If it has anything to do with the upkeep of your appearance, they probably have it. You really have to visit in person to appreciate it all. This location is very accessible and easy to find (across the way from Zero Degrees and Mod Pizza) with plentiful parking. Despite the small size of the store, it was packed with so many products and roomy to navigate through. The customer service is fantastic as well. My only critique is that it's too bad the company doesn't offer online purchases, even for store pick-up. Several things caught my eye but I didn't purchase much as I visited right after Christmas and received quite a bit of personal care products as gifts. I'm happy to add this place as another source of my personal care and beauty items along with the long established Target and Sephora.

Most contain butylene glycol, and for some reason, my body says no! I wanted to find another foundation, but didn't know where to begin as the department stores didn't carry clean brands, and how many would I have to by from other stores trying to find the right color? I waited over 7 years. I found a NYX concealer stick I was using, but they too joined the butylene glycol band wagon. I was so happy visiting Sephora. The Arrowhead location offers more than their Kohl's locations. They will even color match you. They have devices that can look up the ingredients for you. A sweet gal color matched me, and I double-checked the ingredients before my purchase. Then she turned me onto another brand, Haus. I was sold. Loved it. Then I drove home and started feeling ill from the color matching application. The next day, I returned it luckily still unopened. Either way, they have a great return policy with a receipt. I couldn't get any assistance during my second visit as they were too busy. I came back the other day when it was quiet. They save your information with color match in their system. It made it so easy to pick up where we left off. I was able to take home a sample of the product. I wish I knew this service was available sooner. I was able to get color matched and sample the product. Just like back in the day. That sold me, and I was able to fulfill my goal of over 7 years to find a new go-to clean foundation. Yeah!!! That simple little service didn't take much time, made a sale, and a new regular customer.

No one came up to ask if I needed help, so I went to the front and asked for assistance. The one I wanted was out of stock (only the display was there), and it wasn't labeled/placed right so they couldn't even tell me the price. The girl opened the drawer underneath to check and it was completely empty, so I'm guessing there might be some stocking issues too. She didn't offer to check the back either, which kinda sucked. I ended up finding something else, so not a total loss. Overall great Ulta, just wish the customer service and stocking were a little better.

What a joke. Why have the automated times at all? Why have an automated phone system if it gives incorrect information? I rang the bell for assistance, which didn't work--something the employees were apparently aware of but never addressed. Even though staff saw me standing there, no one came over to help. One employee was chatting with another while checking out customers but still didn't acknowledge me. I eventually had to walk over, wait in line, and ask if someone could assist me or if I was supposed to help myself. Only then was I told, somewhat rudely, that the bell was broken. This kind of service is unacceptable--customers should not have to chase down help, especially when the staff can clearly see someone is waiting. A little courtesy and attention would go a long way.
