Showed up yesterday for some beer and tots, it's the small things in life! I'm a huge fan of Dog Haus. I work in the area and have been coming to this location for some time now. Imagine my delight when I heard I was also getting a Dog Haus location near my home in Santa Clarita!! But, this location remains my favorite, particularly due to the staff. I always sit at the bar and all the ladies(including Isaiah) always make me feel very, very welcome. The beer is always cold and I absolutely love the food. A young lady named Jaysha always seems to go above and beyond. She is very attentive, nice and provides excellent customer service. I appreciate her service and attention to detail. She is a difference maker for me at this location. Well the food may be the same at all Dog Haus locations, the service is not. Thank you Jaysha and to the rest of the staff that I see do a wonderful job on my visits. See you guys soon!

Das Brat, the chili cheese tots, and the veggie bowl version of The Fonz. Paired up with a couple of Hefeweizens...yessir.

Love the Dog Haus! Always clean and welcoming, and they have a wonderful beer selection that's always rotating (with plenty of regulars in the mix)! No matter what your preference, from light to dark, bitter or malty, they have something right up your alley. The service is always friendly, too. I swear, we've had some of the friendliest conversations there with the staff. And the food...is...awesome. Tasty, generous portions, and with a touch of innovation to make it memorable. Bratwurst on Hawaiian rolls??? Who'd have thunk it? Make Dog Haus a regular date spot, or just to treat yourself. You'll thank me.

We were so excited to visit the Dog Haus. We invited two friends to come join us. We finally had our schedules together and wanted to catch up with good friends. We were ready to order our food and presented the card that I won at a fundraising event through a silent auction. The server told us since the restaurant has been sold to another owner that the new owner will not honor the card. I was so embarrassed. There was no expiration date on the card nor any type of terms of failure to honor the gift card. We were lucky enough to talk to the owner and explain the hardship we had experienced last year. He was an understanding man with lots of empathy. We had a great service from Jayshy and the food was cooked to perfection. We were delighted with our meal and will return soon.

I'm totally digging this location especially at night. It's a bit hidden in a business office area. Coming at night, businesses were closed, parking was plentiful, and vibe was low key and chill. Bar seating, dining tables inside and out. Great bar area with a hug selection of craft better. Service was laid back like the night was. Food is what it is. Better than average hot dogs and always popular tots. Wash it down it with an allagash and your long tiring day has a nice night cap. Cheers everyone.

I stopped by this Dog Haus location to try their burger with Hawaiian rolls. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. I placed my order online and selected the pickup time I wanted. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all and have a separate window for pickup. They also have a kiosk you can order from if you didn't place an order online. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. The staff here are very nice and friendly. When I checked in at the pickup window, they said my order wasn't ready yet since I came early. Then after like 5 or 10 minutes, the guy working the pickup window asked the ladies to verify my order again. I ended up placing my online order at their other Burbank location in Olive and didn't notice. They said it happen all the time because the website isn't very clear. But good thing is that it's nearby like 3 miles away.

Back in 2024 I visited this place while it was ran by another owner, it had ZERO customer service, everything was done online, and it was nearly impossible to flag down an employee because there were so few, and they were impossible to be found. The new and current owner has seen my review, apologized for the previous conduct, and promised me that since he was now in charge, things would be different and would be ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cut to the present, and I take a colleague here because I was craving their food and was curious if the service had actually changed. As we walked in I notice the QR code and paper note with sharpie scribbles on it greeted us. Along with seeing maybe 1 employee moving something near the back. Strike 1... Obviously customer service had once again fallen to the wayside. Since no one told us where to go or to pick our own seats, we chose our own, day down, and tried to find and speak with one of the wait staff. Into the bar walks Deven; the only shining light of this awful restaurant experience... Sees us trying to have any sort of human contact, says hello and offers us physical menus instead of the QR code we would have to scan on our table. She then comes around and speaks to us.. Where I ask about the owner and if he's here. Which I am told that he is "seldom here at best." STRIKE 2... Already clocked out of running the business. I guess the remote work is just as good as a QR code menu to someone without a smart device. Either way, we ordered from the normal menu and Happy Hour menu... Then proceeded to "@$wait. The Reuben tots were all sauce and no pastrami. The pastrami that WAS there has enough salt to properly salivate a fresh water lake. The wings were heavily breaded, sauce was slathered in sugary sauce. The 6 chopped cheese were alright, though immensely lacking meat. Last thing we got were chicken wings, again, which were overcooked and slathered in another sweet sauce. Again. Thank you Deven,v and shame on you, Vaughn, or where your name actually is. -

We already have a dog Haus in Burbank but this newly opened branch is much closer to where I live. I also like this one better cuz it's much bigger in size and their menu offers more than just hotdogs. This particular branch is close to the airport. There's a lot of free parking available. It isn't particularly busy during early mornings so service is pretty fast. I hardly wait for my order. Staff is always friendly. Lots of indoor and patio seats available. They have 17 tv sets for view your favorite sports. Unlike other locations, this branch offers wine and liquor.

