I am really enjoying this place. LOL, I am also writing this review on behalf of my boyfriend. We went here a few days ago for a last minute pedicure. This was my boyfriend's first pedicure and they really left an impression. When we got there it was very busy, which was expected to be that it was midday on a Saturday. They let us soak our feet while we waited only about 10-15 min. When the water started to cool down, they offered to change it out for us which I thought was very nice. We both got "the orange" pedicure and they gave really good massages. My color was applied very nicely and she listened well when it came to my desired length and shape. The staff is very friendly and they make good conversation. They have a wide variety of colors to choose from shellac, regular polish, dip, and acrylics. I also got my eyebrows done and she did a really nice job! I usually don't do wax, but they came out really nice. I have been here previously a few times and they always do a good job and are very friendly. The one and only time I was not happy was when I got powder and one girl did my nails too thick. Why bother making an appointment for two services and end up waiting over an hour and half for one service. I booked a 1230 pm appointment for pedicure, soak off and new dip set to be done together. I was a little skeptical at first because of how inexpensive their prices are, but they are AMAZING! The ladies are so sweet and friendly. $30 for a mani-pedi?! Yes please!! It included the paraffin wax, a leg scrub and a hot stone massage. There was no wait time either! I'm currently 8 months pregnant, and they were more than accommodating. My nails lasted two days before 4 of them started lifting. I went in to show them and get a refund but they said they don't do that. I wasted $60 (not including tip) on nails that lasted only TWO DAYS. I've had worse sets last longer than that. Gina kept pushing for her to fix it but I would have to drive back there again if she ruined them again. The "best" she could do to make it better is give me a gift certificate valued at $15. If I could do 0 stars, I would. Worst nail experience in my life. Let's start from the beginning when I called to assure 3 manicures can be done; when in all actuality it was an hour wait. Then once it was my time to be serviced it took an additional 14 minutes to begin. I was told to soak my old dip off. Cool. I was given two drops of actitone, so when my dip came off, it moved down to my hands. So I now have a clear sticky residue ALL OVER my hands. She begins to apply my dip and it's a RUSH JOB, product and powder EVERYWHERE. She applied several lumpy coats, then when I asked for it to be smoothed out she said of course, but did NOTHING! After she continues to play on my nails, she leaves and another person comes to finish my nails. The previous person that was working on my nails leave to go home... ma'am my nails aren't done. I was charged and addition $5, why? I'm not too sure. I still have sticky residue all over my hands, as I'm ringing out. I asked for something to get it off the lady hands me an orange jar of pedicure chemical, she says to wash my hands at home and put that on. How about no, I just paid for a service and now I have ti go home and finish the job. Worst experience, don't recommend. Don't ask for dip. My nails are soooooooooo lumpy. Biggest regret! read more

I came in yesterday with 2 other girlfriends and had a horrible experience for all 3 of us. I got there earlier because I was getting a refill and a pedicure. I was immediately sat down and left with my feet soaking in the water for at least 30+ minutes while the lady who worked on my refill. The lady who worked on my refill literally shook her head and huffed and puff and popped her teeth the entire time she did my refill. She continuously hurt me, knowing she was hurting me because she was so annoyed that she had to do my refill (her job). I stayed polite and quiet and didn't complain about it but she noticed me hurting and knew she was purposely hurting me. Finally my pedicure started and that lady was super sweet but she put the wax on my feet piping hot and I'm lucky my feet don't have blisters or burns. Once my friends arrived they were getting seated for their refills. I went to pay and was double charged for my refill. But I quietly paid it anyways because I was hoping my friends had a better experience and I tipped the lady hoping she would have a better day because she clearly did not want to be doing my nails or be at work doing her job, or both. Both of them kept asking before they started on their nails a set price so they knew how much they were going to pay before hand. The workers not knowing one of my friends was Vietnamese, sat there the whole time they worked on my friends and talked shit about every single customer in there. Even the ones that were quietly waiting to be serviced. They laughed and joked about how they were double charging people and they didn't care and it was hilarious to them to be quoting people one price and when the customer goes to pay, charging them something way more than what was quoted. They tried making excuses about it being the length or the shape or how many nails they did. These were all the specific questions my friends asked beforehand so they knew for sure what they were paying for and how much they were going to pay before beginning the services. While my friends uncomfortably and quietly sat there listening to these employees literally talking shit about everyone in there, these ladies just kept on at it and tried to get another employee to join them. That employee ignored them because that's how rude and pathetic and childish it is to have employees sit there and talk shit about and make fun of their PAYING customers. My friends were double charged and were quiet and kind and paid and left very upset and offended and uncomfortable. We were all lied to and charged double for all our services. And to top it all off, we are all 3 licensed cosmetology operators and have all 3 worked in a nail salon and spa and do hair. So we know the protocol and cost for everything. The employees also knew we were currently hair stylists because I told them. I would never recommend this place solely off of their extreme lack of customer service and how horrible they are to their customers and get off on making fun of people and overcharging people. read more

