This is a hard one. I avoided this place for a long time because of the bad reviews. I finally went there a few months back because my neighbors love it but they get the same thing every time. Wife and I loved it. We got the wings and crawfish dip. Went back for lunch with work and got the shrimp plate and it was awesome. Coworkers got the grilled chicken wrap and loved it. For lunch the value was fantastic. But went for a 3rd time tonight and tried some different items. Got the brisket Mac and cheese, Cuban Reuben Sandwich, and buffalo chicken dip. The brisket was super dry and had no taste and the mac tasted like it was out of a box and super dry as well. The chicken dip was just meh. The Cuban Reuben was my mistake as I thought it was just a Reuben. It was small and had hardly and corned beef and what little was there was super dry. So basically it was a Cuban with sauerkraut. Wasn't bad, but also wasn't good. So 2 out of 3 trips were good. read more

Place is definitely busy, but for good reason. I went here with my coworkers for a luncheon and they were packed. The food & atmosphere was great, while staff were very accommodating. Not overly loud and family friendly, It was essentially pub food in my opinion. I got the wings and fries. Wings were smoked before being fried which brought out some extra deep flavors and their fries weren't oily. I also got to try their nachos, which was pretty flavorful; definitely better than the ones you get at Buffalo Wild Wings. Trip 1: I really want to give this place a 5, but 5s are for flawless executions. When I first came in the porch was a disaster with trash everywhere. They got my order wrong, though they gladly fixed it. And the first chair I sat in was falling apart. But otherwise it's nice. The food was good but the sides were awesome, specially the mac & cheese, dirty rice and cheese grits. Everyone was super nice. As far as ambiance, it's standard tavern/sports bar so if that's good for you, it's good. Trip 2: I had to take a star off for cleanliness. I came back for the sides a few days later and the spot at the bar I was at was all sticky and shit. I'm not sure the sides are really good enough for a third trip. Trip 3: called ahead so I didn't have to spend a significant time in the store. I only ordered mac & cheese. I still had to flag down a bartender. When I got the food I felt the bag and noted it included utensils only to note when I got home, it was a OPENED utensil bag that only had the knife left. I'm done with this place. I love coming here. Food is always good, servers are always extremely friendly, and so on. I've never had a bad experience :D I especially like going there when it's darker outside, I think the place is cool and I'd definitely recommend it to others. This is my second time coming here and it was really good. To be honest the first time wasn't great but this time it was perfect. The service was great and the food was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. I'm glad I gave it second chance because it did not disappoint. Have only been here a couple times but have ordered in a good amount. Menu is awesome and has good variety, great american joint. I have had a number of apps, burgers, sandwiches and have been really happy with everything I've had. Buffalo dip should be an easy pick, burgers are good, chicken sandwich is underrated and a good eat. Wings (and wing sauces) are awesome. Service is good if you aren't coming there during peak time. Mediocre typical bar food. Tried the brisket mac and cheese which sounded fantastic but the brisket was overcooked and the Ritz topping on the mac and cheese was burnt. The other ingredients (onion and jalapeños) were just kind of thrown on top instead of cooked into the actual dish. The actual mac and cheese was pretty good though. First off, very clean, and very friendly people. Big bar, great selection (looks to be over 20 taps) plus custom drinks. Food? A welcome selection from the norm. Fried Green Tomatoes, and lots of other selections you don't often see. Ashley, our server, could not have been any nicer or friendlier. When you see whiney reviews from folks complaining about "not enough tater tots", you're either dealing with a competitor, or someone who will never be satisfied. If you are open certain hours then you should be open. If business is slow maybe you should look at why? It was not super lat but the times never match the internet info. Overall 3.75/5 The food was solid. For starters we got the Crawfish Dip, and that was phenomenal with the bread they gave us. With the chips, it's was still good, but nothing to write home about. The smokehouse burger was good (in the kind of way where it would be great if i was drunk), but the PoBoy was definitely the star portion of our entrees. I love this place, except for how noisy it can get. Really good for large groups looking for casual food with a southern influence. I typically get the burger with the Pimento cheese and bacon jam, but I've also enjoyed the three fried green tomato slider plate. Their hot turkey sandwich is good, too. You can't go wrong with any of their appetizers, and their rotating cocktails and draft beer list is always fun to peruse. The service can be hit or miss. This place is one of my favorite places around. They specialize in "bar food" with a restaurant feel, but with their own delicious twist. I've been there about a dozen times, every time has been a great experience. The staff has been amazing. Food is great every time I go. Prices seem a bit high for bar food. Alcohol selection is lacking top shelf variety, but they do have all the common go-to options. They stole my heart with egg rolls stuffed with pimento cheese, bbq pulled pork, and collard greens.
