Saw this spot pop up recently in the Spectrum and decided to give it a try. I tried their Silly Bird wrap, which comes with rotisserie chicken, roasted potatoes, garlic sauce, pickles, and their DB sauce. The wrap was a nice size and reasonably priced - I liked how the bread was thin and crispy. Their DB sauce is amazing, and they put a good amount in the wrap while also giving you extra on the side for dipping. The only reason I didn't score this higher is because there were about 3 hard chicken tendons/bones in my wrap. Aside from that, the flavor is really good and I'd try it again. read more

Dizzy Birds is a new family favorite! Came in for a quarter chicken dark meal, but ended up ordering the half chicken. It was absolutely delicious. That chicken breast was so juicy and flavorful (lemon garlic sauce was on the side). Choose sweet potatoes and salad for my sides and I was very pleased. Writing this down as I'm visiting for the second time this week. We have been ordering the whole chicken with sides, which is enough to feed a small family of 2-3. The value is great and the food is even better! The chicken is moist and freshly cooked. I normally don't eat the chicken skin but it's marinated and seasoned so well! The sauces are so good too! Honestly, first of all the food was good. The worst part was the service. I waited 35 minutes for a wrap and bowl. My bowl was set on the side for the 30 minutes while I waited for the wrap to be made. My food was soggy by the time I ate it. The kitchen was a complete disaster it was hard to watch the cooks struggle to fill orders. There were wraps being placed directly on the counters, which seems unsanitary. A lot of the staff were only wearing a glove on one hand. Cooks were not communicating with each other and they were messing up orders. There were people waiting for their food next to me that had waited over an hour for their food because staff couldn't find their ticket. Despite the customers asking staff to multiple times to check on their order. Orders were not being announced loud enough for customers to hear, and then staff were never announcing orders again despite there being over 15 people waiting for different orders. I am sad that the food was good but I don't think I will be returning since the service was so terrible. I'm not going to wait 30 minutes to an hour for food that's supposed to be at a fast casual restaurant. read more