I have one lady who does mine but she lives all the way in Missouri city . And today i decided to seek someone in the area . Sure enough they were 5 min away from me. I read up on the reviews and saw the pictures and decided to give it a shot . Daisy did my Toes And Gina did my nails and trust me when i say THEY WONT LET YOU DOWN . So I'm sitting here, currently getting a pedicure. I have to say I am extremely impressed with this nail salon. From the moment you walk in it is clean and nicely decorated, with a nice energy! I decided to opt for a deluxe pedicure since it was only $32. I then noticed a lovely set up of what I thought was a sugar scrub. Come to find out it was actually their detox treatment. After I inquired one of the ladies began to subtly inform me of the treatment and it's benefits. I was a bit skeptical at first because I'm not really one to splurge on a pedicure often. She applied it to my hands and I thought the smell was lovely. Afterward I compared my the two hands. The one she rubbed the scrub on had a small difference than the other. This was okay because she had already told me it takes a couple of treatments to see a big result. I told her I would think about it and that was that. No pressure or dissatisfaction was given for my choice. Then came the wine. I did have to ask for it, but that's forgivable. When she brought the wine out I was impressed that it came in a glass. What a lovely surprise. Most places use plastic, which I don't like, but they actually have glasses. The only way your supposed to drink wine! The color selection was plentiful and I quickly was a able to select a color of my likening. This was a huge plus for me I hate hovering over a multitude of color for too long because they have sooo many colors but just aren't good. After seeing the first process of my pedicure done I decided I would try the detoxifying pedicure. I was just so impressed with this place I felt comfortable to try the service because based on what I've seen so far I believe they actually do want to offer the best and are not just blowing smoke like some places. Besides the smell alone had me tempted. Everything has gone so right with this visit, I didn't feel the need to wait to write this review. That is rare for me, like 1st time rare. I will post a picture of my toes polished to complete the review. After all the polish is an important part of the process. Also I observed another client getting their nails done and wow! They looked really good. They do really good designed nails that are currently trending.$70 bucks but they look worth it.. if that's your thing. Last but not least, a very important note: I have a mild eczema and I was a bit concerned about the areas that I know I have been scratching on my feet being sensitive to the product, but it wasn't at all! They offered to "fix" which is nice but who wants another crap job and another round poor customer service )Showed up to my appointment was asked to take a seat then took literally 20 minutes to start no one saying anything in between that time. finally a tech came over to do my full set acrylic, and I had to stop her before even finishing the first hand was extremely bulky at cuticles and missing chunks I had to keep telling her (Rachel) so another tech came over I asked her can she take off the work on the one hand and just start over because I don't want two different peoples work especially when I'm mortified by the first tech work. She told me NO she will just ADD more Acrylic on top then fix it , I asked to please don't do that she then suggested to take off the nails and I go somewhere else at 5pm I then felt I had no choice because I needed my nails done for my birthday the next day and didn't have time to find elsewhere, so I ask her if you can take off the 5 nails that's just acrylic to send me on my way then why not to redo it??? She said because she needed to go home???? I told her I didn't want to pay full price for work I'm only half satisfied with even though money is not the issue if you can redo the crappy work and redo it I'm more than happy to pay full price so I suggested 10$ off she clearly had an attitude and pulled out her tool to cut and remove all 10 nails at this point (she did the other hand to make sure I liked her work) which makes no since all this time my other hand could have been re-did, on top of that you rather remove all work for 0$ charge then simply giving 10$ off or having a good attitude and fix the problem and get paid full price+ tip? She then yells at ,e telling me she doesn't care about a tip (poor customer service!) soo see why you don't . So Now she says ok 5$ off but I need to pay NOW in middle of service and now refuses to do my eyebrows even though it's part of my appointment. Fast forward she is offering wax services she clearly can't deliver her own words were " I'm not good at the wax, and you to picky you won't like" and my god was it a shitty wax job but it helped me prep for tweezing my own eyebrows less work for me, but I already knew once I saw the poor quality wax and how aggressive she was ripping it off. Moral of the story don't have someone who can't do acrylic nails service an acrylic full set, and don't offer services you KNOW you can't provide with satisfactory. read more
