We live five minutes away from this pet store and it's the only one that sells the food we buy for our pups. It's almost over $70 bucks per bag after tax but it is Kasiks- natural high quality food. We usually do the buy 3 and get one free deal that happens every now and then. We had it delivered to our house (free) and have gone stopped by to pick it up. They have good customer service. The shop itself has a good selection of pet products. A little more expensive as others but not as busy. It's kept clean and well organized. We used to use the pet bath station but not only more. We absolutely love the ability to give our doggies a bath at this location. It's close to home and a great value (buy three baths, get the fourth free - when purchasing three up front). The staff is extremely helpful and they clean the bath stations at the completion of each use! This Tuesday, our Chow-Chow, Duke, made a hairy mess unlike ever before. We felt so bad, that I decided to try and tip the attendant onsite at the time (German) the only $19 in cash I had on me because he was already cleaning out the shower next to the one I was using (and I knew he'd probably be doing the same to mine), but he politely declined referencing store policy. I went as far as saying what if I just leave it here? He once again asked me to please take my money! What a fine display of integrity from such a young fella! The world needs more people like him! But to be honest lately, meaning the last 3 times that we came with my family and dog, things have changed I don't get the help I used to get, I am not being treated the way customers are supposed to. I brought my dog to get a bath and I let them know that the shampoo wasn't coming out and mind you this is all base on a time clock when you start the machine I had already waisted time from my own time because they needed to come and help which in the end I didn't t get the help, all they did was brought me a cup with shampoo to use instead of them fixing the problem, it just waisted more time out of our time. Took my dogs in for a bath. Paid $54 for 4 tokens. It gave me 25 mins each to bathe and dry them. They provide all the towels, aprons and shampoo. The staff was friendly and helpful. My dogs came out looking and smelling beautiful. I will definitely be bringing them monthly between their visits to their groomer. read more

1st off. They are unorganized. 10 workers all as cash register none back at self wash area to monitor customers turns. 2nd They don't tell you to pay 1st. They just tell you to wait your turn, then hand you towels when you're up. My dog was 1/2 wet before I knew I needed a Token?? 3rd Water Pressure sucks!! How am I supposed to get the soap off my dog with bad pressure? 4th The Air pressure is horrible for the dryers! It's not to slow blow dry your dog. It's soppost to have more pressure to get coat dry when you put against their coat. If anyone in there has 1/2 a clue what to do it would be dangerous. Everyone in there is under 24yrs old and is clueless!! They tell you to walk around the store while waiting. Hoping you will buy something. I didn't go there to buy stuff. I went to wash my dog. I can control my dog. If other owners have aggressive dogs or can't control them. Maybe they should wash them at home! I will Never Return to that store. And I wash my dog every 3 months. These guys are always helpful when I go in and friendly! This recent visit I really needed help and the cashier did her best to answer questions and then her supervisor came in to take over. She asked important questions since I was kinda lost since I don't always have my Bf's dog. I've been buying supplies for my two kitty babies for at PFE for nearly 3.5 years. The quality and range of their food and litter are exceptional, and it's so worth the price. Corliss was the first to help me back in 2017 when I adopted my cats, but I know that she doesn't work there anymore. Sarah is my favorite. She is so sweet, and we always have fun little chats about our pets at checkout. I haven't seen her in the past month or so. I hope she is still there I ran into one hiccup recently. They were suddenly carrying ridiculously low stock of the litter I've purchased from them for the last three-plus years. Twice I went to pick up litter, and they only had the two bags on the sales floor, and that's it. I usually take advantage of the buy three get one free, so I was disappointed. But they gave me 25% off the two bags I bought. It happened again on the next visit. The manager happened to be nearby, and she said that they keep low stock because it hardly gets purchased. I told her I've been buying four bags every two weeks for the last three years. She was like, "Oh." I think she's new and didn't know. They gave me 25% off again.
