Have used them 26 times during the past year and a half and they are the best! Always do exactly as requested and leave wonderful, personal notes to document each visit. Easy to contact by text and all communication goes through Mark. They had to deal with an emergency at our house last year and they handled a bad situation professionally and with kindness. We really appreciate the extras like being sent pictures of our pets. They walk the dogs and play with them. When we come home everything is always perfect. It is so great to be able to get away and not worry. read more

Thank you Mark! Your positive energy inspired my dog Max to jump in the car on his own without being picked up. That was a huge icebreaker! You are appreciated, thanks again! read more

6 years later. I moved away and am now back in Camarillo and of course I called Mark at DogzGoneWalk'n. He and his capable staff are walking, feeding and giving medication to my pups. It's nice to be able to go on a business trip with no worries, as I continue to trust Mark and his staff without hesitation. Some good things never change! Thanks Mark! read more

Just had a great dog sitting/walking service with Mark @ Dogz Gone Walk'n. He shared updates after each visit. He even sent pictures - how great is that. Clearly she was happy and well taken care of. Mark was kind, gentle, thoughtful and someone I could trust with our Olive and in our home. Super grateful and appreciative to come home to a happy dog. Dogz Gone Walk'n is the best! Highly recommend! read more

I highly recommend DogzGoneWalk'n for dog walking or home services. They are currently available during this virus crisis to provide services for your dog or home sitting as necessary. I have used this company since 2013 with complete satisfaction. I have never had any issues. Their prices are also quite fair. The owner, Mark Jesse and his crew of dog walkers are kind, gentle and compassionate. They are very sensitive to your dogs needs. I highly recommend DogzGoneWalk'n. You'll be very happy with their services. read more

We have been clients 3 days a week a year and a half now, and every time Mark pulls up, our dogs go berserk! They absolutely adore him! He is reliable, trustworthy (these are my fur babies), his prices are fair, and I know I can always count on him, and his team. Recently we lost one of our fur family members, and you could see Mark was genuinely saddened. He is a true dog lover, and I am grateful he is there for my pups. read more

After our pet sitter retired, we found Mark at Dogz Gone Walkn and are so happy we did! We have had many planned trips and even a couple last minute, emergency trips. Mark and his staff (Angel usually) have been able to come through for us every time. Before our third beagle passed away, he was on a few meds. At one point we had a second beagle on meds at the same time. They gave the meds on time and had no issues! They take them on a nice, long walk when requested and stay up to keep them company on overnights. Plus they usually send a pic or two and write us a note letting us know how everyone did. We love their service and staff. HIGHLY recommended!!! read more

Mark and Janice and their crew have been looking after my animals for over a year now. Everyone at DogzGoneWalk'n have been excellent at caring for my animals, I always receive pictures of the pets when I am away and I know I never need to worry about them. Being confident about leaving the well being of your pets in the hands of other people is all about trust, Mark, Janice and their team have certainly earned mine. I also want to mention that the team do even more than just look after my pets they look after the house too, down to resetting my clocks in the kitchen when I was away during the recent daylight saving time change. It's the little things that make all the difference. read more

While on our first day on vacation Mark and I disagreed about the time the overnight sitting was to begin, we quarreled and he refused to honor his commitment for the 3 overnights over a 2 hour difference. We were traveling by train and could not return home until the next day. Our dog and 2 cats were ABANDONED by this greedy man over 2 hours! He wanted an extra fee to come at 5:00pm instead of 7:00 pm. A point of interest is that they walk our dog 3 times a week which cost us between $200-$300 a month. Unethical and greed is the underlying theme in their business plan. He does not care about your pet. Incidentally, we have been their clients for over 2 years! WARNING THIS COMPANY ABANDONS YOUR ANIMALS. read more

My family has been using this company for about 2 years and we have no complaints!! Our dogs go wild when Mark comes to walk them. Mark always spends time to play ball with them after their walks. We have also used them to stay in our home on trips to keep our pups safe. read more

