First, he was cursing constantly while working, very inappropriate, especially with my kids in the house. To make matters worse, he didn't even tell me he broke the panel he needed to remove to access the plumbing behind the shower. I only found out after the fact when I saw the damage. On top of that, he removed shelving and clothing rods to get to the panel, but didn't bother to put anything back in place. He just left everything scattered on the floor, including my clothes!
