Corn dog and sweet potato fries
Teresa A.

The staff was super friendly and our waitress was the absolute sweetest. I love a dog friendly patio restaurant and they even offered water for our dogs. We got checked up on multiple times. The service is excellent here. Food came out nice and hot and it was delicious. I just got a corn dog and sweet potato fries and they were made to my liking - nice crispy texture on the corn dog and fries. My boyfriend got the chicken sandwich and he said it was really good! We would definitely come back and bring our dogs too! Thanks for an awesome experience.

Well heard the hype about these breakfast burritos and had to check them! Always looking for the best and here is my review! Under new ownership and looking forward to trying more! Wow finally a proper breakfast burrito and I can tell the chef takes pride in bringing the right mix of spice and flavors to get the taste just right! While it's not the biggest burrito- it's sized perfectly for a fulfilling meal that left me feeling satisfied and not overwhelmed with potatoes! I will be back for dinner and a the great beer selection !

So a bunch of Dog Hauses have partnered up with another business called Bad Ass Breakfast Burritos which are included in their menu of hot dogs and beers. I decied to try out their borracho burrito which has 3 eggs, bacon, chili, cheese, and tater tots in it. I couldn't really taste the tater tots at all. The chili was a bit too salty for my liking. However, it's a big enough burrito to make you feeling satisfied. Something I really liked was their selection of drinks. They have a specialty section of Tractor beverages which I haven't seen in other places: these drinks were absolutely delicious. I highly recommend the strawberry dragonfruit. My meal cost me $11.59 after discounts; this is because you can buy discounted InKind gift cards at Costco. If you don't have a Costco membership, then the InKind app gives you a 20% off discount here. I was one of 5 customers here and got attentive service due to it.

Came here for a date night on Friday and this was my first time trying the burgers. I usually do the dogs, but decided the HANGOVER was what I needed to have. My husband got the Little Mule and we shared the Ruben Tots. The burgers were fantastic and full of flavor with egg cooked to perfection, the tots were crispy and the sauce executed flawlessly. If I could change one thing it would be a little more pastrami on the tots than the couple little pieces we had. Overall the experience was great, the service was attentive and friendly, and we definitely want to come back.

( This is the last of five reviews I've prepared for describing some of the food I ate while I was out in Phoenix, Arizona. ) One of the commonalities I noticed about both Las Vegas and Phoenix is that they both have very vibrant food scenes ranging from the eclectic to the upscale, and everything in between. And yet, even with such a diverse range of offerings, sometimes, you just want a simple burger or hot dog. That was what inevitably drew me back to Tempe Town Lake, especially when I saw this place among the restaurants there! Dog Haus is a fast-casual joint that specializes in hot dogs and sausages, though they also have burgers and chicken sandwiches on offer. This place is special to me, though -- I actually remember several years back when Dog Haus made their ill-fated venture into Las Vegas, and was absolutely gutted when they closed. Thus, when I saw this place while I was at Sweet Republic the day before, I just knew that I had to come out here and treat myself. It's as great as I remember -- as a restaurant and biergarten, the Dog Haus is set up kind of like a sports bar, complete with the decor to match. Think exposed steel beams, wooden tables, metal barrels and a industrial-looking bar with TV screens mounted all over. The food, though, is something else entirely; they have all manner of hot dogs and sausages on offer that you can't go wrong with whatever you order. (They even have vegetarian and vegan-friendly dogs!) I ended up going with my classic order of the Chili Idol, the Fonz, and cheese fries; after several years of not having them, they tasted just as good as I remembered! Of course, they also have burgers and chicken on the menu, so you're guaranteed a great meal regardless. I just picked those because that was what I always ordered from the Dog Haus in Vegas back when they were open! One thing that sets them apart, too, is their use of Hawaiian sweet rolls for the bread instead of the usual white burger and hot dog buns; as a fan of Hawaiian sweet rolls, Dog Haus immediately shot up to the top of my favorite fast casual joints back in the day. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants good old-fashioned burgers and hot dogs, and it's not because I missed this place -- the food here is genuinely good. Here's to hoping they decide to try again and come out here to Vegas, because I think they're ready for their take on hot dogs! Until then, I'll just sit here and think about if and when I come back to Phoenix, lol. Please, if you're in the area, do yourself a favor and come out here. You won't regret it. ( Thank you for those of you who read through all five of my reviews from the Phoenix area. If you're a local, please, cherish your food scene and support them. You won't regret it. )

Tots, Chili Tots, Chicken & Mozzarella sausage (it was great!)

