I love the bows! 3

Amazing job they did for my maltipoo! They always know what I want for my dog. The store is very clean and the workers are very polite. Best thing is that it's half the price of Petco's grooming.

DO NOT BOARD YOUR PET HERE. UNTREATED INJURIES AND MEDICAL NEGLECT…read more I boarded my dog, Bugsy, at Brooklyn Unleashed for 10 days (April 8-20). I returned to find him in a horrific state: multiple bite wounds and punctures on his ears and muzzle, and a severe, painful UTI that was left completely untreated. The most disturbing part is the medical evidence. I took him to the vet immediately, and the clinical report confirmed that the lacerations were in an active healing stage and already over 48 hours old at the time of pickup. This means the owner, Andrey Tevlin, and his staff watched my dog suffer with visible head injuries and a painful infection for days and NEVER NOTIFIED ME, despite their contract stating they would contact owners for medical situations. My dog is now straining to urinate and requires over $2,800 in emergency medical care and X-rays because they failed to provide basic supervision or the "Duty of Care" they were paid for. Andrey has gone silent and refused to take responsibility for the neglect that happened under his watch. I have already filed formal reports with the NYC Department of Health, the ASPCA, and am pursuing legal action in Small Claims Court. Save yourself the heartbreak and your pet the pain--go anywhere else. This facility is unsafe, and the management is completely unresponsive to animal emergencies

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE AT BROOKLYN UNLEASHED!! Last week I came with my daughter (without my dog) to…read moresee if it'll be a possibility for my Chihuahua. I was greeted by a nice tall young man who told me nobody was allowed in. He just showed me the place through a glass window, but we couldn't see much of the place at all. This made me uncomfortable, as I wanted to see where my precious dog will be playing. However, I was still willing to give it a try. He told me to come on Friday, and said 4:00 would be fine for a Temperament Test. He said to bring proof from the vet of all the vaccinations. My dog studied hard for the next few days LOL and we arrived at 4 with all the veterinarian papers. I was greeted by the VERY NASTY OWNER NAMED ANDRÉ!!! The way he greeted me was the biggest red flag, as this made me wonder if everyone acts like him in this place and why would I want to leave my precious Hope with a person like this. He also told me the vet papers were not good enough, told me my appointment was for 2:00 (but it wasn't), and looked at my pup with such suspicion as if she was going to do something wrong! We left in disgust, I gave Hope the biggest hug ever, and promised her she would NEVER HAVE TO GO BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN!!!

I had not said anything terrible about you, I simply said that you were great at the beginning and not so great at the end. I had made no mention of fleas. But you had in your retort. I had one cat, a totally indoor cat, who had not had fleas until two months after you had come to care for her two weekends a month. Where did the fleas come from? I guess things happen, and I did not lay blame. I hired Liberty Pest Control and they zapped and zapped and zapped. My vet at at Bay Ridge Animal Clinic, gave me meds for my cat. All was fine except when you stepped in again a week after to feed my cat. Hello, fleas again. Liberty Pest Control came back. The vet gave more meds for my cat. All I had wanted is to have had my keys back. But you escalated it. You could have dropped my keys into my mail slot. You could have sent them to me via registered mail. After the second infection of fleas, I had had it with you. i could have sent to you verification, then I thought, owing to Mistie, might there be a third infestation? I wanted it to end but you had escalated it. I just wanted to end it with you. My first review of your services remain, in that, she was great at the getgo and not so great afterwards, your choice. That's all I had said

Hardest 10 days of my life has just been over! So I want to help others yelpers concerned whether…read moreor not to take their beloved pet to Full Pet Services. We do have a stray cat which we brought from Istanbul, Turkey to here. When found she was approximately 1.5 years old and when she was in heat, we gave her a hormone shot which helped almost a year but now she is like 3 years and whole last month she was in heat and started peeing into laundry basket, to boxes and we finally decided to spay her rather than having kittens. My husband had taken Muffin to Full Pet Services last June for the rabies shot so we took her there again. $55 per check up visit and $85 for the blood test before surgery. We scheduled for following day not to linger our worried days. First of all, 2 types of anesthesia. One they can feel what's going on like half awake, skip that, go for the other. They will ask you to leave your pet at 9 AM and pick up at 4 PM or a bit earlier when they call because they wait until the animal awakes. I don't want to sound like the picky parent but the front desk and assistant ladies might be a little sincere and try to relieve you. They ask you to sign the paper where it says " If animals dies, vet is not responsible " as if you shopping for groceries. We understand it is mandatory or whatsoever but believe me, imagining your pet dead does not help at all when asked to leave her behind and wait for a call. Thanks God, we received a call around 3, picked her up. Vet Igor told it was so good that we decided to bring her for spaying because she had a unique problem that he also never had seen, something about her uterus being connected to her some bone which means she could never had kittens so with one surgery, she got 2 problems solved. First 2 days, she was weak and still under anesthesia, did not eat or drink much. To avoid contact with stitches, had e-collar on at all times, she achieved to take it off so we had to tighten it, we literally stayed awake to make sure she doesn't jump and fall. We even put the cat tree down on the floor. Was a hard and long week, her scar is quite healed now and we took the collar off on 9th day. Stitches will go away by themselves, prefer the antibiotic shot at the clinic than the 7 day pills. They will give you 3 pills for pain and inflammation anyway for daily use. We paid about $430 on the top of $140. $570 for everything. I know it has been a long review but I needed to read such info before the operation and sure someone else will make use of it. Thank you Dr. Igor and employees of the clinic.
