I am OBSESSED! This was my second visit and both times the food was amazing. I got the Silly Bird Wrap with the Dizzy Bird sauce. They asked if I wanted extra sauces and of course I was like yeah! It's a little too loud in there. Front of house is always happy and friendly. Back of house seems tired and exhausted. Absolutely do NOT get the pasta salad. Pretty dry and flavorless! I enjoy the 1 thigh combo or 2 thigh combo with potatoes and corn (that I roll in the potato butter) when I have the time. No complaints there. When I'm lazy, I'll get the silly bird wrap with dark meat ($2 extra) and extra meat ($2 extra). Yes, it's a little much for a wrap but it turns a $12 wrap I don't want to eat into a $16 wrap that I actually want to eat. The issue lies where the back of the house doesn't realize or doesn't care that you ordered the extra meat and/or dark meat. I complained once when I got a wrap with mostly white meat and they remade the wrap but they included a drumstick bone in the wrap so that I knew it was dark meat? I mean... c'mon! So very unnecessary as I can easily tell the difference between white and dark meat without the bone and I could've chipped a tooth!!! X( So not cool! Basically, if you're charging customers extra, you need to train the back of the house to deliver gratuitously! I love this place and used to visit weekly, and would like to visit more often but I shouldn't have to wonder if they actually gave me extra meat or not, if they're going to give me all dark meat or if I'm going to have to spend the time to ask them to remake it. They said it was gonna take 10 minutes and it ended up taking about 30 minutes for my order to be ready. I would not have left a review for these two things but what really irked me was that I paid extra for "extra chicken" and there was barely any chicken to be found in this wrap!
