely won't be leaving hungry. So delicious!! I've had a little of Latin American food but not Incan/Peruvian food specifically. This was soooo delicious. From the wide variety of food to the appetizers (and omg delicious butter). Oh and the drinks! My husband and I are in love with their specialty punch and teas. I would go back again. In fact, I would go right now. I have to remove 1-star from my previous 5-star review. First, the positives which are many! Service and atmosphere is prompt and friendly. Family friendly! Clean. You get free hot bread and honey butter and cancha (crispy slated corn kernels). Great selected of Latin-American sodas. The fried rice is the best in AZ! The portion-size is generous (if you order the Colombian platter is enormous (not just generous). The food quality is 'made with love!' The only negative has recurred for months so I'm ready to subtract a star. In 2025 I fell in love with this restaurant, its food quality and its management. In 2026, I suspect they changed their meat supplier. The steaks are noticeably chewier. Even their Ribeye. Don't get me wrong - their Lomo Saltado tastes amazing, but their 2025 steaks were higher quality. read more

Everything was fresh, delicious, and expertly prepared from the recommended Peruvian cocktails, the traditional bread with the salted pine nuts, and the main courses. We enjoyed the conversation with the owner who was also originally from Southern California. Our only regret is that it isn't close enough geographically for us to enjoy on a regular basis. Unpretentious spot in Palm Valley area near Goodyear (for Spring Training.) We were treated royally - super friendly staff. Owner/manager and waitstaff made numerous suggestions to help with our best choices. Drink options were so unique and blended well with tequila.