Mark and his team have been taking care of my pets for the last 4 years. They are kind and caring to the animals. My dog Susie loves when they take care of her. I always get a daily report that is detailed with each visit and what happened. They not only watch dogs and cats, but other pets also. My kids had guinea pigs, birds and cameleons and they had no problem for caring for the whole gang! I feel relaxed when I go on vacation knowing that my animals are well cared for. read more

Bummed. I needed a dependable dog walker for a few days a week. And, it was also important that the same person walk my dogs as my dogs aren't comfortable with new people walking them and I wanted them to be able to get used to one person. I prepaid for 4 walks. First walk went ok I think. They were 20 mins early. Dogs came back happy and tired. Hence, the second star on this review. But, on the Second walk, they were almost an hour late getting to my house. We waited by the door, leashes on, for 20 mins. No one came, no one called, and no email to let me know they weren't coming. Finally someone showed up after I emailed them. But, since the company's response to me asking why they were late, was that they had to send the walker somewhere else this morning and that they try their best to be on time for their scheduled appointments, it Seemed like this type of situation may happen again and thus, I decided I wasn't comfortable with that and cancelled the walk. Unfortunately, I am a professional and too busy to deal with random no shows from time to time, especially a no show/no call. I understand that things happen, but it is respectful and courteous to call a client, especially one that has already prepaid for the walk, to let them know you will be late. I must say, I was surprised this happened as this company has several great reviews. Maybe it was just a one time mistake, not sure. But, it doesn't work for me. read more

Update. We've been using Mark's Dogz Gone Walk'n services extensively for about the past year and we continue to give them a five star rating. Not only do I trust the individual employees, I have come to trust Mark's choice of new hires to the team. I think for dogs in particular, they need love and attention (not just physical care like bathroom breaks and water). Mark's team follows our physical care instructions carefully, but also takes extra care and attention to our dogs social need with belly rubs and lots of petting. We can tell because when we arrive home after a long day, our dog is relaxed instead of bored and anxious like she would be without the special attention. Mark continues to work with us through schedule changes (with appropriate advance notice) to ensure that our dog is taken care of. We are so thankful for Mark's reliable team! read more

We highly recommend Mark and his crew at DogzGoneWalk'n. We have used their services several times a year and they truly care about our Dogs. They are always professional and Mark seems to hire only folks who love to be with animals. They feed and walk them and actually spend time with them. Not in and out the door. Mark's crew listens to the needs and wants of their customers and follows through. They pick up the newspaper; bring in the mail take the trash cans out to the street for pick up. They change the lights in the house so it looks lived in. Mark has bailed us out on last minute trips with no questions asked. No question about it, Great Service. By the way, Mark is a Hands on Owner. He's been the one at our house many time taking care of our pups. read more

I was thrilled to find Mark, Janice and their canine caring staff! They have been helping me care for my three dogs over these past few years and I am extremely satisfied with their excellent service. They make themselves available to me when I have to rearrange my walking schedule and help me out of a bind. There's nothing that feels better than knowing they are a phone call/text away. I recommend them highly! read more

I was a customer of DogzGoneWalkn for over 2 years when I lived up in Camarillo. I discovered them after I broke my leg and was unable to walk my dog for a couple of weeks. DGW really came through for me. They went out of their way to ensure my dog was exercised and happy. They even took him to the dog park to play with other dogs. I continued to use the service even after I healed up because my dog loved them so much. My job often required me to work late with very little advanced notice. Sometimes I would call or email DGW at the last minute to ask if they could walk my dog and feed him dinner, and they never said no. They were always there for me and my pup. It was such a pleasure to come home everyday and read the notes the dog walkers would leave describing how my dog's walk went. A couple of times when he was sick, they alerted me to let me know what they observed. I highly recommend DGW as an incredibly reliable, trustworthy dog walking service. If I had not moved to another part of the state I would still be using them today! read more
