For me and the misses, this is a 5 for sure. No complaints with the food or the staff. Outside is the place to be when the weather is right. Nice that they have both an indoor and outdoor bar. This was a 0 star meal. First, we had to park a mile down the road and take a shuttle. I understand that's "normal" here but, what the heck? Then the hostess asked for our name for the reservation. We gave the last name. She said they didn't have that name. She asked what first name and we gave a few options and she just looked at us like we were crazy. So we tried calling the rest of our party to see if they were already there and seated or if they were on their way. Cell signal was bad enough we couldn't get through. I went back to her to check in and just confirm they didn't have the name, and that's when she said they go by first name not last name. I said, then it's probably under XYZ, which we already asked. Sure enough, that name was there and they were already seated. We get to the table and ask for menus and the server says they don't have any more, so we have to share the one menu amongst the four of us. Insane but okay. Service is incredibly slow, we all order finally 30 minutes after arriving. Shortly after, she asks my father in law if he wants another margarita, he says no it was terrible, and she said "well next time, don't finish it, so I can take it off the bill for you". I guess she was pissed after that because she didn't check in with us again until our meal came, almost an hour later. I was going to order a drink but at that point I had given up. An hour and twenty minutes after arrival, we finally get our food. It's terrible. My husband ordered the chicken caesar salad pizza. It was a pre-made pizza dough with no sauce, no cheese, no nothing, just completely dry, with dry lettuce, croutons and a few chunks of chicken. It was disgusting, dry, and terrible. But at that point we'd waited SO long for food and didn't want to extend the night any further he just sucked it up and went along with it. My father in law also got a pizza, said he wouldn't order it again. Mother in law had a quesadilla. 5/10 I had the lobster roll, the lobster was gross. The fries however were excellent. The music was so loud we had to yell to talk to each other for the full almost 2 hours we were there. So much so that we were joking the restaurant should be renamed "What?" because that's all you say to each other all night. We will never go back. The experience was nuts, the food was garbage, but at least we've got a story to tell? read more

Only 2 stars because our server was nice. We got there and had to move tables because it was wobbling all over the place. We ordered a salad, 2 pizzas and an iced tea and came to around $100. We celebrated a birthday with friends here and would go back again. The food was delicious from the loaded fries to the pumpkin cheesecake. My chicken marsala was excellent. The banana cake didn't live up to my expectation though. Our waitress, JJ, was friendly and did a great job. The ambience is fantastic, also enjoyed the live music. read more