Fun place for lunch. Dogs and brats are good and we liked the Hawaiian rolls. Service was ok, but a lot of work for one person to work front of house.

I have a few other Dog Haus locations closer to me, but I still prefer coming to this location. It's by the airport and a little hidden, but it's worth the extra drive. With other locations, my order is always missing items, it's the wrong order, they can't honor birthday deals, it's always something. I've been coming to this new location and I've never encountered a problem so far. The staff is great and always checking in. They have a good happy hour menu. The owner has made an effort to come out and talk to a few patrons the times I've been there asking how we found them and just making sure everyone is having a good time. I've taken food to go, I've meet up with friends to dine-in, it's always a fun time. And there's always plenty of parking.

I think they should change their name to Dog Haus instead of calling themselves Bad Ass Breakfast.

Walk in and no one is in the lobby. I have to call the phone number for someone to walk out from the kitchen. The water is over flowing behind the bar and coming out of a container being over filled. I order a breakfast burrito called the würst and it's favorable. The eggs are running and it is a solid 3.5/5. The sausage is non existent which is disappointing since opened it up to peek inside to add some salsa I had at my house. The bag contains napkins and the burrito with no salsa or chips. The woman who took my order was very knowledgeable and was able to take phone orders with no problem navigating the menu and entering it. The wait time was about 12 minutes but I was the only customer there. The parking lot is huge but from the outside it looks like they are closed. It's not until I placed my order and was waiting that they put the signs outside. Maybe I'd come back to this location but I doubt it for months. I didn't like the vibe and it had bad energy in here. I've had heartburn all day. I don't appreciate Dog Haus calling me back on a number that has profanity on the caller ID number. Bad Ass Burrito should change their caller ID to Dog Haus instead. Of course I won't answer the telephone when that comes up. I don't want to talk to this business over the telephone.

I came here for happy hour on a Tuesday was surprised to find out they do $2 tacos and $5 margaritas. Let me tell you, the tacos are delicious and the margaritas are STRONG. It's a hell of a good time. I really enjoyed the chicken taco and carne asada taco. The meats were juicy and very flavorful. I also ordered their nachos, chili cheese fries and bread pudding. The nachos were made perfectly with the chips being thin and crispy. They used a couple different cheeses and the jalapeños were a nice touch. Definitely ordering it again, I can do without the chili cheese fries. It was good but it wasn't amazing. Their bread pudding was HUGE and I can see why it's one of the popular items here. The bread was crispy on the outside and soft and gooey in the inside. Morrisons is definitely a fun place to be. Perfect to enjoy happy hour, catch the games on, and hang out friends. We had two separate servers because one went home during the middle of our dinner and both were equally horrible. Not even exaggerating when I say we waited at least 15 minutes after we asked for the check and there were probably only 10 tables in the entire restaurant. And we had to call her back over to ask for a second time. SMH. The food although flavorful was so ridiculously priced it was not even funny. I got a "ribeye ". Was literally eight thin slices of steak, like 1" x 1" size for $42! No, I will not be coming back here for so many reasons. The view is great. Castaways is definitely not what it used to be in the way of quality but at least you get more and you get the view. But definitely not worth it going to this place. It was quite a frustrating evening. Also, if you do decide to go here, just bring a coat when it's a little bit cooler in the evenings cause it does get cold up here and getting the staff to manage the heaters correctly is a whole other frustration. Oh, and valet is your only option for parking up here. It's kind of crazy because a few years ago you could just go park in the lot or the garage that's available there but now they're charging you $11 and it's chaos. I will say that the view up here is great though so if you're willing to forgo all of that for a view for like a one time date or something like that, it might be worth it

So, one of my spawns, on Monday said let's grabbed lunch. Whatever you want, sushi, ramen, Korean bbq. I said let's go HH at the Ramp. My child couldn't believe it, but Matriarch ruled. We went with no expectations. We had several $4 margaritas, wings, mozzarella sticks, cheese bread, nachos, and split a cheeseburger with fries. Everything was pretty decent if not delicious. The wings were well done (our preference), the mozzarella sticks had a nice cheese pull, the nachos, were baked but each chip was crispy and fresh, the burger was good (soft artisanal bun), the fries were decent steak fries ( I'm not a fan of steak fries). The margaritas were on the rocks and made with margarita mix. they seemed like they would sneak up on you. Still tasty. Staff were attentive and great! The best part we spent under $100.00 w/tip! I'm looking forward to our next visit and try their pastas and other items. Great place for HH.

