I follow Glam Studio 19 on Instagram and have always wanted to come by but the hours didn't quite work with my schedule. I finally had the opportunity to stop by and I am very disappointed. My friend and I were greeted with a not so warm welcome and the interaction stopped there. We spent about an awkward 5 mins in silence looking around the store while the girl working at the counter sat there on her phone. Once we left again we were left with a not so warm thank you. My intent is not to bash the store because it does have great potential and anyone looking to purchase makeup at an affordable price should use this place as an option. However, I refuse to spend my hard earned money with a small business that fails to recognize customer service. To not even ask if we needed help or tell us about any products is down right rude. Again, I would never shop here based on the customer service we did not receive! read more

Your better off buying online chances are there's a sale or code you can enter, you shouldn't be getting ripped off. Plus there's now a morphe store in Scottsdale now there's more variety & you know your getting the real thing for sure. SAVE YOUR COINS LADIES SHOP ONLINE even if that means spending $50 for free shipping chances are you'll get more bang for your buck. I paid $65 for 3 lashes, a little lash case & setting powder .... I was greeted which was good for starters. But I was only really there for Lashes but All I could find was her brand and to be honest I didn't want any of her lashes. So I had kindly asked her if the pair I picked out Were dramatic and fluffy since I'm new w/lashes, she said that the pair I had gotten were dramatic & had 2nd layers but when I got home to try them they were natural as heck and I was so angry because I had asked Priscilla nicely. I Hate that their isn't any refunds or exchanges. That's annoying for someone to lie in your face and expect nothing in return that isn't professional at all. read more

Good store with pretty good things but customer service could improve ALOT. I was greeted upon entering but that's about it, no one asked if I need help or recommend anything, no friendly conversation or nothing. It was awkward being in silence, I did not feel comfortable or even welcomed at all. Lasted less than five minutes in there because of it, you can have good quality products but If your customer service isn't as good as what you sell then you should do something about it. I love the idea of it because there isn't a whole lot of stores that are focused just on makeup like this one is but like I said customer service could improve. Hopefully some adjustments can be made so that it feels like a more welcoming and friendly environment. read more

Came here after seeing their IG page and was super excited to come considering I hate directly ordering from Morphe! However upon entering the store, I was not greeted at all as I was the ONLY person in the place besides the girl working it. She was on her phone and mistook me for the girl working the Maleny G. shop. I specifically came for the brushes and there was barely anything, and alot of the brushes (specifically the crown ones) were overpriced. Palette and lash options were great. However, something that will definitely not make me return is the fact that the 2 girls working from both this place and Maleny G. were chatting away rather than asking if I need any help, looking for something in particular, etc. Might want to pay attention to potential customers instead of your friends for a slight minute! :-) read more

The owner claims she will only respond DMs for booking make up appointments, yet i tried contacting her multiple times through not only DM, but through Snapchat & via text as well. I'm aware she states "only DM", but I had some connections with her as people I know was familiar with her & gave me her other socials. I tried booking her for my senior prom with contacting her more than a few times, but ask me if I ever got a response once; the answer will be NEVER! As a business owner this is very unprofessional. Keep in mind, I sounded as professional & precise in the messages, not once did I sound pushy, rude, or demanding. I asked her 2 months prior, as I felt this was a good amount of time & still heard nothing. She could have at least responded with a clarification in which she will not be able to or something along those lines. Especially since it's her job to communicate with her clients. Overall, didn't even have an experience. I knew she would flake when she didn't even bother answering. read more
