I'm not exaggerating when I say at least 90% of my wardrobe comes from here. It is where I go to buy outfits for everything: dates, work, travel, my own baby shower :) Every visit feels like someone with good taste went through the racks first. One of my favorite things is that the store is organized by color. Consignment shops can feel overwhelming and disorganized, but here it's easy to browse and actually find what you're looking for. Even better are the people. Emily and Claire have gotten to know my style over the years and pull things they know I'll love. When I ask for an honest opinion, I get one, and it's always genuine. I've been bringing my son in since he was a baby, and he loves it there too :) They remember him, ask about him, and make him feel welcome. After all this time they feel less like store employees and more like friends I get to visit with when I go in. Going to Poor Little Rich Girl is something I genuinely look forward to, never a chore. I'm so glad this store exists and as much as I would like to keep it a secret...you should go!

I have been coming to PLRG since 2017. There have been many times where I felt like their buying…read moredidn't make any sense. For example, I had brought in a beautiful Thierry Mugler blazer with hardly any wear. They denied taking it. I sold it independently and quickly for over 300. Now the latest thing they did, was sell a luxury item to a reseller that commented while they were closed. I then called several times in the morning, exactly when they opened, to be told the item just sold over Instagram. They never used to prioritize Instagram comments over buyers calling into the store. Several times in past years, people would comment on instagram first while they were CLOSED, and I would call in first thing to be sold the item. Then they want to claim this was never a thing lol trying to gaslight me when I had bought many items in the past by phone. To top it off, it was to a reseller lol. They dont care how loyal you've been to them. I've spent so much money over the years but this last incident was the final straw for me. There's better thrift stores around the valley, save yourself the trouble. They don't value long term customers. Edited to add: because of this recent issue that I brought up to them, they were so petty to block me on their Instagram. I never swore at them or anything lol. Avoid this business. Dawn is so incredibly unprofessional and petty to block a customer thats been shopping w them for 9 years. Not a good look at all. Edited yet again as a response to Cat: Cat, that number was not mine any longer as when I came in and was informed of the text received by my old number, I PROFUSELY apologized and updated my phone number with my NEW NUMBER. To be accused of something I never did and would never do only makes you continue to look bad. Why would I say whatever u accused me of saying for a pick up order? Please stop the wrongful accusations wow I am really shocked and disappointed by you. I do not cuss at people or say nasty things to them. It does not align with my character. I wish you well Cat, you seem to need the help for your own personal biases or issues you have towards me.

Neither one looked up and greeted me, and as I looked around in the store, they kept talking to each other and not once asked if I needed something. I have worked in retail before, and rule #1 is you greet the customer. I'd understand if they were busy but I was literally the only customer in the store. After taking a look around at their overpriced (and if I'm being honest, mostly tacky) clothes, I decided to leave. Didn't even get a "goodbye" or "thanks for coming in". Nothing. I have been coming to this store for years and never had an experience like this- everyone working there was always so friendly. Just found out that the owner, Victoria, sold this store in the fall. That explains a lot. There are loads of cute boutiques in this area where the employees are actually friendly and the clothese are really cute. I will take my business there.

I also sometimes meet up with friends or family or even head there on my own. There's something for everyone and plenty to see and do; however, some of my favorite stores and restaurants have closed and been replaced over the years. It also happens to be where my wife and I had our first date! The Biltmore Fashion Park is known for some great restaurants. While there are some upscale and casual restaurants there, my favorites include Seasons 52 or True Food for a good meal and Frost a Gelato Shoppe for dessert. I really enjoy having several Fox restaurants at the Biltmore. There are also many other restaurants in the area. Several of the restaurants have great happy hours, too. I miss the Crepe Club though several other restaurants have opened since then. There are also plenty of shops from upscale shops to more casual ones like Lululemon and Sakes 5th Avenue. There are fancy clothing stores that my wife may enjoy though I typically enjoy the nice courtyard or seating outside some of the stores while she shops. Then, we grab a bite somewhere together. I miss the Apple Store and Sharper Image but look forward to what is opened next. There are also experiences from the Sip & Stroll (where you can enjoy a beverage from one of six restaurants and then walk around), meet-up with the Phoenix Run Club, the Art Walk, the Swiftie Liftie Outdoor Workout Class, or one of a number of galas or special events. Find more details on what is coming up at the Biltmore Fashion Park at https://www.reddevelopment.com/biltmore-fashion-park/events. While stores and restaurant hours may vary, the hours are typically 10 AM to 8 PM daily except for Sundays from 12 Noon to 6 PM. There is plenty of free parking around the Biltmore Fashion Park along with valet options. You can read more about the Biltmore Fashion Park at https://www.reddevelopment.com/biltmore-fashion-park/visit. I was a little bummed but went to Whicker Goddess instead and purchased an adorable vintage silk dress. The next time I attempted to go, I purposely chose on a Saturday at 12:00 noon to make sure it would be open. When I entered I was the only one patron. As I opened the door I didn't see any workers or other shoppers and walked further into the. Two workers were talking in the back and made their way out from the back. One said a quiet hello. The other worker didn't acknowledge me or stop talking to the 2nd worker. I casually looked at the clothing racks but didn't see anything I needed but they do have some cute clothes. I did however purchase a plastic vintage green looking oil bottle. It was $39 marked down from $65. When I paid they both did thank me for stopping in. I honestly liked the vibe better at the Whicker Goddess and another boutique several doors down and the shop purveyors at both those locations were so sweet and engaging. But if I go back to the little plaza again I would go into Vida Moulin again, as it is a cute boutique. I liked the decor and home items there more than the clothing choices.
