Found this grooming place for my dog and it was a good experience. Making an appointment is easy. Everything is done very well. We got the luxury bath service and it was a good experience because when I picked her up, she was smelling very fresh and cleaned up. The only thing I was disappointed was the nails was not clipped a lot but I wish it was clipped more. The cleaning for my dog was not long. When I got there, there said the cleaning takes about 2 hours and it wasn't too long so it was good. Each time we gone into Tiny Tails we followed with what's on her profile or so I thought... Recently, my dog went in with 3-4 inches of hair and came out with none. I'm not a frequent online reviewer but I have to give some much deserved love to Tiny Tails. We have a short hair lab/shar pei mix and had been taking her to the same groomer for 8-9 years. That groomer closed. In searching for a new place we had 4 different grooming experiences that were well below average. Often the places we tried told us that you don't cut the hair of short haired dogs, but they'd try. Our dog, Callie, would come out looking like it was the groomers first day ever. She does need the occasional cut because her hair gets thick and unkempt around her hindquarters and neck area. When we found TT we hit a huge home run. We left as lily want back to us, the new lady came hold for hit. Also as you know you are grooming store, the reason is dog too big not too busy? Brought my 3year old miniature schnauzer here for a cut for the first time. For new clients, they upgrade you to the cage free grooming which was good. I dropped my dog for a cut and he was ready within 3hours. They would ask you details how you want their cuts to be and wrote down in details. When I picked my dog up, he was in the play area waiting for me. He had a very nice hair cut, well groomed. The price was pretty decent too compare to the other one I went to. The only downside is that the dogs are brought to the back and you can't really see them getting groomed or whatever they're doing. Also, the place gets really busy and hard to get appointment for the weekends. I called and had to wait 2-3weeks for a weekend to be open up.
