He did not secure the faucet to the utility sink underneath with the screws so it was moving back and forth, 4. He asked a "favor" that I give him 5 stars to get business with a story of how Google took down 150 reviews and he was sick last year. Now, the reason I chose him over other people is because of his reviews of " doing quality work, picking up after himself, competitive pricing " and now I feel like I got duped because I did not experience any of that , I feel like he may be a phony. Mike was nice but when I'm paying for a service I shouldn't have to pick up after you. Granted I understand maybe he wasn't small enough/ older to get under the utility sink and screw the faucet in place but he could have told me. There is no excuse for not screwing the fire alarm back in! What if I were elderly and was unable to clean up the metal pieces everywhere, screw in my faucet or screw my fire alarm back in. Of course I did not know any of this was an issue until I went to actually use the faucet - it moved forward and backward, the metal was all over and I look up and the fire alarm unplugged. I have had a nonfunctioning push button flusher on one of my toilets for some time and finally…read moredecided to do something about it. I was either getting it repaired or replacing the toilet. I went to my handy dandy guide Yelp to find a reputable plumber/plumbing company. I looked at a few companies and opted for WaterWork Plumbing based on their Yelp rating and location. They were rated a 4.0 out of 5. They were located in a neighboring city. I called on a Friday afternoon and was given an appointment for Monday. No problem! To my surprise, I received a callback that a plumber had become available and could come right then. I was excited to get my toilet situation addressed on the same day. Mark was the dispatched plumber. He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to change my push button flusher to a traditional handle one. He also replaced the cap and hoses in the tank to prevent a future call. He even adjusted my water valve to the proper level to have the toilet fill back up quickly. At some point, someone had dialed down the water causing it to fill up slowly. Mark was the man for this day for me! It was the answer for the problem and he was able to eliminate future problems. This was worth every dime that was spent and they get five stars from me. I also have added them as a contact in my phone should I need their services again.

They came out today to hydro jet the sewer line, thanks to the silver maple tree in the front of the house. Showed me the camera of all the roots in the pipes before and after. Vern and Eric were today's technicians. Very polite, cleaned up after their selves and the pipes are clean. Vern did point out some areas that he had some concern about and suggested a pipe liner, but no high pressure to do it. I recommend them when anyone asks for recomendations.

They diagnosed the problem as air hammer in the pipes and installed 4 air relief valves. Unfortunately this didn't fix the problem entirely and the water inlet line to the toilet was left disconnected. I called Sean back and he came to the house on a Saturday morning to make sure everything was done correctly. They wrapped up quickly and everything has worked great since. No one is happy having to call someone out for a problem, but Sean is easy to contact and responds quickly to his customers.