Really great American food, prices weren't bad and happy on Sunday's are awesome and lasts til midnight! We got the chili tots and regular ones for a side, I recommend the chili. Hot dogs and their sausages were great! Would go again for sure! Also try the pineapple infused water, it's amazing!

"Crispy" Pickle Chips

Ordered from here on 8/22/26 at 7pm. I ordered two chicken sandwiches and "fried" pickles. Both sandwiches were sloppily made, and the pickles didn't even have batter on them. Restaurant wasn't busy mind you. Very disappointing.

Onion Rings
Brent K.

I recently checked out Dog Haus in Tempe, and while the idea behind their offerings is solid, the experience was just... okay. I ordered the premium Angus beef dog, topped with smoked bacon, caramelized onions, chipotle aioli, pickled jalapeños, and cotija cheese, all on grilled King's Hawaiian rolls with a side of onion rings. The good? The hot dog itself tasted better than it looked. The toppings--especially the bacon and the spicy jalapeños--had potential, and the King's Hawaiian rolls added a nice sweet touch. The onion rings were crispy, though a bit underwhelming in terms of flavor. Now, the not-so-good: the overall combination just didn't quite come together as well as I expected. Some of the toppings didn't really pop, and the chipotle aioli and cotija cheese were subtle to the point of being forgettable. The bacon was great, but a little drowned out by everything else. Also, for $20-ish for lunch in a college area? It felt a little steep. Sure, it's a premium dog, but I wasn't blown away enough to justify the price, especially when there are plenty of other options in the area. Would I order again? Probably not. It's worth trying if you're curious, but I wasn't left with that "I need this again" feeling.

I came in during my visit to Phoenix with friends and we all enjoyed our food here. It was oddly quiet but the ambience is casual and friendly, and there's a nice small outdoor seating area in front. Condiments, drinks, and board games are self serve. I had the Old Town Haus dog, chili cheese tots, and some friend thing which I don't remember but it was a special and I didn't think it was worth it. However I really enjoyed the other two items, and the use of Hawaiian rolls as hot dog and hamburger buns was really creative. They weren't messy or too saucy though which foods like this can risk being. My only comment is that it is a bit pricy given you'll likely need to order several things to get full.

Big Mutha Clucka
Connie G.

This was our last family meal. My son recommended this place, as he and his wife like coming here. I ordered a Bad Mutha Clucka chicken sandwich and a soda. We sat outside because it was too cold inside, although I liked the spaciousness inside. You order at the counter but food gets delivered. Service was good. I liked the sauce on my chicken and the bread was melt-in-your-mouth. There are plenty of craft beers but at $8 a pint, opted to just have soda.

Great service, great food, great time!! I love this place. As a vegetarian, there's a variety for me and I appreciate it

We wanted a meal close to our hotel, this was a short walk and had a fun atmosphere. The food was good, we also tried one of the microbrews, Huckleberry Sour. All good stuff.

Soo Cali dog
Natasha H.

After spending some time at the We Work nearby I was hungry and always wanted to try Dog Haus. I heard good things about it, and they have some unique options. I got the Soo Cali dog, which was nice and flavorful. It came with avocado, tomato, and a delicious sauce and crispy onions so it was nice and crunchy and not dry. There was more bread than hot dog, but I did love the Hawaiian roll it came on, it was perfectly toasted on the top. I didn't feel super full after it so it was a good snack. It took a few minutes for them to make it and the staff was very kind, and the restaurant was clean. They also have a bar there in case you want a drink with your dog lol

It had a really nice upscale feel while still being relaxed and comfortable. The cocktails were excellent, the food was delicious, and even the music playing overhead was on point. I did have a few but my favorite was the floor is lava, while my wife enjoyed a classic margarita. They also have a really nice kids menu and some great appetizers, so it worked perfectly for our family. Our waiter, Elias, was very nice and told us that Eureka was known for their burgers. Well, he was right! The burger was excellent and those truffle fries with the fresh grated cheese on top were absolutely delicious. You can have your burger cooked to whichever style you like, I like medium myself. I would order both again without hesitation. The service was another highlight. The manager even came out to help bring our food, and you could tell everyone was working together. The entire staff seemed to be in sync, which was really nice to see. This was easily one of my favorite places we visited while in the area. Great food, great cocktails, great atmosphere and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would absolutely come back. All I have to say is... Eureka!!

