The tools enabled me to do the repair myself. I was so touched by their ethical, helpful customer service and, it makes me determined to go to Peachtree Computers first when I have a related task I need to pay to have done. I trust them.

Less than three weeks later, I dropped it from barely two feet high and it completely shattered into pieces. That is not normal wear--that's poor quality material. When I went back to see if anything could be done, I was offered only $20 off another replacement. That's not customer service--that's a slap in the face. I gave them the benefit of the doubt, but clearly, they're using cheap, low-quality parts and not standing behind their work. Save yourself the frustration and the money--go elsewhere.
