They were a bit busy today, and the weren't sure they could do the job today, but with the water backing up into the kitchen sink and dishwasher, something had to be done. Fortunately Lowell is a conscientious and caring man, along with the company operator. Once they knew they have been here before, they were determined to try to fit me in. They called ahead to let me know Lowell was on his way and within the 2 hour time window they told me in the morning. Lowell just left, mission accomplished! This resulted in a large quantity of the toilet water going into my storage room and causing significant damage to photo albums, paper records, etc. Your man returned to reinstall the toilet. This time the drain pipe the toilet attaches to got cracked. As a result, when he left, the nuts that secure the toilet to the drain pipe could not be tightened and the caps that cover the nuts were missing. In addition, the toilet was not caulked. It cost me over $500 to hire a different plumber to repair the damages

I chose All American Plumbing based on the two existing Yelp reviews on here and I wanted to…read moreconfirm what the others said. When Dan arrived, I had a long list of things I needed him to repair and told him which ones were the priorities. He went about all of them quickly, moving from one to the next, informing me of various things I needed to know as he went. The main issue I called him for was that the hot water no longer worked in the shower. I researched the problem on my own and figured out it was the cartridge on an older Delta faucet. Other plumbers I called said it would take weeks for them to get to me and/or that the part I needed was no longer produced and I would likely need an entire overhaul of my shower plumbing. One even had me call a parts store on their behalf to see if they had the cartridge in stock! All of this I say so that you understand what a relief it was to call Dan and have him tell me that of course they still make the part and he already had some loaded on his truck. He came out on 7/3/14 when others were busy with their Fourth of July plans. On top of all that, he was able to repair my existing cartridge. What a stand-up guy. He even came back out that same night at no extra charge when I called him to make an adjustment, and I live quite a ways from Holly. Plus, they accept credit and debit and will e-mail you a summary of the work done with a receipt. Very helpful!