I fell in love before i even saw the menu. Now don't even get me started on that world class water. Best water I've ever consumed. Perfectly cold and delectably drinkable. They have a whole freaking sign for their sauces and dips. I'm in love. I got a Shirley temple and if i could marry a place instead of a person, the Shirley temple would be my reason. It was FANTASTIC. Our server, Isaiah, was absolutely amazing and on top of things, refilling our water before we even hit half glass. Not to mention his energy and vibe was so welcoming and fun. We got the PuPu platter for two, came out within minutes, I could spend the rest of my life eating that alone. Isaiah recommended his favorite sauces, Garlic Chive and Chipotle Citrus, they were amazing. We got the shrimp and lobster roll, I officially entered heaven. The Isles of Club sandwich was the finishing touch that had me laughing from joy. Near the end of our dining we meant Max, another server, who is absolutely fantastic, brought us everything we needed, boxes, sauce containers, bags, to-go dessert. His energy was also amazing and super fun. Now some extra things to note: -I'm not a big mac salad girly, but holy moly guacamole i loved their Mac salad. -anything tempura/fried in this place is heaven itself -their fries are perfect -the vibe is beyond life you might start crying in joy -be ready to want to buy everything on the menu and then some -I downloaded yelp just to leave this review Overall, Broken Compass Tiki is the perfect place for everyone. Their service is top tier, the food is delicious, the water is a treasure, and so much more. I will be back and I hope everyone has a chance of experiencing pure joy at this place.

Broken Compass Tiki is a pirate themed tiki bar in Burbank…read more They don't having a parking lot, but it was very easy to find street parking just around the corner on a Sunday afternoon. The front of the building is a little vaguely marked, and the entrance has speakeasy vibes, which was a surprise. Upon walking in the front door, there is some tiki décor and a small counter in the rear. I remember thinking to myself "what the heck, this is it?". I checked in at the host stand on the left, and was handed me a boarding pass. She then led us through a hidden door behind what looked like a shipping crate. We were now in the real Broken Compass. The interior is a good size. The two-sided bar seats around a dozen. There is a lounge side of the bar that has two large booths along the wall, and another area with comfortable looking couches and lounge chairs. The main dining room has some tiki hut booths, and two sections of tables with half booth and half chair. The décor is pretty extensive with a good mix of pirate, nautical, and tiki themes. There is a lot of bamboo, thatch, rope, cargo netting, skulls and skeletons, port holes, octopus tentacles, jellyfish, tiki lights, and more. The ceiling is dark with various nautical and pirate markings, and even tied up ship sails overhead. The tiki hut booths have the parrots from the enchanted tiki room above them. Even the two restrooms are nautical themed, with beach and marine sounds playing. There is a lot of great décor to look at. We arrived around 2pm on a Sunday, so it wasn't very busy yet. By the time we left a few hours later, it was starting to get busy. We decided to sit at the bar. We started out with the buffalo cauliflower ($14) for an afternoon snack. The serving size was generous, and the buffalo sauce had a good tang. It was served with some sauces, and was surprisingly filling. A nice feature of the cocktail menu is that each drink displays one to three compass stars to indicate the strength of the drink. Their cocktails use a great variety of liquors including ones you don't often see. Many of the ingredients are made in-house. I started out with Chupacabra's Vacation (Demerara Rum, Jamacian Rum, Pomegranate Reduction, Cinnamon, Lime Juice, Bitters, two-star boozy rank, $17). It is served with a flaming lime on top and a little fire show. It was balanced with a light booziness, some light pomegranate flavor, and a cinnamon sprinkle on top. She started out with the Bittersweet Paradise (Jamacian Rum, White Rum, Campari, Passionfruit Syrup, Lemon, Lime, Pineapple, two-star boozy rank, $18). It didn't drink boozy at all, and was passion fruit forward, with light bitterness. My second cocktail was the Bermuda Dune Buggy (Gin, Overproof Rum, Kumquat Liqueur, Cassis, Orange, Lime, Bitters, two-star boozy rank, $18). It had a very unique garnish of a Chartreuse infused gummy which was delicious. The drink was nicely balanced, and didn't really drink boozy even with overproof rum in it. They have a rotating monthly cocktail and she tried the Tropic Like It's Hot (Coconut Washed Lemongrass Infused Rum, Mango, Lemon, Coconut Water, Amaro, $17) which was created by one of our bartenders Daniel. It was served in a Spam can and was light and refreshing with a nice pop of fruit at the start, and a very nice coconut flavor. We enjoyed sitting at the bar and had great conversation with our bartenders Daniel and Monica. They also provided excellent service. Broken Compass supports payment with the InKind app which gives you 20% back (10% on Friday and Saturday) in InKind cash. We had a really great time here, and the drinks, food, décor, and atmosphere were excellent. I purchased a Hork (Horse-shaRK) mug for $50 to bring home as a souvenir. We would definitely return again when in the area.

Don't forget your wallet, as you're in the hundo range, per person, once that crisp napkin is placed in your lap. Worth it? Yes! A beautiful, beautiful restaurant with a classic (and classy) dining room, private rooms that look very cosy (and were all full when I stopped in for a birthday dinner), and a mile long bar with booths, tables and of course the bar. From the host/hostess stand to the servers to the runners, everyone is so welcoming and friendly. Valet and tons of street parking adjacent if you're not in heels. It's a steak house at its core, but do not sleep on the salmon -- super delicious and you're getting the omega-3 fatty acids for healthmaxxing. Robbie B tip: the happy hour. Reduced price wine glasses and small bites (but actually pretty big portions) of fancy bar food. Sliders, fries, mini lamb chops; it's a whole meal in there. Perfect place to quit your job and celebrate.
