Getting the job done 10/10. And for what they charged, I feel like other companies would charge at least double. We've had a backed up storm drain in our basement that has been an issue since last spring. We had several other companies out that either didn't call us back or didn't have a clue where to begin. Charged us hundreds of dollars just to assess and never fixed the issue. Dave came in and after hearing what our concerns were, went to work. He immediately identified the issue and fixed it within an hour. He was a lovely human being and we will definitely be calling him back in the future. If you're in the SCS area and need a plumbing service, give them a call. You will not regret it.

The first delay was due to employee's vacation. Ok no problem it is July and dont need heat at the moment. The next delay was due to a sick employee- ok fine. Fast forward to mid September- I called several times and all I got was "I'll give him the message". I told him we literally have no heat and now it's fall weather. Still nothing. I can't believe how horrible this company treated us. I would never recommend. I finally called McQuade and they were the complete opposite- prompt, professional and served this new customer well.

However we were supposed to get the video and I have not received it. And pretty sure they gave me an 8am -9am window and when I called i was told the don't come in until 10am. It was an easy job for an actual plumber, but one that would have cost me extra stress and frustration, plus I probably would have ended up with a leaky toilet. Instead, the professionals came out right away, secured the toilet, recaulked, and I was good to go. Little did I know that two days later, I would have issues with my fridge and notice a small leak where my water line fed into the fridge. I couldn't stop the leak no matter how I wanted to. So, I called Drain Resolvers and Mario and his team had me all set with no more leak within 30-45 minutes. They are so responsive. They answer the call. They schedule the service. They show up on time, and they do great work. Call Mario now!

I sought out Tom Buckhave on line and made a call he came out the next afternoon made a list and came back the fallowing day and took care of our issues. The plumber did not have a mask but was willing to put one on. The original diagnosis had been defective or clogged cartridges in the leaking faucets. The plumber replaced the parts, but the faucets are still leaking. Now he says the entire faucet must be defective. So they misdiagnosed the problem and still charged for the failed repair. Still charged what seems like a LOT of money $500/hour, for one plumber, and this was an alleged discounted price. The plumber blamed the make of the faucets (Moen, usually considered a good brand, we got them at costco), and offered to expensively, but with an alleged discount, replace them with Delta faucets. overall, a disappointing and expensive mistake. Added a star for masking and showing up. Will look elsewhere in future.
