I came here today with my daughter. I got the deluxe pedicure and my daughter got a gel pedicure. Unfortunately, it was one of the worst nail salon experiences we've had. When we walked in, the salon was completely empty and there was only one technician sitting there. I actually had a bad feeling and almost left, but we decided to give it a try. That turned out to be a mistake. I ordered the most expensive pedicure (the deluxe), so I expected good service, or at least something decent. Instead, the massage felt like the technician was just lightly touching my legs instead of actually massaging them. She also ruined the shape of my nails, leaving them rough and sharp. Even worse, she cut my skin, and now my big toe is painful to touch. I'm also concerned about whether the tools were properly disinfected. My daughter's experience was just as disappointing. She got a gel pedicure, but the technician ruined the nail shape and applied the gel poorly. The polish didn't even cover the entire nail. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She was so upset that she cried the whole way home.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If you're looking for a decent nail salon, I would not recommend this place. The pedicure chairs are really nice and new with built in massage remote on the armrest with different modes. The chairs also have adjustable foot stands to comfortably rest you legs in the positions for different foot scrubs. The lady who did my nails was named Kim. Unfortunately she did the worst job doing my nails. I went in for a dip nail set as the next day I was getting married and asked for simple almond shaped med length dip powder set and they look so horrible. Not only are you uneven but they are very thin and I can't put any pressure on my nails and they are not smooth , the have bumps and my nails are curved upwards. Not only did she charge me $65 for this horrible job but she asked for how much I was going to tip her when she charged my card. I DO NOT recommend this place. read more

The first time I went to this place. The nail technician was rude as hell. Cindy, did my feet? She made me bleed on each one of my big toes. She digs and picks away too much, so I. Decided to go yesterday a second time to give them another shot. She made me bleed even more. The lady Vicky, who did my nails? She just kept stressing how much she liked to do. Black people nails. Black people nails. Black people nails like. Why did you keep seeing black people so much? And then she says she doesn't like white. People and white people are racist. Well, she appears to be a little racist herself. Maybe something you don't wanna talk about when you're doing a black person's nails. And then the lady who takes your payment. She was just as dumb as the others. So now, what we see where that comes from. My bill was $61.60. After 20% off of 77 she goes. It's 62. I'm like I don't think so. The math that I got is 6160. So she goes when I'm already giving you 20% off. I said so you think you should charge me an extra 40 cent? I said if anything, I'll give your a** $61 and nothing else.
