I ended up getting a seat within seven minutes and it was really cool because I did not have to wait. The gentleman at the front was really nice when asking me to check in. There are only about five waiting chairs, but they are really comfortable. The gentleman started the water for me and alerted my nail tech. My nail tech was very friendly, and I had a great experience with her, but overall the worst part about all of it was how rushed she was. I had over 45 minutes until they closed for my pedicure but she acted like the building needed to be evacuated! Still, I must say that I've never gotten so many compliments on my toenails as I have this time around. I will absolutely be back!

Vicky was the one doing my nails, and the whole process felt rushed and careless. The environment itself felt uncomfortable, which made the experience even worse. What's most frustrating is that they didn't even remove all of the acrylic from my nails. Every other salon I've been to takes the time to properly soak, remove all the acrylic, and clean up the nails afterward. Here, my nails were left looking halfway done and honestly pretty terrible. On top of that, I was charged $15 for a soak-off that wasn't even completed properly. Definitely not worth it, and I won't be returning.

I probably should've asked before she got started how much my set would be (very simple, no design, no ombré), but didn't think anything of it. My friend completed her nails and no one ever came to do my nails after another 45 mins sitting there. They completely forgot about me and didn't offer anything in return for the bad service I'd recommend a better system of handling guests once in the salon, they seem to use paper and my paper was easily forgotten, I'd also recommend managing reservations vs walk ins better