SOCIETY! What a beautiful little hidden gem in Tempe! And WOW, what a wonderful experience!…read more First, a little tip on finding this place. Society is located on the second floor of the plaza, and you might actually walk right past the entrance! If the line for Tempe Improv gets long, it can partially block the double doors. Just look carefully, and you'll find your way in! Once you walk inside, it's like stepping into a completely different world! The atmosphere is absolutely gorgeous! Romantic, trendy, a little glamorous, and definitely POPPIN'! Between the beautiful chandeliers, cascading flowers, colorful lighting, and stylish décor, I couldn't stop looking around. Whoever designed this place did a fantastic job! We had reservations, and I would HIGHLY recommend making them. This place can fill up quickly, and I can certainly understand why! Now, let's talk about the FOOD! Several people had recommended that we try the Whipped Feta appetizer, so of course we had to order it. OH MY GOODNESS! This was hands down one of the most delicious appetizers I've had in a LONG time! The whipped feta was creamy, with this wonderful honey combination in the middle that brought everything together beautifully. Paired with the bread, it was absolutely fantastic! I'm not kidding when I say I could've ordered that appetizer and made an entire meal out of it! LOL! If you visit Society, PLEASE try the whipped feta! For dinner, I ordered the Chicken Alfredo, which came with their spinach-infused pasta. And WOW, that was delicious too! The pasta was wonderful, the sauce was flavorful, and I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Definitely not your ordinary Alfredo! My friend ordered the Penne alla Vodka, which looked delicious, although I didn't get a chance to sample it. Guess that gives me another reason to return! And can we talk about the SERVICE?! Absolutely wonderful! Our server was attentive, friendly, and always checking on us to make sure everything was taken care of. We never felt forgotten, and everything flowed so nicely throughout our dinner. Then came a little surprise! They found out we were celebrating my birthday and brought out a birthday dessert! How sweet was that?! I certainly wasn't expecting it, and it made an already wonderful evening even more special. Between the amazing atmosphere, delicious food, and excellent customer service, Society really impressed me. Would I return? ABSOLUTELY! HANDS DOWN! This is a wonderful place for a date night, birthday celebration, or just an evening out with friends. It's beautiful, lively, and has the food and service to back it up. And you better believe I'm ordering that whipped feta again! In fact, I might not even share it next time! LOL! Thank you, Society, for such a memorable birthday dining experience!

I am a HUGE fan of pistachio and gin so immediately I had to get his drink but it was beyond mediocre. Are we drinking only syrup??? My last complaint is the coconut tres leches dessert.... Do we actually know how to make tres leches or we just naming desserts however we want? Just curious. It came out super hot, steaming more like a molten cake. Blanco seemed like it would be a good choice, however I enjoyed it more than I anticipated. Sitting at the bar, service was pretty good. The bartenders were busy making drinks at times, but overall were attentive. The queso was delicious! We started with the appetizer sized serving and the chips were very good with a thick texture and good crunch. We saved some of the queso, intending to use it for dipping with the mixed grill fajitas we split. I will put that queso on anything, it's tasty! On the mixed grill fajitas platter, the carne asada was the item we enjoyed the least. The shrimp was definitely my favorite. Perfectly juicy and grilled, and had a great sauce over the top, it's labeled as spicy but I didn't find it to be too spicy, it just had a good flavor. The chicken was very juicy and then the steak was okay. I would definitely come back to try the short rib tacos, as other reviewers said were pretty tasty. Blanco reminded me of yummy Tex-Mex restaurants I've had in Texas, although its description is Sonoran Mexican food. Maybe it depends on the dish ordered. Either way, both are delicious food styles. And my rating reflected my overall enjoyment of the green chili queso, fresh chips & salsa, and juicy shrimp. I think the difference between 4-5 stars for me, comes down to having a nice ambiance, attentive service, and some items standing out. My cocktail was decent, however I wouldn't order that particular margarita again, I don't love mescal but I keep trying drinks that have it because I do like cocktails that have a note of the mescal flavor not the predominant taste. I did check with the bartenders before I ordered it and let them know, they said it's mild mescal taste, but I think it was pretty strong. We had missed happy hour by coming in 530pm, it ends at 5pm. I'd like to come back next time for HH. And thank goodness they are smart enough to provide free 2 hour parking in the Novus garage close by . That makes so much sense for customers. Some reviewers said the restaurant doesn't have any parking options besides valet. For a Mexican cuisine, I never expect rice that tastes like it's seasoned with only butter and Parmesan. This was a bit awkward. Our chips came out & we noticed that the bowl was dirty. That was gross... there was a swipe of dried on beans or something similar stuck to the side of the dish I thought it was cool that they have a giant window into the kitchen, so guests can look inside while they wait for their food. I love their QR code payment feature! It made it really easy to split the bill for our party. I've never seen that before & hope more restaurants will implement that!
