She always comes back very well behaved and in a better mood at home and we'll continue going since it's doing wonders for her mental health. They also have a camera set in their back office to monitor both play areas (for small dogs under 30lbs and big dogs over 30+) as well as someone always in the play area. What I appreciated most is that they ask to do an assessment first. They make sure that doggy day care will be a good fit for your pet and it won't be over stressful. All we get is a simple, "good." As a pet owner, that does not make you feel good as you would want details. You have to ask questions in order to get something out of them and even then you don't get details... I wonder if there's a reason why they took their cameras for people to view down.
