My Son and I left him at 1 pm and picked him up at 3 pm. I couldn't see the full cut because my baby was climbing all over me. We get home and he is omg butchered!!! While there I still felt a matt and asked her to cut it out. I get home and omg he looks terrible!!! His cut is completely choppy, totally uneven and his mane is chopped up badly! I texted her that I wasn't happy and she told me she could fix it. I told her I was completely unhappy and that it was so uneven everywhere. She then calls me and is yelling at me that she had no time to do it properly because she only had 2 hours with him. Andddd calls me "A fat ugly bitch!!" Then hangs up!! $90 and I gave her a $25 tip for this?? STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! The most unprofessional "groomer" I have ever met!!!! He looks terrible!!!!

Need to start the review first by mentioning Angel. He's a doodle whisperer and has never once given my dog a bad haircut in 3 years. I picked up my dog yesterday and I noticed coming home that there were clipper burns on my dog's neck and they completely forgot to remove the hair from my dog's ears. Marty came back relaxed and happy. His coat looked fresh and even. Nails were trimmed clean. No heavy perfume smell after. Easy drop off and pickup. Pricing felt fair. They handled him well, which matters since he can get a little nervous. We'll definitely be back.
