    Best place for cat lovers
    Jennifer F.

We need more places like Cassie's Cats! The first place I saw this concept was in San Francisco years ago & I'm so super excited we have V on here in Ventura!!!!! The kitties have free roam of the place & lots of toys to play with. They have tons of comfy places to sleep, cuddle and play. They had aquarium TV on for kitty entertainment. I personally think this is the best place to get your kitties! They are friendly, social & use to people. When you come in there is a cute little area to get cat jewelry (earrings, necklaces & bracelets) painted rocks & kitty toys for purchase.

Fun, beautiful cats and a welcoming atmosphere. The gift store has a lot of fun gifts for your cats or a cat lover.

Super plush hand crocheted cat bed I bought at the lounge!! Also adopted our kitten there :)

It is and was a soothing feeling. My 2 dachshund/lab mixes hadn't been bathed since December. Petco used to be our bathing place of 10+ years. Petco has not returned numerous voice messages. The kind person who greeted me also had a calming effect. She wanted to know everything about our dogs. Unlike Petco, she just said OK after I disclosed age and that Tux had a seizure last year. I did not have to sign medical waivers that my dog is 8 years old. I didn't need to bring in rabies proof either (although we had it). I am used to having to pick up my dogs at a precise time @ Petco. Aloha Grooming is more relaxed about pick up time. The grooming of my short hair dogs: GREAT! teeth, anal glands, bath, sensitive shampoo, and nails groomed for $35 per dog (price based on size). Petco was $40 each. That includes all of the above in an extra add on package with a hit or miss dog bandana included. When we picked up C.C. (Bloom) & Tux (short for Tuxedo) they looked and smelled great. I was told that they had full anal glands. I don't know what that means. They accept cash or check as payment. I added a 20% tip. While I waited for my dogs briefly, a beautiful white cat meandered over to us. She or he was quite affectionate. My review is 5 stars. We will be regular patrons to this small business that loves pets and has a very cool vibe. Pictures of our 2 dogs/family members soon.

I'm so grateful to Dr. Kim for treating my Boston Terrier in August and September 2020 when he was…read morein severe pain. He hurt himself while playing with his buddy. He was able to walk and move around on his own but it was visibly painful for him to do so. He was unable to jump and he refused to play or go for walks. All he wanted to do was sleep. Going potty even seemed like a chore for him because walking was painful. My boy left his first visit with Dr. Kim being able to walk without pain. He jumped into my small SUV before I could bend down to pick him up following his second visit with her. The third visit was a turning point because he jumped off of her treatment table for the 1st time and acted like he had never been injured. Dr. Kim told us to rest him in his crate after this particular appointment because he felt so good after his 1st 2 appointments that he did too much and ended up in pain again. When we let him out of his crate after his rest period, he started playing, running, jumping and acting like his normal rambunctious self. He never slipped back into pain again but he saw Dr. Kim a couple more times just for good measure because we were moving out of state. Dr. Kim is THE BEST canine chiropractor that I've ever known. She's extremely gentle and her treatments are effective and efficient. I love that her previous background in therapeutic bodywork carried over into her practice because my boy got way more than just a chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Kim doesn't just " treat 'em and street 'em."She educates you about what she's doing and includes you in the treatment process. She actually took the time to teach me things that I could do with my boy at home to promote his healing and strengthening. She found the root cause of my boy's pain and was able to treat/fix his problem. His symptoms completely disappeared once she fixed his problem (his sacrum was stuck). She's truly AMAZING and I haven't been able to find another doggie chiropractor like her. Dr. Kim also did a great job treating my husband and me for our aches and pains. I love that she can treat pets AND humans. She's one of a kind and I miss her.

For me, I think it's more suited to smaller dogs, but I definitely saw larger dogs in there. They were much well behaved than my large dogs of course lol. You walk in and you check in electronically and sign a liability waiver and you also place your "people order " if you would like for a coffee or juice or a pastry and then you proceed inside. I wasn't a huge fan of the drinks, we tried two different kinds, but we also tried a savory scone and a salted brownie, and those were super delicious! Once inside, there is a set up that's much like a frozen yogurt station but for dogs. There is Kiefer instead of frozen yogurt or you could do a "pup cup" with different options of dried proteins, vegetables and fruits and other types of toppings. They have information on everything the dog is eating and You can see everything they're putting in it and there are these cute little sniff tests at floor level, so the dogs can pick their own food. If your dog doesn't want a "pup cup", then they have what's called a barkuterie bored. It's all the toppings without the Kiefer. Things range from maybe about $10-$20 or so for the dogs. And it might sound like a lot but it's really about the experience which is totally worth it. You get your food and they have tables and these benches that are set up along the wall with these built-in short leash clips so you can clip your dog on the bench and they can eat at the table with you. They have these table height, little pup cup holders also Which are super cute and smart. The staff is super sweet and nice and helpful and seem to really love all the dogs. I will definitely be back with my little ones and maybe more well-behaved dogs. I might even reach out to the owner for some dog training for my less well-behaved ones. I will say that their website needs a little more work because there wasn't much information on it and I couldn't find anything about training or size of dogs allowed or type of dogs allowed, and it doesn't link properly to their social media. But all of that could be fixed, and it has no effect on their Business for me.
