I asked a young man that was loading shelves and he called for someone to come help me. Another gentleman came and helped me within a minute. They did have quite a large Oxbow small animal pet products more than I have seen at Tractor Supply. This is literally the place you need to go. My son has been begging us for a snake for years, and as he is pretty young, we didn't want to just dive in with it. He's in sixth grade now, and his little sister's in third grade. We figured they're probably old enough now to be able to take care of a reptile. I had seen this place advertised previously and we happen to be down in Ventura so we went and checked it out. We talked with who I would imagine is the owner, an extremely knowledgeable person who also happens to be friendly and helpful. He gave us what I would call almost too much information as we are brand new two the whole reptile thing, there's so much to learn and there's so much knowledge he wanted to impart on us The kids are interested in a baby snake of some kind, and we were lucky enough that they had a fair amount of young snakes in the shop of all kinds of different exotic varieties. We ended up taking a small python home in our kids are over the moon with it. It's a beautiful creature and they had a lot of of the items that we needed in stock there to be able to set up our terrarium correctly. The owner is very helpful with customers, from beginner to experts in the hobby. I was able to get a short body super dragon flowerhorn cichlid for my 75 gallon aquarium through Extreme Marine. If you are familiar with these fish, they are little hard to come by, but Extreme Marine helped make it happen.