I wish I could give a higher review for this place because the food that comes out is usually pretty amazing. The drinks are a little strong, but creative, and the lookout is literally to DIE for!! The vibes and look of the restaurant are also 10/10, very clean, beautiful place to take some pictures of good food, but the only problem? I would say they have many items out of stock throughout the week, and the servers are not very happy to be there, but I don't wanna blame them, because it seems they are short staffed, maybe stressed, or maybe just an off day. I went here for a girlfriend's birthday and they didn't even say happy birthday after checking her ID. Maybe they didn't notice, but when we got appetizers, main course, drinks, and a dessert and sang happy birthday to her, the least they could do was check in throughout and we didn't see that either. I don't need to feel like the most special person in the place, but when we are 1 of 3 people in the whole restaurant, it's weird not to see a server except to serve food, and run off before being asked if we have everything. Maybe working in a restaurant gave me a higher standard of what I should expect, but it was just odd. I would say, it depends who is there if you get good service, but I know that a bad day is just that, so I would definitely go back and give it another try! Pictured the different glasses our drinks came in as well because why did we order the same thing and get two very different drinks? I would put the blame more on management to train and make sure staff is supported, but this is just my experience and opinion from the 3 times I have been here! We really loved the ambiance out in the atrium! It's an enclosed area, so it can be enjoyed year round, and you still feel like you're outside! There was live music while we were there, which set the vibe. Our drinks & food were good. The service was a bit slow, but it was pretty busy, so no big deal! I would recommend making a reservation like we did & also give yourself enough time to park because the lot is small. If there is not enough parking, they have a shuttle to take you to and from the restaurant, but the other parking lot is a mile down the road. Good food and an even better covered outdoor space with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The water feature and fans on the patio make the hot summer weather more bearable, and drinks from the outdoor bar don't hurt either. We gathered here as a large group. The live music was nice for those seated inside, and the large televisions on the outside patio allowed us to catch one of the World Cup games. The wait staff were attentive, and our order was accurately fulfilled. Came in for dinner around 4:30 the Friday before Memorial Day! We had a great meal, enjoyed and relaxed in the atrium. The hostess at the front entrance was so nasty, It is crazy to me that a great restaurant like this would put a crabby young inexperienced young girl as the first point of contact. It was vegetable oil or canola oil. It was disgusting. I told the waitress that it was not olive oil and it was disgusting and I couldn't eat it. I guess the "chef" didn't think anyone would notice if he tried to substitute frying oil for olive oil. I did not eat the salad and despite the waitress telling me that she told a manager what was going on, I was still charged for the salad. Don't let the 3.5 rating throw you. THIS PLACE IS A MUST! Delicious food and incredible atmosphere and service. Wish we lived here, we'd be regulars. There's several water fountain features inside, beautiful view, very fancy looking when you walk in. I had the Bubba Burger which was better then I could imagine, my boyfriend had the French dip and lived it just as much. He actually cleaned his plate, which never happens. I wanted to like this place but the food is subpar. The Demi glaze on the Filet Mignon was off and bitter. It reminded me of sour mushroom gravy. I ate it because I was starving. But the cost of a filet should also not be tough & gristly when you order it med rare. This place has a cool vibe but price doesn't match the quality of the food. Inside has cozy vibe and the outside porch is my favorite place to sit!. The fire pits added such a fun, relaxed feel, and the live music was a huge bonus. This place is cute and the back is so relaxing. It is definitely a hidden gem in this small town! I was here with a big group and all the shareable we got were great and everyone's food looks great! Service was great and I saw the staff using teamwork to ensure all guests were taken care of. There is an interesting way they handle parking if the lot is full they have an over full parking a mile or two down the road. They offer a shuttle service, from the overflow parking lot to the restaurant. We didn't use it so I am not sure how it works. read more

Went there on a Friday night. Got there later and was able to park in the parking lot but apparently the lot fills up and requires shuttling to a secondary lot. We were seated quickly but the rest of the service was very slow. Multiple times the waitress had to come back to our table and ask us what we had ordered (she didn't write anything down). The food was fine but severely overpriced. The ambiance seemed to be pretty cool but we were in a corner of the room that was behind plants and other things so I didn't even know the music was live until someone else told me. At the end of the night, my wife and I both commented that we will never go back based off of price and service. Oddly enough, i was at work the next day and my coworker mentioned that he had gone with his wife and parents. He complained about a similar experience as me. read more

We came in at opening, as our reservation was at 10am, only to find that the largest, most central TV in the entire restaurant had "Newsmax" blaring. Weird choice but ok. I asked them to turn off the propaganda and they kindly obliged. The brunch menu left a LOT to be desired. No pancakes. No waffles (except if you order the chicken and waffle dish). Not even on the kids menu. One weird omelette choice. No other egg dishes. It was a glorified lunch menu and it was too early for me to eat a cheeseburger. I wanted breakfast. So I ended up ordering a salad. After we ordered it took just over ONE HOUR for our food to come out. That would be acceptable if this was one of those artisan from scratch places or whatever, but they're not. Everybody else around us (including people who arrived after us) received their food before us. Will not be returning. read more

Every dish we ordered was full of flavor and beautifully presented clearly, the kitchen knows what they're doing. HOWEVER , I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the ATTITUDE of a few servers left a negative impression. Some staff members seemed bothered, inattentive, or even a bit dismissive, which took away from the otherwise excellent experience. When guests come to dine -especially at a place with such high potential they deserve warm, attentive service to match the quality of the food and setting. As someone who not only dines out often but also pays close attention to how an establishment operates as a whole, I always observe how other guests are treated -not just my own table. Service is a reflection of a restaurant's values, and it should feel consistent, respectful, and welcoming for everyone. TO MANAGEMENT: please pay close attention to this. Great service is not just a detail it's a major part of what keeps people coming back. That said, I believe in this place and plan to return. The place has a great decor. An oasis in the middle of nowhere. What a fun looking place for nightlife. We went for lunch and it was a bit understaffed although our waitress was very attentive and friendly. The food was excellent and well prepared. A very comfortable place to enjoy lunch.
