Yes they were…read moreextremely busy with all of the Christmas shoppers but after deciding which cologne I wanted to purchase I was out in no time. The gentleman who was strictly helping people within the fragrance department helped me with my checkout, therefore no long line for me!! FYI, I'll admit the fact that I first went to the fragrance store a couple of stores down & I wasn't happy with the sales boy so I left that store to come to Sephora! So glad I did because I purchased Yves Saint Laurent "Y" for about $20 cheaper after signing up with Sephora!!!

I drove 30 minutes to bring it back to simply exchange it for the right one. I was not asking for a refund. It was a $20 item. The owner (wife) of this establishment was rude and refused to allow me to exchange the item although I had a receipt. It is NOT stipulated on the receipt that there is a No refund policy or No exchange policy. She refused to even discuss it with me when I explained all of this to her. She just turned her head to me and walked away. Buyer beware!!!

When I arrive I go to look and I am being watched by the door guy. He was watching me like a hawk. Leaving me feeling uncomfortable and anxious. I see a product for the price I was told on the phone but it was a smaller size. I ask this door guy who decides to argue with me while I ask why I was told they had what I needed and they did not. He tells me I should go to the other location and he would be happy if I did that instead. He wants to be argumentative the entire time instead of offering me solutions. Kept blaming it on "whoever I spoke to" and was even putting his hands over his head telling me he don't know what to tell me. I will never come here again after being lied to, then disrespected , rude, shamed for wanting to support a business.

After just leaving from this store and reading the reviews my experience makes sense now…read more As I walk into the store, mind you I'm a tall man that doesn't always wear designer clothes or all black so today I'm wearing my gym clothes, the older women behind the counter hones in on me and asked me what I'm looking for. Already assuming I have never been in a cosmoprof. After I say to her that I'm looking for travel shampoo and conditioner she continues to ask me if I'm a licensed professional. Now mind you for those who don't know this store is only for licensed professionals. Which I have been for 15 years. I proceed to let her know how rude it is to assume because I'm a man that I don't belong there. How do I know it's because of my appearance is because this isn't the first time it's happened. Now it's never happened right when I walk into the door but it's happened. I also know it's because of my appearance since my wife is an esthetician and she has NEVER been asked that question. Every woman I know in the industry has never been asked before either. So the idea her explanation of "I ask all new faces that walk in" is complete BS!!!!! I choose this industry because it's suppose to be a business of no judgement. Yet the store we need to go to buy our supplies judges. This women wasn't resentful or sorry for judging me. She was full of excuses and reasons why she did what she did. There's nothing more annoying than someone who can't just own their mistakes. And she was full of them. She had no interest for a suggestion to maybe treat her customers better. Again with an excuse. As I walk out of the store it reads on the door "licensed professionals only" I think to myself and look back and say to the women it even says it on the door. She either assumed I couldn't read or I was going to try and get the products without a license. Either way she thought I didn't belong. I have been to dozens and dozens of cosmoprofs. From Seattle to Phoenix and by far this women was the peach of them all. Avoid this store at all costs. Maybe they won't make any money and will have to move on from what seemed to be a manager that is tanking a store.
